The two-man crew - Alex and Julio - arrived on time on the scheduled day and cleaned every inch, interior and exterior, by hand with a squiggy and often a razor blade. They worked quietly and efficiently. The real satisfaction came with the morning sunrise. Instead of cloudy, diffused light, the sun streamed in unobstructed by the glass. Just spectacular. Failed to show up. After scheduling error put them on the last day I was available before moving. Claimed I didn't give them information that was very clear about from the beginning. They are just terrific! Very easy to teach the ladies we're friendly and kind and most off all they cleaning was impeccable!!! And no i am not exaggerating, they got rid of bathroom tiles stain that I had just given up on. They were supposed to clean for a set time and kept going even when they're time was up. My only Con was that their products smelled quite strong so I wouldn't advice if you have a sensitivity to chemicals but I was just so happy to have a clean appartement that I did not mind. I had my first visit from Lili's team today and came home to a spotless house! Lili was very responsive for scheduling, and was able to fit me in within 24 hours of my initial request. I received estimates from several other companies, and Lili's was the most affordable while also having good reviews. The team did a thorough job, to include vacuuming the upholstery! One thing I didn't know beforehand is that it costs extra to clean the inside of the fridge ($50) and oven ($40), but if I need those services I'm sure it's worth it. My only complaint is that they turned on the heat and left it set at 90 degrees, which was unpleasant to come home to on a hot day. I assume it was on accident while cleaning the thermostat, which I guess means they had attention to detail in cleaning every little thing! Looking forward for their next visit in 2 weeks! read more

I used them for apartment move out, they did pretty good especially with the bathrooms and refrigerator; my only gripe was that I should have checked the oven before they left (which I paid in addition to the cleaning service) the residue that was left really was disappointing and because there was nothing in my apartment to clean it with I had to run out and purchase paper towels to wipe the residue out of it. I would recommend just make sure and check everything after paying for this type of service read more

I won't bore you with screenshots, but long story short: we reached out to them for a quote. The assistant offered to come by tomorrow, asked what time, etc. After giving them information and availability, she replies they can't come out tomorrow, but 3 days later. It seems pretty simple for an assistant to find out or know BEFORE scheduling an appointment that they're not operating the next day ("tomorrow"). This is very basic stuff customers are looking for. I'm not taking a chance if there's already issues on day 1 with scheduling an estimate. The assistant was polite, so gave them 2 stars instead of 1 for wasting time. read more

These folks did a great job executing a move out cleaning on my condo. We had the cleaning arranged for a Thursday morning. We called Lili's on a Monday afternoon hoping they could come the following day. They showed up at 7:30am on Tuesday and had the home done in an hour and a half.
