Beware of unspoken up charges. My family and I have been going here since we moved to the city years ago. I'm not usually on a budget so I never noticed all the up charges that I am noticing now. I went for a pedicure and manicure and picked from the only colors they handed me. Turns out they handed me colors that were an extra 10.00 for my hands and 10.00 extra for my feet. No notice of this extreme up charge. And no options for free colors. Just here pick from these and then hit me with it at the end. I didn't even like the colors as much as the normal ones. I was just trying to be easy and polite. There were also issues with the charges on my actual services and how they billed them instead of changing my package - which I asked about twice - they just charged for extra add ons that they added to a lower pedicure choice. The lowest cost pedicure and a simple manicure no extensions ended up being 150.00 before I tipped. Which I lowered to 10.00 each manicurist instead of my usual 20.00 each because I was in shock at how they had squeezed in costs. I'm very disappointed and my family and I will not be going back for my nails or our family days anymore. read more

Just came in for pedicures for my girls and I with appointments. They took two of us on time but I had to wait about 40 mins. My girls are teenagers and they did pedicures like they were little kids, they didn't shape them well, clean under the nails, or trim cuticles. They are nice to you but they all look really sloppy. You can see bubbles, layers of polish that aren't matched well and crooked shapes. Again they are nice but you are not getting a nice looking pedicure. The best way to put it is just kinda a messy job. This is our third time and although they weren't exceptional the first two times they were still ok but this time they are worse so we won't be back. Came here on a whim from just getting a hair cut next door . They took me right away as a walk-in and there was no wait. Upon entering the salon the facility was nicely lit and there was news on the big screen. The workers were knowledgeable on giving me pointers for my fragile nails. I decided to do a Mani and Pedi with French tips. It came out so cute! Sadly I don't live nearby anymore but I'd definitely be a regular otherwise. read more

Nancy did my nails today and it was amazing. The place was clean and accommodating. Upon entering it was so relaxing and nice until 2 women came in talking about their Hawaii trip for 2 hrs. came in for a fill and they cut all my nails down and charged me for a full set. after asking me if the length was to my liking and me agreeing, the man doing my nails proceeded to free cut the rest of the mail extensions so i ended up with them much much much shorter than i had wanted. they looked completely different from the picture i had shown him. even when i commented on the incorrect length and design, i was reassured that they would look similar enough. i wanted a colored french tip and my entire nail was the same color. im pretty disappointed in myself for allowing myself to walk out with the nails i paid for. extremely unsatisfying. do not recommend read more

This is the closest nail salon to me, and I'm glad it is. It's a clean and simple salon near Albertsons. I don't understand to low overall rating this nail salon gets. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to get your nails done I got a set of nails yesterday and they charged me $90. The way that the nails came out I will not say it was worth $90. Instead of them using pink acrylic as the base they used clear acrylic and I did ask him if they could use pink acrylic as the base and they said they were going to charge me extra for it. I have never been to a nail salon that would charge me extra for something that I normally get based pink acrylic because majority of my nail set I like to stay with a natural pink. They didn't even add the little stone gems on my middle finger like how it was on the picture. I was looking around and see if they had a license or certificate of any sorts and I was not able to see any license or certificates of their Nail tech. That was a huge shocker for me. Never have I been treated so much like a number. They are so focused on upselling and pushing services that they look disappointed when you decline. Worst pedicure experience I have had. Asked 3x for hot water. Water was tepid at best. Nail tech was hurried and rushed. When I requested more work on my heels she balked at me. I insisted and she kept her sour attitude the entire time. I went here 3 times for my nails. I noticed they do not open sterilized equipment. The week of the July 4th ( 2 days after my last visit) one of my fingers started hurting horribly and was really red. After 2 days puss started coming out of my cuticle. I had to go get antibiotics. Now that the infection is gone the skin on that finger is peeling off. read more

There was a long wait despite making an appt. I wasnt able to get the name of the lady that did my nails but they turned out amazing. I thought it was a relatively simple nail art but it did take a long time and she made sure to clean each line so they were all even. It's my natural nails with gel coloring so itll grow out with no abnormal edges. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my nails :) read more

I went there to get acrylics and the ended up messing my shape up very badly and then led to me coming in for someone to fix let alone spent almost 100 there too. I will never go back here again. They charged me $152 for acrylic nails that are green with black stripes and same thing on my toes. The guy who did my acrylics didn't even remove my old set properly and was just ripping them off. I literally saw a layer of my actual nail come off with the acrylic. I was not told it was $10 extra for the stripes until after it was already done. The lady who did my toes did a half- a$s job with the massage. Went today got a gel pedicure and gel fill. Gel fill was excellent. BUT, the young girl who did my pedicure only trimmed my toenails and applied the gel color. So when I went to pay they said $42 for the gel pedicure, I informed them she did not do the full pedicure no massage, lotion or warm towels. When I addressed this he asked and she stated she was gonna do it after me gel fill ( hands). She never mentioned it, and was working on another customer. When there is a line at the front door when they open, I was worried that even though I had an appointment I would have to wait. Nope! They got me right in and Nancy did a gentle, wonderful manicure and pedicure. (And an amazing massage!) Their massage chairs are a little worn but work perfectly. Despite the not so great yelp reviews I decided to try this place out and now I am a repeat customer. The service is always great and they keep everything sanitary. The prices are average and my gel nails usually last for three weeks. I get bad hang nails and they do a great job taking care of them. I will continue to go here for my nails. read more

My husband got me a gift certificate and to be honest my expectation were low based on the other reviews. The major complaint most people had on Yelp was wait time so I went at 10 am on a Monday. I came here for a new set read the recent good reviews I made an appointment.. my shapes didn't match in size and they were wavy on the tops, the whole thing looked sloppy. Kevin did my nails (his equipment had his name on it) and not even a week later 2 have popped off entirely and 4 are more than half way lifted! Wish I would've read reviews before stopping by this place. Nail techs rushed through fill + pedi and this is its sloppy result. My nails are thick and gloppy looking and there's air bubbles all over the nails on both hands. One of my toes is bleeding and sore from her cutting my nail too deep.
