I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. If you don't believe me, head on in for you consult.

She listened carefully to all of my concerns and took everything very seriously. She had great ideas for my care going forward and followed up with a call after receiving lab results with thorough explanations. My husband wasn't assigned a new PCP and Dr Shilling took him on as a patient. I look forward to a great professional relationship.

I do and they still refused to see me or prescribe me anything. After finally getting in touch with a supervisor (charge nurse) I found out my actual PCP no longer worked at the practice, and they did refer me to a triage center for people showing symptoms (a subsidiary for the same hospital that the family practice is in)After calling the triage center they also refused to see me. I have gotten better as it had been 2 full weeks and it went away on it's own, but my employer required a note saying i was healthy. Even though i was now not displaying any symptoms at all. They refused to see me and again referred me to the triage center, and also told me that the triage center tried to call me to set up an appointment and that i never answered, despite the fact i called them and they refused to see me, going as far as hanging up on me mid-sentence. I had to go to a local urgent care and be seen, paying out of pocket for an out of network physical to be approved to go back to work. Even with the pandemic being led on a runaround for 2 weeks without any form of service or care, as well as the rude and unprofessional staff is unnaceptable and I dropped them as my PCP. I would stongly advise anyone considering this practice to find a provider elsewhere.

Finally! A Healthcare plan that doesn't just meet my necessities, but makes caring for my child…read moreeasy. My daughter, Joanna, has been a member of Breakthrough Pediatrics from day 1. And from that day, I haven't had to worry about fighting for an apt for an acute visit and adequate time with our physician. I also have peace of mind. Because of a monthly membership fee, I can get as many appointments with Dr. Watson as needed without paying more for every appointment. As new Mom, and mother of a preemie, my daughter needed extra care. My family and I are members of Concord Family Tree healthcare system. A system which has wonderful physicians and expert care. The main problem we have with this system of healthcare is that from a health management perspective, it is hard for Moms. Acute visits are rarely available day of. Also, I don't have 10 minutes available to navigate through the automated telephone system when my child is sick. Breakthrough Pediatrics lets me text my doctor! For the modern mom, this is a must. Breakthrough Pediatrics also has generic Rx's on hand. So for my daughter's ear infection, I don't have to also visit a pharmacy to pick up her antibiotics! Also, for Moms with multiple children they let you schedule back to back appointments!

DPC is also perfect for families with athletes who need more help with nutrition and preventive routines, and faster injury assessments and recovery plans.
