I have encountered this ludicrous practice only in Boise - this is the second business to do so. I would never do business with someone who puts money first. Why not trust people. If someone doesn't show up, charge them. Don't insult people by charging upfront. I'm so disappointed.

The Dr who was giving my wife treatments said if you have any questions just to text him and he would get back to her. Well after the second treatment my wife was experiencing some issues and sent the Dr a message asking if this was normal. Never received a reply. She ended going to the hospital and found she had an infection from the treatment. She was injected in her chest area and continued to have discomfort and bleeding from the procedure. Not once did anyone call from the office to see how she was doing or if she was coming back. The front desk tried to charge me twice for items we already paid for. We were very disappointed in the care and customer service. Be aware you sign paperwork not holding them liable. So do your homework.
