ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I moved to the area about 2 years ago and have been looking for a good nail salon ever since - And I am now happy to say the search has been called off! Today I had my first experience at CL Nails and it was so much more than just good! It really exceeded my expectations. The shop is low key, with modest decor - nothing fancy, but it is clean and the service and the people are outstanding!!! I was fortunate enough to have the owner (Vi) do my pedicure herself and not only did she do a great job, but she also had a very friendly personality and it was obvious by the way she treated me that she appreciated me as a customer. I was also surprised to see that while I was there she personally greeted everyone that came thru the door by name - Yes, she knew the names of every single person that came in! That tells me that she was not just friendly to me because it was my first time, but that she has a regular set of clientele that keeps coming back, and that says alot! Vi also did a wonderful job with my pedicure - not only did she make my toes look beautiful, she gave me an outstanding foot massage - and to me the massage is just as important as making pretty toes! I also appreciated the fact that she did not try to up-sell more services to me while she was doing my pedicure, and she was not afraid to engage in some casual conversation with me in a very sincere tone. My sister and I went there yesterday and it was a horrible experience. We left the salon with cut up cuticles and glue all over our fingers. I asked for a certain letter that wasn't even that hard and she said she couldn't do it so I asked her if I could do it myself and I was basically doing my own nails. They don't have any gems that a normal salon would have so I couldn't even get the nails I wanted and on top of that the shaping was horrible read more

The salon claims Walk in's welcome!? My fiancé purchased a gift card for my birthday I came in the following Monday there were 0 customers which should have been the first sign. The tech asked what I needed I asked for a gel fill and pedicure she said she just booked an appt at 1230 so I assumed she was going to ask another tech from the back to assist but she stated she works alone on Mondays and would not be able to take me?! I find it crazy to walk into an open business that is not busy has no customers that advertises walk in's and still not be helped!! Once I called my fiancé to let him know they wouldn't do my nails and his gc could not be used she got extremely rude and started yelling! Who yells at customers?!?? She made sure to let me know the gc was not refundable either but I cannot see myself going back after being treated that way. Do not bother find a different nail salon! read more

I gave this place a 1 star because I couldn't go lower. My daughter tried this little shop because it's nearby. She got acrylics and a pedicure. The technician Vee did her nails and cut her cuticles on almost every finger, then proceeded to wipe it with acetone. My daughter walked away with many bleeding cuticles from being cut and horribly shaped nails. I called and Vee asked to bring my daughter up tgere so she could see When we got there Vee was too busy to even come to the front to see ehat damage she had done. Told us yo wait 20 minutes or send her pic. My daughter sent the pics and Vee told her yo put neosporin on the cuts. Don't do this to yourself. Go anywhere else. read more

this was a horrible experience I had with this nail salon, not got my nails done and vi was super rough with my nails. made all my cuticles bleed and my nails hurt super bad after getting them done. nails are not painted all the way and are crooked. In November, I went in this nail salon to get a set of acrylic nails done. Vi was the one doing my nails. She was friendly and talkative. I ended up getting the gel coating on top of my acrylic nails. I didn't give this place a five star because one of my nails looked a little crooked. She didn't mold it evenly enough. Also, her price was a little expensive. It cost me $40 to get that set of nails done. I tipped her 25% because she kept me company. read more

Hi I came in last Night last customer, although it was a good time I just want to say to please consider being more gentle when filing, the file cut my skin open and deep and other areas of my fingers are sore from the cuts. I suppose This happens when being the last customer but seeing as this was my Mother's Day gift it's disappointing I have sore and cut fingertips. Thankyou for your time. This is the exact message I sent to the owner/ no response back yet which in a business standpoint isn't professional. Anyway I want to add I've been getting my nails done around 14 years now and coming here was the first time I snatched my hands back to myself repeatedly over the harshness of the aggressive filings. I literally am borderline afraid I will catch an infection not only From the minor cuts but the deep abrasion I have never seen happen to me by a nail salon, it almost seemed intentional because I had no apology in the least. I had s full set and deluxe pedicure the worst set I have ever received. Nails were thick misshaped, very unattractive. The pedicure was basic at best and I'm trying to be nice. I paid a lot of money for a sloppy job in a dirty environment. I had the owner do my nails and her mom l think, did the pedi. It was just the two of them. I went here for the first time just for a pedicure. I wanted gel on my toes and had to ask to see colors. I was not offered any additional services such as wax or callus remover. My feet never got massaged only my legs and only for a brief minute. It was the bare min pedicure for $40.00. The positive part is the massage chair is great. I'm going to be honest worse nails I have ever had :/ both times. Way to thin went to work and 2 broke the same day. Glue was all over my fingers. Wasn't done with a lot of care paint job was definitely not the best as well I got white and it had so many bubbles 3 of my nails were. Crooked. I called with the intention of getting a gift certificate for my grandmother for Christmas. Needless to say it didn't work out and as a potential customer, I had the strangest, fastest phone conversation ever. Conversation was as follows: Woman on receiving end: "Hello?" Me: "oh I'm sorry, I might have got the wrong number, is this is a business or a residence?" Woman on receiving end: "business" Me: "oh ok great! What kind of business?" Woman on receiving end: click. so I got hung up on. maybe shes having tax issues and thought I was the IRS. I called back immediately and after one ring got a voice mail saying thanks for calling CL nail salon so I guess I got my answer as to what number I had reached. Word to the not so wise CL Nail Salon, being a business owner myself, answering your business line with 'hello?' confuses customers and sounds unprofessional. and no matter who you thought was on the other line, hanging up on them is pretty much NEVER the right thing to do. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First I asked for almond shaped nails and I got stilettos. I was cut twice as she was very aggressive with the filer. Nails are crooked and just basically very sloppy work. And I've only had these on two days and already one broke off(even though I was going to take them off anyway) I can't believe I paid $45 for this amateur work at best. read more

This place is filthy and dirty including nail table and foot spas. I walk in and all 3 foot spas were dirty and dirty towels inside them. The owner fired all her employees and is working alone. The floors are disgusting. My cuticles were bleeding and burning from nail sander. And my nails thin out and destroyed by Ve. I told her what I wanted done and she started doing another . I have never had such bad service and this pla e needs to be report to the board of cosmetology. read more

Not gonna lie, the lady was super sweet bit super messed up my nails. Getting married tomorrow and I'm sad. My friend and I went and she filed away all of my nail growth. I explained the nail sample was extremely different than the actual result. We got a few dollars off, however my nails now look like I'm getting ready for a middle school dance. My experience with C L Nails has been great! I am new to the area and went to another salon that was a disaster. So I was leary about trying another.
