I got a pedicure here, today. The technician was using the grater on my foot. To be fair, she asked me first. But, she cut my foot with it. The outer side of my right foot. It hurt and started bleeding. I pointed it out to her, she said, no, that is a blister. If I had cut your foot, it would go all the way, up. Offered me nothing for the wound. I had to wait til I was home to clean it up and put antibiotic ointment on. She basically called me a liar. I do not lie. I paid for the pedicure and left no tip. Also-I am careful to NEVER go for a pedicure if I have any kind of wound or injury to my skin as I do everything that I can, to avoid an infection. Lyn was my nail tech and was thorough and attentive to what I asked for. She listened to my ideas and made them come to life. Would not recommend going there for full set nails I went there on Saturday my nails didn't even last a day one had broken off on Sunday and rest has came off it's not been a full two weeks which is how long they are supposed to last and Thursday it's only been 5 days and I 5 nails have broken off the quality was horrible for what I paid the owner was a nice and sweet lady but the nails I had gotten from her were not what I was expecting very disappointed read more

Lisa and Katie are the best! Lisa is so calm and gives amazing massages. I always feel at home and so welcomed every time I visit.

The best part about this pedicure, was the massage. But both of my toes have peeled two days I'm getting a pedicure.

Katie didn't do as I asked and knowing I was not pleased, she responded with, "I should have listened to you." My nails look Easter Eggs. I wanted tips and she said my nails were long enough and I didn't need them. She was taking photos for her Instagram page of other clients which made me feel even worse because my nails looked horrible!! She is the owner and the right thing to do would be to fix them not just give me five dollars off my next appointment. Listen to your customers and own your mistakes. I went to this place to try it out and I was disappointed with the results. I asked for a medium oval french tip set and the outcome looked like they just glued clear nails and quickly painted the white over them. The nails where not the same length. The white on the nails where thicker than the other half of the nail and some parts where not even painted. I also did try to let them know I did not like them but the person who took me blamed me for the outcome and would get defensive. I'm not a person who is good with confrontation but I still tried to let them know and they didn't do much to fix it. I had to pay $60 for them and they looked nothing like how I wanted them to look. I had to go home and try to fix them. read more

I walked in and they did an amazing job. My nails were really short, and the man put on very short tips so the dip looked like my real nail!!!! Will be going here every time. Keep in mind that they only accept cash tip. I had to walk to the gas station and withdraw from the ATM for a small charge. read more

First time trying this salon was December; my pedicure was great however the nail tech I think was new or wasn't really certain how to do Healthy Nails. I paid $77 including tip and my nails looked awful days later! Peeling...etc. She put some gel on them and then placed them under the heat lamp which caused them to loOk awful! Needless to saY I was out of town for the Christmas holiday with awfully looking nails. First and last visit! Sticking with salons I know from now on! My nail tech, Kally, who has done my nails for the past 9 years in Palm Beach Gardens, has just taken ownership of this salon and I can honestly say Kally is the best nail tech I've ever found (in 30 years lol)! I can do acrylics so therefore I am very picky and she is the absolute best!! Her two family members are co-owners and are excellent as well.
