Wow honestly 0 complains about my latest dinner at Red Lobster. Andres was an awesome server, super kind & provided good service, I was grateful because in the past I've had not so great experiences with the service. The food was absolutely delicious, my favorite thing on the menu is Walt's Favorite Shrimp which is basically fried butterfly shrimp with cocktail sauce but it's so addicting!!! Everything came out piping hot and was sensational. Great value for the costs in my opinion. The margarita flight is only 17.99 and you get 3 very hefty portions that are very strong! Truly worth the price.

I try my best, to always make it to Red Lobster during Lobsterfest. What is admirable about this chain, is that during this season, they always introduce new and enticing lobster selections. So it was with excitement, that I stopped by to have lunch. I ordered the, Build Your Own Lobster Lover's Dream, with two choices (you could also have three). For my selections from the new items, it was the Crispy Dragon Teriyaki Lobster and the Lobster Pasta Au Gratin. For the sides, french fries and cole slaw. The Teriyaki lobster came out with small lobster cuts immersed in a delicate well seasoned batter and deep fried to a perfect not-overdone crisp. A little teriyaki sauce over them was ideal, not to make them soggy. Every bite was a delight. The Lobster Pasta Au Gratin arrived straight from the oven, good heat, with optimum top browning and a come-to-me aroma, of cheese and heat. The elbow pasta, could have clearly used more lobster pieces. However, that lobster flavor still permeated through the whole dish. The ideal selection of cheese(s) was also in harmony to produce a memorable entree. Their bread rolls are always addictive and good. Never a debate on that complimentary starter. Overall service here has always been excellent, and it was another enjoyable afternoon. I truly hope that Red Lobster survives these turbulent times and will always remain open. And then at the next Lobsterfest, I have a suggestion for another never presented NEW item: The Puerto Nuevo Lobster (with refried beans and Mexican rice). If Red Lobster can pull it off, that would be the OMG WOW, on the menu. If that truly transpires, Red Lobster will again become, magnetic, irresistible. There will be no reason to travel to San Diego, or Tijuana, for this iconic Puerto Nuevo Lobster dish. Sincerely hope the new CEO, Damola Adamolekun, is reading and listening. For those that do not know, he has been in the news. The high celebrated well-known young 36 year-old mover and shaker, that is now in the drivers seat, to take Red Lobster, to new levels. Can he make my menu suggestion item happen?

Red Lobster has a glass tank near the front of the entrance which houses live Maine Lobsters. The ones with the big pair of claws. After being seated, I ordered the whole steamed 1.25 lbs Lobster which means I would have to shuck and tear apart the exoskeleton to extract the meat. You can already have it prepared in the kitchen for no extra cost. I wanted to do it myself to extract the rich, soft Lobster pâté inside, but apparently the kitchen unfortunately extracted out the precious thick, golden brown pâté. Of course, you go up to the tank with the waiter who scoops up the lobster of your choosing. Upon getting the cooked, red lobster now on a big plate, I was impressed by the cooking technique of steaming the lobster to perfection. Not over cooked which would stiffen and dry out the meat as well as retaining a wonderful oceanic sweetness. I also probably lucked out because my lobster was a relative new comer to the tank so it still retained its freshness and vitality. I thanked the lobster for giving its life in order for me to receive its nourishment. The baked potato was the standard green onion & sour cream. The melted drawn butter for the lobster can also be drizzled over the potato. The broccoli was over steamed to semi-mushiness and tossed with a tasty herb butter. However, the exemplary, delectable, home style, cheddar infused biscuits...complimentary, were another highlight. Osiris, our waiter, is friendly, affable, service oriented. I want to let Red Lobster know that it has a gem of a waiter. All 18 of us enjoyed his kind, gentle, relaxed ministration. Also our room was most quiet which facilitated in having conversations that could be heard which is becoming more rare in L.A. Bravo! For the perfectly steamed, sweet, succulent lobster and Osiris' helping hand, 4+ stars.

I know Red Lobster is one of those classic spots, and I've been coming here for years. I hadn't been in a while, so I recently came back and brought a friend for his first time. The service was great, no complaints there. The food was okay, but honestly not as good as I remember. It could be because we went close to closing, so that might have played a role. That being said, the bread never disappoints. Still the best part. I'd probably give it another shot during normal hours instead of right before closing.

My friends and I came to this Red Lobster to celebrate one of their birthdays. I haven't been to a Red Lobster since 2019. We made reservations ahead of time off the website. We found parking easily for a Friday night and got seated quickly. Our waiter had a trainee with him while serving us. They were first slow with our drinks order when it was just water and soda. We all got the Ultimate Feast because it's a great deal. It's 2 entree with 2 shrimp of your choice and then 2 sides. For my order I got the sirloin, salmon, walt favorite shrimp, isle coconut shrimp which the waiter said is a crowd favorite, fries and Mac N cheese. My friends mixed their entrees up. Our food came out quick though and it was a lot of food. I did not like my sirloin steak at all so I wouldn't recommend it here. The moment I bit into it, it was like powder with no flavor. I asked for some A1 sauce but it didn't help much. The salmon was good but salty. I also did not like the coconut shrimp but the walt favorite shrimp was okay. The fries were fine and I barely touch the Mac N cheese. My friends enjoyed some of their food as well but they also did not like the steak either. The birthday boy ordered the lobster punch drink which he like. We finished off the night by singing happy birthday to him with the waiters and they brought him a brownie overboard dessert.

You really can't go to Red Lobster without mentioning the cheddar bay biscuits they're so good and honestly the best part of the meal every time. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo pasta, which was okay but definitely needed more seasoning. It wasn't bad, just a little bland for my taste. On the plus side, the prices were decent and there are lots of value options on the menu, which makes it easy to find something that fits your budget. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for familiar comfort food with good value, especially if those biscuits are involved. Need to cut down on the salt please, most dishes here feel like it has a lot.

To this day, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits will always be the best biscuits at any restaurant! I enjoyed eating them again and got that nostalgic feeling since this would be a spot my family and I would go to on birthdays. They were good the day of and even the day after, especially with the various butters I got. I ordered the Old Bay & Butter along with the RL Signature butter, which was a blend of all the butters! These were incredibly flavorful and had their own specific kick to it! The New England Clam Chowder Cup was perfect for a rainy day and I am glad that this comfort food kept me warm during my feast. I had it with oyster crackers as well and the crunch definitely complemented the creaminess of the cup! Lastly, the Lobster & Shrimp Linguini was amazing no matter when I took a bite out of it. It lasted three days and after reheating during the last two days, it was still just as good as when I first dove into it. I even added some of the butter I got to it and this was certainly a surprising benefit!

Red Lobster was such a childhood staple for me, but I hadn't been in years -- especially not since moving to California. The other night I was craving crab legs, so we decided to go on a whim, even though it was close to closing time. Honestly, I was so surprised by how good everything was! The food came out hot and fresh, the service was excellent, and the staff stayed super attentive even though they were winding down for the night. I ordered the Ultimate Feast -- perfectly cooked crab legs, shrimp, and lobster tail, plus a fluffy baked potato and steamed broccoli. I added a side of Cajun butter (not needed, but a great touch). Everything tasted great and brought me right back to my childhood memories. It's nice to know Red Lobster can still deliver a solid, satisfying meal after all these years. Definitely worth the visit!

Haven't been to Red Lobster in a while, glad we came to give it a spin. Came in around lunchtime and it wasn't too busy, service was great we got seated right away and our server Adrain was awesome. The biscuits are absolutely delicious, the restaurant was nice and clean and smelled scrumptious. The food was great and fresh. Over all we enjoyed our lunch, see you all soon. Thanks for the great service Adrain/Red Lobster ....

Had a beautiful experience at this red lobster. Drove an hour for the endless shrimp special only to be greeted by the greatest server in the world, Wade. Wade delivered exponential service and even gave us some off menu endless shrimp items. He didn't slow down, he just kept going. His attention to detail and customer service was remarkable. Was able to put down 60 shrimp each. Thank you Wade we will remember this experience forever. What a special night!

We heard about the Red Lobster Lobsterfest on social media, so we decided to give the place a try. We came on a Friday night, and there was a 20 minute wait. After we were seated, server promptly brought us some biscuits, which were soft and buttery. We ordered the crispy dragon shrimp, scallops, dragon teriyaki lobster, rock lobster tail and Maine lobster tail. We thought the crispy dragon shrimp would have the same texture as the honey walnut shrimp at Panda Express, but it was actually too soft and crumbly. The lobster could have been seasoned better, and the texture of the lobster was slightly rubbery. Overall, the food was not worth the price paid. On the bright side, the portions are quite generous and we ended up with leftovers. Plus our server was friendly and attentive.

God bless the new CEOs soul and the staff here they're trying. We came on Juneteenth in order to At least support a business with a black CEO as it was too late to go to a black owned restaurant. Still lots of work to do, but kudos to the 15 yr vet waiter who looked like he started at the age of 3! He was amazing! Made the entire experience despite food not being up to par. Advice for CEO: 1. Cut the menu down by 2/3. Keep the HOT items like the biscuits, step up the soups to not be water rather homemade style, keep a seafood broil or gumbo on there, add a fish shrimp steak and chicken entree with various sides, a salad or two, some appetizers like the mushrooms, scrumptious easy desserts like molten lava cake and ice cream or warm butter cake and ice cream, or carrot cake, et. and cut the rest! 2. Split this location in half and make half the restaurant a bar with a dance floor and a DJ or live music (it's LA talented ppl everywhere that'll play for free just for a chance to work!) Re food: The seafood platter was just ok. The clam chowder was cold and watery. Biscuit recipe changed but still good. Mushroom appetizers are good. Ambience was super quiet! Service was good despite them only having two waiters and it being very early in the evening. Parking is super easy in a huge lot. They need to step up the food game, and the energy level to attract folks. They missed a HUGE opportunity not doing a Juneteenth celebration considering their CEO is black and YOUNG! They could have tapped TikTok and IG influencers to light it up and create hype. They're missing this altogether. Facebook IS NOT where it's at. I'm older and I barely use FB, like never! Social media team, digital marketing and CMO need to step it all the way up!

NEW SEAFOOD BOILS range from $48-56 $15 margarita flights (watermelon, passion fruit and blue caracao) They have old Bay and there's a limited special edition so I got that. It was so delicious with a lot of yummy shrimp, and yummy sauce. I wish I had a little bit more sauce and made a spicy cake but other than that it was amazing. I also love the corn, the crab leg, and guess what? They put a lobster tail in it! It was so juicy if they were full. The salmon plate took me by surprise because I didn't think the salmon would be that delicious. It was seasoned so well I'm probably the best thing I've ever had. The cheddar baked biscuits are always a hit and we got two baskets. They stole the show They have $15 margarita flights. And for this huge margarita we got was $18. It's so much better to get the margarita flights. It might not be as much alcohol in them, but they were pretty and it was affordable. I definitely wanna go back. They are pretty busy so we had to wait about 40 minutes but we were walking so that's to be expected. I wanna go again ASAP. We had the best server ever! He was the guy! I wish I remembered his name

Paris, our server, was an absolute ray of sunshine. We decided to share a variety of dishes, which turned out to be the perfect way to experience the menu. I don't eat meat, but my fellow diners could not stop talking about the Braised Short Rib Rolled Lasagna. The Lemon Gnocchi was light and delicate, the beet salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the Crispy Squash Blossoms stuffed with ratatouille were absolutely delicious. The Cold Hamachi Aguachile was probably the most interesting dish of the night. It's almost like a fish snow cone, which sounds odd until you try it. My mom would call it "moreish" because every bite makes you want another. The Jumbo Prawns à la Plancha were also excellent. But the standout for me was the Eggplant Parmesan. It was completely over the top in the best possible way. If you told me to come back and order nothing but the eggplant and a martini, I'd happily call that dinner. What really stood out beyond the food was the pacing. Dishes arrived at just the right rhythm, the cocktails were excellent, and the playlist somehow added to the atmosphere without competing with the conversation. I took photos of everything, which should tell you how beautiful the food was, but the best part was simply having a genuinely fun evening with friends. Great food, great service, and a restaurant I'll absolutely be back to.

The complimentary bread was soft, warm, and incredibly fresh and the perfect start to the meal. The calamari was fried to perfection and was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. We also ordered the seafood tower, which was outstanding. One of the highlights was the selection of oysters, and Catherine did an amazing job helping us choose the best variety. Her knowledge and recommendations made a huge difference and elevated the entire experience. The seafood tower also came with three delicious ceviches, each fresh, flavorful, and uniquely prepared. The mussels were another standout dish, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. To top it all off, the Lure Blonde on draft was excellent and paired wonderfully with the seafood. As amazing as the food was, the real reason I'm taking the time to write this review is Catherine. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews, in fact, this is my very first one but her service was so exceptional that I felt compelled to go out of my way and recognize her. Catherine was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about every item on the menu, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. She anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel welcomed throughout the entire meal. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, personality, and hospitality so effortlessly. Great food gets people through the door, but exceptional service keeps them coming back. Catherine delivered exactly that. Lure is fortunate to have her, and we'll absolutely be returning because of the experience she helped create.

I am a bit conflicted. I really wanted this place to be good. I found them on Yelp because I was…read moregoing to be in the area and needed a quick lunch spot. Lobster roll sounded perfect so I went. It is family owned and operated. Owners (Husband and wife) were sitting outside. There was one other table of customers when I walked in. A young guy at the counter took the order. I believe he was their son. He took the order and also made it. He was a bit disengaged though. No smile, no conversation, just do the job. I ordered Connecticut style lobster roll and calamari fries. I love warm lobster roll with butter and maybe it was my bad for not reading the ingredients because I always eat Connecticut lobster rolls and I never had mayo in it. I will post a picture of the amount of mayo so you can see what I'm talking about, but this did not do any justice at all. Warm overloaded mayo just killed the authenticity of the juicy lobster and made it soggy and just meh. Calamari fries were overcooked and dry but ok I ate it because I was hungry and didn't have time to order more food. The 30 min that I was there, no other customer walked in , which was sad ... like I said, I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I will not be back :(

King's has long been a solid, enjoyable place to get a good meal, cocktail and, if you're in the…read moremood, very fresh raw bar seafood. Though it's the more casual offshoot of Water Grill, King's retains a sleek decor and top-flight service, and you definitely get an excellent experience for your buck. In fact, cocktails are a good few dollars less here than at other places in the area, especially Blvd Steak right next door. My martini was very cold, well-made and of a very generous size, so no complaints on that front at all. My wife ordered the Macadamia Crusted Halibut, with a double dose of starch: mashed potatoes and Mac & Cheese. The fish was fresh, meaty and nicely cooked, with a juicy interior and a very flavorful crust. The potatoes also had good flavor, but I found the mac & cheese to be wanting -- a bit too much like the packaged variety. However, my wife really liked it, so what do I know?! For my entree I ordered the Shrimp Louie Salad, a very generously portioned bowl of greens and assorted chopped veggies plus avocado, onion, hard boiled eggs and cool, poached shrimp, all topped with a Louie dressing. Everything was fresh as could be, the shrimp tasted terrific, and the avocado was a nice foil for the onion and chopped carrots. It was a very enjoyable entree salad. Service was friendly and attentive from 2 different bartenders, and it turned out to be a very satisfying, impromptu Saturday date night for a couple of no-longer-kids!

I am genuinely curious…read more I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled shrimp on the side. When it came, the shrimp was not cooked through. Mind you, I used my fork to poke at all 6 shrimp. The same fork I'd started eating my salad with. I get the waiters attention and let him know the shrimp are still 'al dente'. Again- I've used my personal fork poking all 6 shrimp as well as touching one with my fingers. Waiter comes back with said SAME SHRIMP. The f'ing chef just threw them back on the grill and they brought them back out to me. Waiter says very proudly 'he tossed them back on, should be to your liking now' Me: he tossed the same shrimp back on the grill??? Proud waiter: YUP! First of all- you don't toss uncooked back onto the grill. You make new ones. RIGHT?????????? Second of all- my FORK from my mouth, touched those shrimp and you just told me those shrimp went back on the grill you use to cook other people's food with ?? Disgusting Pretty sure that's against a law?? The shrimp were absolutely overcooked and now burnt - and you're a fish house. Do better Not sure how many size 16 people parties we will be having here anymore.

The ceviche was good--no complaints there. Unfortunately, the other dishes were disappointing. The poké bowl was mostly vegetables, with very little tuna and rice. It felt like only about 5% of the bowl was tuna, so they really skimped on the main ingredient. The lobster roll was also lacking in lobster, and the bread-to-lobster ratio was way off. The service was equally disappointing. Our server forgot to put in our drink order, and I had to remind her, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. After we placed our food order, we waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. Meanwhile, we watched several tables that were seated after us receive their food within about 10 minutes. To make matters worse, we happened to visit on a hot day. The restaurant is completely open-air, but there were no fans or any noticeable airflow, making it very uncomfortable. Overall, we won't be returning. Between the tiny portions of protein, the poor service, and the uncomfortable dining environment, the experience wasn't worth it.
