Absolutely rude. I scheduled a manicure and pedicure... I wanted my manicure done first, so they could dry while having a pedicure... Well, they did not understand why.... I should not have to explain... They do not communicate very well. They just stare... Very weird situation. I did not feel comfortable or trusting of the salon. Finally the process began... I seriously could not wait to leave. I made an appointment at that salon only because traffic to get to Stuart is always a hassle so I decided to give Red Nails a try purely from a logistical standpoint. I will not go back. HORRIFIC OWNERSHIP. I can't believe I'm writing this, as the entire experience is just insane. My mom went in to get a simple set of acrylic nails with French Tips, as she usually does at various salons nearby. She's never had any issues with any of them until this place. She goes in for her acrylic with French tips and has a great deal of difficulty communicating with the tech. The tech assumed my mom wanted pink and white, which she didn't. After attempting to communicate this with the tech and failing, the owner of the salon lost it on my mom out of nowhere and started yelling at her, telling her she was the problem and being too difficult, simply because she didn't want the pink color. All my mom did was try and explain she didn't want pink and whites, just regular acrylic with French tips. Embarrassed and shocked, my mom quickly left, leaving behind her cellphone in the process. She returned to get her phone, gave cash to the tech to compensate her time (the tech was not the one causing a scene, it was the OWNER), and quickly left a second time in tears. Not only was the owner completely unprofessional and unhinged, but he allowed my mom to leave with unfinished tips. Disgusting. I've been to every single salon between Fort Pierce and Stuart and I have NEVER heard or seen such a horrific display of childishness, unprofessionalism, rudeness and general lack of decency. This is no way to run a business and certainly no way to treat another human being. Needless to say, my mom and I will never set foot in this salon again, and I warn others to beware. read more

I have been coming to this location from us two years now and not only do they talk about you behind your back especially Kelly and the older gentleman they don't realize other people speak their language and just because they don't say anything doesn't mean they don't know. They bait and switch the prices. I was told never to step foot in their establishment again because I questioned the price that he told me and then when I got to the counter he switched it up and then told me never to come back and I go all because I asked a question he goes yep and then him and his wife start laughing and saying really rude comments about me. I have never felt so embarrassed and disgusted at the same time. This place doesn't make you feel pretty it makes you feel like s*** when you walk out. Do not recommend, do not waste your money customer beware because unless you're ready to just have them make up a price pretty much and do what they want on your nails they can't even do simple designs I got stickers put on my nails and was price gouged $15 and it was only cherries on six nails. I paid $10 for my eyebrows to be waxed and the $28 for the basic pedicure and $93 is completely unacceptable and I'm not a cheap person. My husband and I had pedicures here this morning. What fantastic service! Clean and friendly, they also use the liners in the pedicure tubs! Another thing I have never seen: sealed for each client all the tools, sponges, emory boards. Also the metal items: scissors, pedicure cutters. Not going anywhere else again! read more

The staff were rude from the moment I walked in and acted like I had not even made an appointment They made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time that I was there. Walked in at 9:45, met with a pleasant smile, said I could get a pedicure right now. Asked me to select my nail color, and directed me to a pedicure chair. Lyn came out, covered my lap with a towel, and proceeded to prepare the tub for my soak. She also had a smile and welcoming attitude. She did my pedicure, allowed me to stay in seat to dry. I have been going to Red Nails for 4 years. I have also sent many customers too. While going i have been receiving a lot of attitude from the " Manager" who used to do my nails all of the time but i dealt with it. Last week i went to get my pedicure, eyebrows, and nails done and while getting my nails done i realized my nails were a little too long. So i asked him to make them a little shorter, and he said " Well, i have to charge you $5.00 extra". I said, " After coming here for 4 years you are going to charge me extra when it was his mistake." Wow! Came in with an old poorly executed healthy nail from another salon that i finally had enough of and wanted a new set. I did not catch the nail techs name, but she sat at station 7. She was friendly, and welcoming. And she did a great job! I am super impressed, the nails look great and it seems like these will last for a while on me! Over priced under performing. Waited 1/2 hour for a scheduled appointment. I came as a transient and not a regular. I asked for one color and was given a similar but not the same color. The nails were a gel and they were different colors as he was inconsistent with the polish. I do not suggest this place at all! read more
