Avoid! Dingy motel with shady characters. I couldn't wait to check out in the morning. They offer coffee in the morning but not breakfast due to "COVID". Upon checking in, we saw hourly "customers" leaving out the back door. As we were checking out, I noticed a black bug on the bed but luckily did not match an image of a bed bug. They do have a pool and spa area that was dirty and did not inspire relaxation. You can tell this place is poorly maintained- terrible patching of walls, water damage to walls of shower, cheaply fixed, dirty pool area. Overall very poorly managed hotel that should be used to house the homeless more than have guests. My husband called it barely 1 step above sleeping in your car. We will definitely not be going back! They recently changed ownership and is now called the Motel 6 Studio and Suites. The new renovations have made this place amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The first thing that happened was while checking in the lady at the counter studdered and was like "uhhh let me check your room real quick". I was about 3 hours after the check in time so the room should have been ready. The second thing that got me thinking of regretting this place was the entrance to the hotel from the back end, the door had so many prints and smudges you couldn't really see through it, WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THIS WAS CLEANED?! Once in you can smell the tobacco and weed smoke filled hallways, very strong, reminds me of the Vegas Casinos. Got into the elevator, the floor was a little wet, and black, which eventually turned into a sticky mess ( we were there about two and a half days and it was STILL dirty). Once out of the elevator (which had an old inspection posted) there was a smashed snickers on the carpet which stayed during the whole duration of my trip. Once inside the room, the fan cover was missing, the light in the shower room was a heat lamp (I dont know if that was meant to be), there was only one shower towel which I guess was expected to be shared by two people for two nights. I reached behind the nightstand to plug in my charger, the carpet hadnt been cleaned in the back what looked like in YEARS. The tv channels were pretty crappy-tv was big though. Also this hotel houses many crackheads, hookers and dog owners. I was very skeptical about leaving my vehicle in the parking lot, and very skeptical even staying here. I knew I wouldn't get my money back and was too lazy to find another hotel-but I will NEVER EVER stay here again or recommend this place. If I dont get COVID from here and die, I will make sure I choose better next time. For the expensive rate-you'd think you would atleast feel like you can touch surfaces without feeling like taking a shower. I don't think it's fair to use the same rating system for a five star resort hotel to a small town inn We stayed here because we were going hot air ballooning at the crack of dawn and this place is about a mile from there. The room was small but clean. Front desk girl was friendly. They have fresh fruit in a basket and hot coffee in the small lobby. This is not a "vacation spot". DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOTEL... THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! My family stayed in this hotel for a total of 9 days... my mom, who is disabled, was told lies from the manager (Andy) since the first night. She had an AARP discount for the nights we were staying there and she told Andy about it and he let her know that he would honor it the following day. The next day comes and he is avoiding my family and they were trying to reach him for 3 days about the discount. We would even ask the employees, who also don't know what they are doing, and they would act confused and didn't know what they were talking about. They were getting charged a full rate each night even though there was construction right next to the room (heard noises all throughout the day), no breakfast in the morning, the pool/ laundry room weren't working and there wasn't even a gym there. So Andy could've atleast accepted my mom's discount but he was avoiding her and when she finally did see him, he would always make excuses about it and finally said he couldn't honor it. Manager is obviously money hungry. We also had to deal with someone in the room next to us throwing up all outside our door and in the hallway and it was there until the next day, super disgusting. The last day of my family being there, my mom, who is disabled which workers knew, was having a hard time going down to extend the room, and AMBER, one of the rude workers there, was being extremely rude to my mom and yelling slur words and what not. We gave you money and this is how you treat your customers? She also said she doesn't care if they shut down so I hope they all lose out on their jobs. Andy saw Amber yelling slurs at my mom, and instead of stopping his employee, he decided to verbally attack my mom too. My mom has a health condition and that is elder abuse they were doing. I also found it super racist because they were yelling at her for no reason. They even threatened to call the police on my disabled mom if she didn't move all her stuff out in the next 10 minutes even though she paid for another day!!! They never gave her money back which is ridiculous and I don't want her to deal with them anymore so I told her God will deal with them because you don't treat God's children like that. On top of that, the water to shower and toilet was turned off, so you couldn't even offer a discount for that??? Just money hungry and it's a shame we have to live in a society like this. check in agent was very professional and friendly. I chose this motel because it looked secure and I liked that we needed a pass in our cars to park on premisses. I didn't like the idea of the two cars parked near back door entrance with guys inside of car all smoking pot. there were a couple of guys sitting almost at back door entrance smoking as well. I'm a female and I didnt feel safe. I could smell the pot in the elevator and hallways. I called the front desk to ask if they would send security just to ask them to move from entrance, agent said they're regular guests and the motel told them if they smoke to not sit near entrances. I would NOT recommend this motel ever. it's a shame because facility was clean other than the pot heads. I actually left the hotel and stayed with friends at the hotel they went to. then went back to check out and the morning clerk wouldn't even look at me in the face, because she seemed high. just a scary and terrible experience. We wanted to stay close to Big League Dreams softball fields so we booked this place despite the reviews. The outside grounds are terrible. Looks like there is black mold growing all over the building. The staff is super nice and friendly. The elevator is broken and the one elevator that works seems like it is on its way out. I'm pretty sure there was some prostitution going on the first night we were there. It also looks like people live there. The room was surprisingly clean so the custodial staff must be good. This hotel's receptionist staff might be the worst in the world. We drove down to SoCal pretty late at night and arrived around 6:00 AM. Sleep deprived, we spent the whole day at Six Flags and after we left, we realized we might have to check in late. We called the hotel and told them we might have to check in late. They told us that we would have to check in before 2AM or we would be considered a no show and be charged for an entire night. At this moment we are hungry and sleep deprived. I head into the hotel to check in and find out that I didn't even have to check in before 2AM. At this point I'm pissed AF. This hoe just wasted 1.5 hours of my life. 1.5 hours that could've been spent eating at my favorite KBBQ place. The place I've been looking forward to during this whole trip. Her unprofessional ass didn't even apologize. Besides the horrible receptionist, the hotel was relatively clean. We ONLY got one cockroach!! The bathroom's light was very weird. It was. Lazing hot and it felt like we had a mini sun in there. That plus the shower steam made the bathroom a very uncomfortable experience. We woke up one morning super early for the breakfast. Hands down - the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The Lao at the front desk was a sweetheart-the hotel is so dirty and run down it's gross. We were told "Due to Covid - cleaning is only every three days". Ya - clean less! There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom, that was clearly not cleaned. The fan was missing and black furry stuff was all over it. There was colored liquids of all sorts on our headboard, wall, and doors. Every wall had dents and paint missing, accompanied by splashed colors of various liquids. The curtains had stuff stuck to them. I can go on and on. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The worst hotel we have stayed at. Under major renovation which we were not given a heads up before our stay or else I would of canceled this booking on time . Got to our room and it had a strong paint smell , dead bug and someone's toe nail on the carpet , stains on everything , everything feels dusty they had the hallway with stuff from the renovations. We couldn't park in the parking lot of the hotel due to them redoing the lot so our option was to park by the major road or in another business parking lot risking being towed away we asked multiple times when they'd be done with the parking lot so we can park and go to sleep for the night we were told by the front desk lady that it wasn't her problem ??? You get EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR! This hotel may be cheap but it is filthy. Outside the parking lot is dirty littered with trash and unsanitary used diapers. Inside Carpets not cleaned or vacuumed. (halls and rooms) Fixtures broken and dirty. Shower curtain torn, towels have hair on them and are soiled (need to be replaced) Sadly with all of the bad reviews from several people over time this hotel has not made ANY improvements. The elevator still doesn't work. Blood stained (or something that resembles blood) bathe the chairs in the rooms, flipped over to what seems like a bit cleaner side. Sad especially during a pandemic. Clean up or shut down! I was afraid to strip the bed to reveal a nightmare of the mattress. See the pictures. Totally filthy hotel!!! Let's just go in order. After we checked in, we caught the elevator up to our room. The elevator smelled like pee, no joke!!! Opened the door to our room, it was 102 degrees outside and they shut the AC off. Nice touch!!! The chair in the corner of the room was missing and replaced with another night stand. Only one of the 3 lights over the bathroom sink worked. The blackout curtains looked like they had blood on them. I checked around the room... maybe it was paint, but nothing in our room was that color. The curtains were also too short to black out anything and had holes in them. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There were also stains on our bedsheets. The place was booked solid so we were stuck. I've read other reviews since our stay and this seems like an ongoing problem that the manager or whoever responds to these posts just seems to keep apologizing for and not doing anything about. I've stayed in hotels that I've paid less than $70/night for and put this place to shame!! Ruined my whole trip! Had to demand my money back so my money was on hold and I couldn't find somewhere to stay until about midnight with my 4 year old. I had to compromise and accept agoda credit which sucked because I had to book thru them and they weren't he cheapest deals. On 6/28/22, Hotel.com had a 1-bedroom queen available for $99.00 for one night. I called the Hotel to see if they can meet or beat that rate. The response was no!! You'll have to booked your through Hotel.com, which I did. I arrived at the Hotel and was greeted by an unprofessional, unpleasant, face piercing young girl. I told her I spoke to you on the phone and I booked my room. Her response, it hadn't arrived through my email, so can you please stand aside so I can help the next guest. I sat for 45 mins in the lobby until she was able to check me in. She claims it's a daily problem with 3rd party booking. I checked in, left my luggage and retuned back to my room at 100am, showered, watch a little tv. As I'm trying to sleep at 200am, I kept hearing a knocking sound every 3,5-7 seconds. I got up and discovered the sound was coming from behind the shower water control handle. I called the hotel desk 12 times within the next 2 hrs from my cellphone and the hotel room phone. I got no response. I could not sleep, I got up at 600am, showered and explained to the morning reception. Her response.... All I can tell you is to call Hotel.com and complain to them and see if you can get a refund, since you booked with them. I showed her the attempted calls and the videos of the knocking noise. She responded, oh I believe you, it's an old hotel and I've heard those sounds. I told her, if you have knowledge if these annoying sounds, why are you still assigning this room to future guest. They are going to have the same issues. She gave me no response as I was walking out the door with my luggage to put away in my vehicle. I left the property to have breakfast. When I returned, my room was made and ready for the next guest and my contents in the frigid was removed. House keeping saw me enter the room and she contacted the receptionist who was up there in minutes. When I opened the door, she had a surprise look in her face and she responded, I thought you checked out. I told her, what you saw was me complaining to you about the room with my suitcase in hand. I did not tell you I was checking out, I was only putting my suitcase away and drove away to have breakfast. I still have a couple of hours to check out It had a horrible experience with this hotel, from checking in, annoying sounds, receptionist not answering the phone, I got no sleep. The room and hallways had dirty carpet, holes, patching and stains. The bathroom near the lobby was closed and not working. The room had possible blood stains on the carpet. The shower valve did not work. The key cards did not work. There is no breakfast except coffee. The air conditioning did not cool adequately and was not working. The motel had residential people living there. I don't think the area is very safe day or night. Possible prostitutes leaving in the morning. Avoid this property at all costs. I booked a room through Priceline for Saturday 7/17/21. At red lion inn. We planned a family trip to Temecula . The vacation was going well until we went to check into our hotel at Red lion Inn in perris. We had booked three rooms and the front receptionist said that Priceline overbooked them and they didn't have our rooms. I asked if they had a sister hotel that we could stay at and she said no and didn't seem to care what happened to us. It was 10pm at night . We couldn't find a hotel for the night . They were all booked . I called Priceline to see if they could help us find a room and you guys blamed the hotel saying they gave our reservation to walk inns. There was no help with trying to accommodate us . What is the point of a reservation then and your business if you cannot provide your customers with your service . I called, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and when she went back on the phone to get back to me she started speaking in spanish "mi hijo" , "mi amor" as if i was her son. When she realized i was a client checking on my reservation she hung up. So at the hotel when i finally met her , i had called several times for help on something and each time she answered so unprofessionally it was unbelievable. Her customer service gets a big 0. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par as I was promised. There was a dried booger with blood on the desk that my wife had grazer her arm on. It was vomit inducing. So the hotel is ok for a random night stay. But here's the issue. They are kind of cheep but also not when Motel 6 is close and clean. The rooms are kept great. But the hotel itself is distressed to say the least. Ignoring the homeless outside that make the parking lot their home in between getting enough cash to stay a night or too, it's relatively safe (only because the cops in Perris have not a ton to do but to respond here if needed)... But here's the kicker to 1 star, the crazy lack of service, etc... We just called to make a reservation, since I knew there were rooms available since hotels.com had the rooms available for both nights that I was staying. The woman on the phone could not give me the price for the room per night, and then she claimed that they can't even book multiple nights in a row. She told me that they could only book one night and then you just have to hope there's another night available in the morning. I don't understand how that works. Hotels.com would have allowed me to pay for two nights and book it, but what were they going to do? Just tell me sorry no room available in the next day? I don't understand that. The only reason I was calling in to make the reservation in the first place was because I had a discount code that needed to be applied and you can't do that online. so then she asked me well don't you know how to book it online and then basically tells me that she's too busy because there's people waiting to check in I need to call back later. I don't understand. I've never heard of a hotel that doesn't make multiple night reservations when literally I know that they do. I've never had customer service tell me that they're too busy to handle my request to book a night because there's too many people checking in and she doesn't know how to do her job. Don't ever go here. They just charge whatever they want to charge and I'm assuming the people behind the desk pocket the cash. Because the price is never the same and she couldn't even put it into the system for how much it was. Let alone telling me you can't make a reservation for multiple nights when literally all the online reservation systems allow you to do so... Save yourself the hassle, motel 6 is 8 mi away in menifee. Even without a discount it's $85 a night and that's on the expensive side. Odds are you won't get diseases there either. Like I said the rooms here are clean, but the hallways to the outside vagrant infested lot, might get you something a little more worse than covid-19... read more

I had originally booked a stay for a standard room with 2 queen beds, but the room was SO DIRTY I couldn't stay in it (carpet stains everywhere, a hole in the closet floor, dirty bathroom, stained sheets/ pillows, room smelled like cigarettes). Went down to the lobby & asked if there was another room I could switch to and all they had left was a standard room with 1 queen bed. I figured they would automatically bump the price down because of the dirty room I experienced and the fact that I was switching to a smaller room, but I had to ask several employees about there being a price difference until I was finally given one. In February we stayed here one night for my fiancée grandparents bday bash. We checked into our room and everything was fine but when we checked out we apparently left a couple of things behind such as a JBL speaker, Rayban men's glasses and a FitBit. When I called to I k up my forgotten items the very next day apparently they weren't there. If we didn't have them and they weren't in the room then how did they just randomly disappear?! I ended emailing corporate and complaining about this suspicious activity going on at this motel. This has place is horrible!! Do not stay drive the extra miles and stay somewhere else. I arrived this past Monday evening for a business trip. The reservation was made there because the reviews on google were 3.7 stars. Well I can tell you this was not a 3.7 star hotel, Yelp is more realistic on reviews for this place. Anyways, I arrived Monday evening and I check in to room 123, yes room 123, and just left my stuff there and left to a dinner meeting I had. I came back late ready to rest up for my business meeting the next day. The moment I pull the sheets back to jump on that King Size bed I froze. Someone must of build up for a loong time and decided to release it all on the sheets. I found the sheets were stains all over but mostly in the center. That was obvious to me that they did not clean that room. They just made the beds and called it good. How could you explain the sheets being nasty dirty. Come on take some pride on your place of work and wash those sheets or if the stains don't come out throw them away!!! I honestly dont think they change sheets all the time. Why do I say that well because i complained about the room and the young girl moved me to room 128. The sheets seem clean but they had hairs on them. I ended up putting my extra clothes on the bed and slept with my clothes on. Just do your self a favor don't stay here you will regret it. I was hoping the girl in the front desk would refund me after l told her the experience there was horrible but she did not offer. I specifically asked for two adjoining rooms to reserve for this entire week. I was told that there are only king rooms that adjoin, therefore I spent the extra money to reserve king rooms instead of queens. I then checked into the hotel and was told that they have no adjoining rooms. This was a disappointing surprise. I then walked up to my hotel room. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper with a folded end: thoughtful. I grabbed a tissue out of the tissue box: last one. This was frustrating and very unprofessional. Later in the day, I looked forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi after work. I headed down to it, turned the jets on, and stepped in. The water was between cool and room temperature. This was unsettling. I walked to the front desk to ask if the temperature on the jacuzzi can be adjusted and I was told that the maintenance guy will take a look at it. I returned to my room where I could sit in warmer air. The following morning, I turned the personal coffee maker on to find that it was filthy with past guests' expired coffee remains; a smell accompanied it and filled my room before I could unplug the machine. My final day there, the elevator was out of order. Their "business center" doesn't include a printer, and the front desk won't print anything for you either, even if you email it to them. There was blood on my sheets, stains on the floor, and the towels were unpleasantly rough. The breakfast looked like rubbery egg frisbees which I was afraid to approach, or hard bagels. I could go on for a while, obviously, because it seemed as though nothing in the hotel worked. It wouldn't have been so bothersome if only they didn't charge so much, pretending to be a higher class of hotel. When I approached the front desk again to ask why I'm paying full price for no amenities and a mediocre room, the employee repeated that she'll make a note of it and failed to express interest or concern in my dissatisfaction. When we were there a man was being arrested right outside front door, got approached from panhandlers & was not able to get a shower since there was no hot water only mildly luke warm!!
