It's been a while since I've been to Red Lobster, but I'm glad to see the food and service is still good. The waitress was very nice and helpful in navigating me through the menu. Apparently, you're allowed to customize what seafood you can have with your ultimate feast. I've always enjoyed the original feast, so I ordered that with extra snow crab legs. Everything tasted delicious, the fried shrimp were crispy, the snow crab legs were easy to take out of the shells, as well as had the light sweet and salty taste I love, the fries were seasoned great and were addictive. The wild rice and shrimp scampi were great pairs together as my leftovers for the next day. I liked how the waitress was constantly checking up on us and always supplying the cheddar bay biscuits. In addition, the rest of the staff I saw passing by were nice in greeting. The restaurant was very relaxed and clean to dine in. I highly recommend this place! read more

Hubby brought me here for dinner because his Mom gave us a Red Lobster gift card. I ordered Shrimp Your Way (Grilled, Scampi, Coconut) with a side of broccoli while hubby got Stuffed Flounder with mashed potatoes & broccoli. I liked the grilled shrimp & shrimp scampi. Didn't care for the coconut shrimp. I tasted his stuffed flounder & it was good. The broccoli was the best side I've had in awhile. We both loved the cheddar bay biscuits. Definitely satisfied my cheddar bay biscuit craving Plenty of room in the dining room, great parking, and easy to find location The server was quick and our drinks never went empty. We went during Lobster fest and the lobster tails were small but good, a bit over cooked but still really good. The flounder was delicious along with the claim chowder and the fried Brussel sprouts. The bay scallops I would pass and don't recommend. But over all it was a great night out for dinner and we will definitely be back. read more

Shrimp and scallops were good. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Besides the individuals eating crab legs and snorting like a baby pig, the visit was enjoyable. 6:10 Saturday night and empty for a reason. Ben waiting forever for food. Bunch of changes..and not for the better. I have been eating here since the 70s (with my parents). Menu has been greatly reduced for cost cutting I assume with new senior management. I can't review the food yet BUT clam chowder is now very generic . We have always loved it. Ditto on the tartar sauce ... used to love it...now it's some dill stuff which is horrible. Pepsi now and not Coke. No medium sized dinners. A couple of really giant combos and a few basics to pick from. Food arrived and went back to kitchen. It was crab carbonara . The waitress was super nice and the manager who came out to check on us. We went out last night to try the new seafood boil, and we had the most amazing server, Ada. She was on top of everything, making sure we had everything we needed, even put our little bibs on for us haha. We always had fresh biscuits and drinks, and she was super funny and sweet. On this particular visit and some other visits,, I went very early like around 4:30. At different restaurants you get real bad service at this time. Not at this red lobster. My waitress was very attentive,, nice and could take a little joking. The food was great. The food itself is worth the price and the waitresses there make it so much more of a value . What has happened to Red Lobster? The tartar sauce is some new version and it is disgusting- it's some type of smooth white sour mayo base with dill. Why would you change something that was delicious? Definitely to save money because this new version is cheap and nasty. And the flounder in my meal was so "fishy" tasting I couldn't even eat it. Dinners use to come with a side and a salad. Now you pay $2.49 to add a small tiny salad. If this is Red Lobster today, I'm done with them. Luckily the server was exceptionally nice and helpful. The family and I went here while we were car shopping. We happen to love crab legs, lobster, and shrimp so this place is perfect for us. Tried to order delivery on app. Wouldn't let me check out. Ordered from DoorDash got the lobster tail with cheddar bay stuffed shrimp. This Red Lobster is typically typical, if you know what I mean. The seafood is average, nothing to knock your socks off. The salad and dressings taste good. The steak is hit or miss. I love the signature biscuits. This location earns 4 starts for 2 reasons. First, for the appearance. The dining area is clean. The seating and decorations are in good repair. Second, the staff provide good customer service. Very rarely have I left here feeling less than satisfied with the wait staff. I went to red lobster for lunch. I ordered an entree with 2 sides. I ordered a baked potato and a salad. The waiter told me there is a 2.49 up charge for the salad. I asked when did that start and he said a few weeks ago. I also asked why and he said because other restaurants are charging for salads. I do not know of any restaurants i frequent that up charge for a salad. The prices of the entrees are pricey alone and now you are charging for a salad. Ridiculous. And you wonder why people are not eating out anymore. You need to reconsider this. read more

Sooo went here with my lady last night and it was a mistake. Where do I start? Ummm well I ordered "The Admiral's Feast" which should really be called "The Admiral's Heartburn". Ultimate feast is one of my favorites that gives some of everything. You have the crab legs, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and lobster tail!!! So the service here is always a hit or miss. Was seated right away, and that was great seeing as the holiday shopping and everywhere has a wait. The experience went down from there, the medium steak came out rare!!! The ultimate feast I had to ask for crackers for the crab and then when I looked no lemon on the plate for the lobster tail, the crab legs seemed to be reheated as to them being water logged and no taste!! I wish I could love this place as much as I use too. The quality of food has really went downhill here the last few years. The biscuits are still great, but everything else has progressively gotten worse. The clams chowder use to be great, one of my favorite places to get it from and now you get so much less clams. It's honestly more like a potato soup with seafood flavoring. The salads are still very plain and basic. Main course wise the crab and lobster have been so rubber, over-cooked, and just plain bad. Not sure if the quality of the food they are buying is bad or just the people cooking it. The shrimp has been decent, but not great. The kids menu is just blah and has been pretty bad the last few visit. I'd just save your money and go to a more expensive seafood restaurant to get better quality and options. read more

Standard Red Lobster fare. This is not a regular spot for us, usually frequent local restaurants over chain, but we had a gift card. I ordered the 4 course feast (potato soup, caesar salad, Cajun chicken Alfredo, and key lime pie). Soup and salad were good, not the best but not the worst ever had. Main course was decent. I felt the chicken was dry but the pasta was not over cooked. The key lime pie was decent as well. The highlight of the meal was James S., our server. I travel for a living and he was one of the most attentive, accommodating, and enjoyable servers I have ever encountered. If I was ranting James alone 5/5 would not have done justice. The service was good but the food sucked. At least my steak was wrong. I ordered a Filet Mignon and got a Sirloin. It was well done and when I mentioned it to our waitress she argued with me and said it was a Filet and they butterfly it so make it thin. I took a pic of the steak and there's no way that was a Filet. She wouldn't get the manager so I took my receipt and paid my bill. I really just want my money back because it sucked that bad. She got a pretty good tip from me only because her service was fast. But, finding out later it was because she was about to be out the door. I won't be back to this location. Lobsterfest called us! Came on a Saturday around 1pm, seated in 5 min. Everything is nice and clean, decor is just like every other red lobster. Waitress, Amanda, was VERY attentive and is why this goes from 4 stars to 5. Ordered 5isj minutes after looking through our options. Biscuits were brought piping hot to the table right after our order was in. The biscuits are almost always my favorite part of the meal here haha. Food came out about 15 min after ordering. Everything was delicious. I got lobster lovers dream, and my husband got the lobsterfest surf and turf. Everything cooked exactly as ordered. Everything was also nicely hot.
