I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. The process for getting a quote and arranging timing once we connected was very easy, and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to the scope of the project, which I really appreciated. In terms of the actual service, I cannot speak highly enough of Swept Clean. I requested a one-time deep clean of the apartment, including an oven and refrigerator cleaning. For the entire main area of the apartment (kitchen / dining / living) and one bedroom and bathroom (approx. 750-800 sq ft), plus the oven and the refrigerator, the entire cost was $399. This was definitely more expensive than some of the other quotes I received from larger companies, but honestly it was completely worth it when I came back home and saw the finished results. I wish I had taken before and after photos to demonstrate how incredible the job they did was. Everything was near spotless--even the baseboards, which my roommates and I have neglected in nearly two years of living in our apartment. I also have two cats and there wasn't a single strand of cat hair left when they were finished and the house smelled so pleasant. I am so so so pleased with the whole experience with Swept Clean, and will definitely be hiring them again any time I need a home cleaning!
