He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! I live in NYC but will definitely be making a trip back out here for a wine trip per Enzo's recommendation and will ONLY be booking Imperial Limousine & Transportation!

A week before the date of our travel, they sent a cancellation notice promising to refund the charge. They broke that promise, one can only surmise because they don't have the money. We disputed the charge with our credit card company in order to get our money back. Long story short, this company apparently no longer offers any services and should not even be considered by anyone.

The fact that there's a NYC trip pretty consistently available is definitely a highlight of traveling with Swarthout. I think they're raising the cost of the NYC trip (from $62 per person to $64 per person), but it's very minimal - and the ticket is still very much worth the cost. Generally, the experience is very organized. The driver I think we've had for every (or almost) trip down to NYC, Chuck, is fantastic and knows exactly how to maneuver the bus through heavy NYC traffic. Drop off and pick up is also well organized. While I haven't experienced any of the other tours that Swarthout offers in quite some time, I am hoping they continue to plan for at least one Yankee game trip during the 2016 trip schedule. I won't hesitate to buy tickets for that trip if/when they offer it next. While Swarthout is pretty organized about their communications, I have noticed that people who are new to traveling with Swarthout can be confused about the bus seat numbers - even though most are clearly marked. The last trip I was on, a family got on board the bus at the first pick-up spot and looked for their seat numbers before the husband gave up and told his wife and kid to just sit down in a couple seats. They were the wrong seats, unfortunately, and when people got on the bus later in the pick-up schedule, they couldn't find their seat numbers because this family had already sit in them - also covering the seats numbers that are usually on the window space. Perhaps this is something that has been addressed recently (my last trip was in May 2015), but, if not, this is something I would advise Swarthout look into - enhancing visibility of the seat numbers (or, alternatively, get rid of them entirely). TL;DR Love these tours. Will be joining Swarthout again 2016. Seating seems to be somewhat confusing for some, though the trips are otherwise very organized - and fairly intuitive in terms of joining them, etc.

I remember one time when my phone died on the 10:15 bus between Binghamton & Ithaca & the outlets were out. The driver spoke with me the entire way, so I wouldn't be bored to death. It was the best bus ride I've ever had. Plus, they drop off & pick up minutes away from dorms all over campus; so the convenience is superb.

Fitzgerald Bros told her to not bring home the Bride and Groom and 22 other guests unless they were paid another $120. Earlier in the week, I was told we would be given a 30 minute grace period. The Sales Mgr was RUDE and inflexible, and would not refund the $120 I paid in cash---AFTER I pleaded with the driver to bring them back to the hotel. Will NEVER use this company again
