When I honked and threw my arm up (like any person thinking "wtf" would), he decided it would be funny to mock me and flip me off. He then proceeded to do 20 in an 40. Apparently these drivers don't seem to remember that they represent a brand, and that their actions do matter. Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver.
