Came and stayed while visiting for work. The hotel was well maintained and clean, including the room. The staff was nice and friendly. Aware in a "shopping area", the area around the hotel was quiet and not busy. The breakfast was decent and typical. Various breads, bagels, and pastries. Oatmeal with quite a lot of topping options. Hot foods (bacon was available all the days I was there) and waffles that can be made fresh.

Gym is decent with 1 weight rack and 3 elliptical + 3 tread mill

No upgrade for a titanuim on a tuesday ? -- typically i don't always ask or even mind. but this is a LARGE hotel with barely any cars parked outside and the larger lady in the front was not very kind when i asked. I have been traveling for a few days and had a lot of things to carry so more room would have been so great at this fairfield...so asked at check in as i did not receive a response through the chat when I did the online check in a day earlier, and she said "there wasn't anything available at all" not so friendly. It was a business stay and I wasn't going to make a stink about it but thought other Marriott members especially who travel with a lot of items for business would like to know. It's a 4 year old building and the rooms are new. The TV works and the internet isn't slow. I don't feel like the general area is super safe, but keep to the hotel and it's fine. The parking lot is in the same as Winco and there's a Costco with nearby restaurant. Not sure if I would go out of my way to stay again if I was working in Riverside but overall not a bad location

From the moment we checked in, James Ross was very accommodating and pleasant; the epitome of customer service with a smile. Room was nice and clean. Free Breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice amenities, and if anything was needed James was eager to help. We'll definitely stay here next time we're visiting my brother in law.

First time staying here. My customer recommended this hotel while I was in town for business. Clean hotel, front desk staff friendly. Building is secured and you need a key card to enter, safety first which I appreciated. Room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable with many pillows. There was a desk and chair. Small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea station. Large remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Buffett style breakfast in the mornings, hot eggs, bacon/sausage, waffle station etc. Overall great stay will be back.

I was refunded for the night. Later I needed a room and called to see if the cockroaches were gone. I was assured they were and I would not have any problems. A high room was suggested, which I took. I stated I would stay elsewhere if cockroaches would be in my room. Very late around midnight I again got up and discovered cockroaches. On previous stays this hotel had no cockroaches and it is clean with nice employees. I understand infestations can happen, but I believe I should have been compensated for the other night also, especially since I was assured the infestation was rectified. I should have known better and stayed elsewhere.

I asked her where the complaint came from. She said nothing but after I went downstairs and I see the workers there I know it came from a worker who brought me towels when I was just trying to clean up the room to be accused of something like that is oblivious, without doing any form of an investigation that is wrong she even brought a person with her like I am a monster. It's just that one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth.

While I understand that technical issues happen, the way the situation was handled by staff and customer service made things far worse. The employee assisting me was clearly frustrated and overwhelmed, and being the only staff member on site which unfortunately came across in their attitude. Instead of feeling helped or reassured, I had an elder with me whom been in a car for hours so with no effort to offer alternatives or solutions while the system was down it was rudely stated to return in 30 min or take a refund Customer service matters most when things go wrong, and this experience missed the mark. A little patience, professionalism, and communication would have made a huge difference. I hope management takes the time to better support their employees during situations like this, so guests don't end up having a negative experience because of internal issues.

We immediately reported it, and they moved us to Room 210. However, that room only had one queen bed, even though our party included two adults and two children. To make matters worse, the air conditioner didn't work they had a fan for air. Our stay was July 25-26, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Between the bed bug, being given the wrong room type, and the broken A/C, we would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, once we walked inside, it was a completely different experience. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, and as we headed toward our room, the overall vibe just felt off. The hallways were extremely low and cramped. I'm only 5'2" and could reach up and touch the ceiling. If you're around 6 feet tall, you're likely going to feel like you need to duck or slouch just walking through some of the hallways and into the rooms. When we opened our room, we immediately knew we weren't staying. The paint was peeling, the TV looked like it had been randomly mounted on the wall with cords hanging down, and when we tried to turn it on, it didn't work. After plugging it in, all we got were rainbow-colored lines across the screen. The entire room felt more like a very run-down motel than what we expected based on the appearance and booking online. We didn't even unpack. In fact, we were probably at the hotel for less than 30 minutes before deciding to leave. I knew I would lose the TrueBlue rewards I used for the two-night stay, but we were uncomfortable and did not feel safe enough that I was willing to take the loss. We ended up booking the Ayres Hotel instead, and it was wonderful. The difference was truly night and day. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I would have appreciated knowing what this property was actually like before spending my rewards on it. The exterior may look inviting, but based on our experience, I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Between January and September 15, 2024, I stayed with my 9-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son with autism. I grew to call the Comfort Inn my home during this period, and all the staff and essential workers always treated me with respect, tolerance, and as a guest. This is my true review of my experience, where I will outline the pros and cons based on my personal experience and the observation of other patrons during this period. I stayed in the Suite King West and East Room, the Standard King, and the 2 Queen Standard room. All rooms were as described, with added extra bonuses not listed. The value for money is amazing, which is why this privately owned and operated Comfort Inn became my home away from home for over six months. The staff and experience will be ones for which I will forever be grateful. As an African American woman with two children, one with autism, I encountered discrimination at Best Western, which had zero tolerance for my son who has a disability. However, that was never an issue at Comfort Inn. The treatment I witnessed, not only towards me but other patrons, and the level of kindness and fair treatment in times of concern or how issues were addressed, were always professional and kind. I will go further into detail in a later review. The rooms were well-designed and efficient, with plenty of USB ports, reading lights, and ambiance lighting. The pull-out couch with a desk and modern leather chair was comfortable and efficient for remote work and lodging. There are so many gems which I will outline in a fuller review later. Some of the suites have outside patios and dual room A/C fans, cooling, and heating, all remote-controlled. Staff: Syed (GM): Friendly, hardworking, takes great pride in the cleanliness and quality of all the rooms, and how he addresses and runs the hotel. I am so blown away by the whole experience and will further go into the professional treatment that literally brings me to tears. Josh: Friendly guy. What a gem. Very efficient, always has a greeting smile, loving, professional, understanding, gentle, and reasonable person! I was always happy when I seen him seating there behind the desk. He approached everything with kindness. Marcela: Friendly, polite, understanding, caring, patient, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Manali AND Upama(Front Desk): These ladies are as efficient, professional, and accommodating as they come. They follow all the rules but are so lovely and sweet, hardworking women. I have so much to say that I can't fit it all in this review. Juan (Maintenance): I never spoke to him more than once or twice, but he, along with all the essential workers, were always on their job and such hardworking staff, just as kind as the front desk personnel. Premises: Pool: My children enjoyed the pool daily. I took great reassurance watching it being treated and cleaned daily. There were fresh towels located at the pool so that you did not have to bring them down to the pool. Amenities: They have soda machines on each floor where you can purchase drinks with cash, and a mini-market within the office that offers everything from laundry detergent and over-the-counter medications to phone chargers, snacks, and convenient food items. Location: The hotel is located next to many restaurants, grocery stores, nail shops, barbers, and offices, all within less than a 5-minute walk. Not to mention, the best pizza and fried chicken at Shakey's right across the parking lot. There are also donut shops, Thai, and Mexican restaurants nearby! The location is incredibly convenient. WiFi: The WiFi is strong, and I was able to work remotely. The property and other patrons were quiet and appeared to be working professionals like myself, couples, families, and essential workers. Breakfast: Breakfast includes fruit, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice, and cereal, served daily from 6-9am, with music to enjoy. Do not hesitate to book with this hotel. It is by far the best value, quality, and overall experience compared to all the hotels around Moreno Valley/Riverside. I have stayed at other places but always ended up back at Comfort Inn because I was so happy to depend on their consistent quality, price, and reliable service when it came to my family's accommodation needs.

This is completely unprofessional to assume smoking was done in a room due to trash in the bins. This property stole my deposit and put us on the "no booking" list, because of assumptions and their inability to open the balcony door to air out the room. It was one of my favorite places book. Have been there many times before and now all because of one cleaning person on their high horse, my money was stolen and I've been banned.
