People go to a nail salon to relax, be pampered, and unwind. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. The environment was chaotic and completely unprofessional. A child was running around the salon crying, yelling, bothering customers, spraying people with misters, playing with the lights, turning them on and off, filling cup holders with water, and even throwing calculators. The parent, who appeared to be one of the nail techs, sat on his phone watching videos and playing games while paying no attention at all. On top of that, several workers were sitting in the massage chairs eating, one was vaping, and conversations were extremely loud. I don't mind normal conversation, but this felt less like a salon and more like walking into someone's home during a party. It was uncomfortable and far from relaxing. The cleanliness and organization were also concerning. Christmas decorations that appear to have been hanging for years were still up and visibly dusty. Stock was not put away. Boxes of nail tips, boxed UV lamps, and napkin boxes were stacked near the front of the salon where everything was fully visible to customers, which added to the overall feeling of disorganization and neglect. That said, Rom did an excellent job on my nails. He was professional, focused, and clearly skilled. My nails turned out great. If it hadn't been for how confident I am in Rom's work, I would have walked out before my service was even over. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere ruined the experience. If I could give negative stats I definitely would, went here today to get me and my daughter toes Done, they were trying to charge me $95 for a gel pedicure with one toe overlay, I said no thank you but could she still paint My daughters toes for the inconvenience I'll still pay for her. I've came here once before but just for eyebrows (15$ for wax) today 5/5 at 3:45pm I came for eyebrows and a pedicure...place is completely empty. First it takes them a while to even acknowledge me, i asked if they were open(it's three women sitting in the message chairs on their phone) because they're looking annoyed that I'm there! Then they tell me pick a color(while in standing at the front door basically) I immediately say "white", then they begin to converse and again the tone and vibe is that they are annoyed or none of them want to take a customer. The had me waiting for 1 hour changed my water 2-3 times and I was not complaining at all still joyful enjoying my time here, the man completely botched my toes they are all leaning to the side. As soon as I sat down, I should've known it would go badly. I clearly asked for square-shaped toes and requested acrylic on both big toes to achieve that look. Instead, I only received acrylic on one toe. When I asked for it to be reshaped, the shape was still completely off. I expressed my concerns to another staff member, and after she told the original technician, the technician came over with a lot of attitude and said she "doesn't care." She attempted to reshape it again but still didn't fix it. After that, she and other employees began talking and watching me, which made the whole environment feel hostile and unwelcoming. Got a mani/pedi. No wait time at first, except for my manicure. I asked if I could get my manicure and pedicure at the same time to save time, my tech would ask someone and they would reply in their language and then just not tell me anything. I asked twice and they kept not telling me anything. I guess that meant wait. My pedicure was okay, lady was a little rough and she skipped my lotion, cuticle oil, any after care. My skin was so dry. When I mentioned these were skipped she said she did it already. I had to show how dry my legs were lol, she just slapped on some lotion on my shins and walked away. I was honestly pissed. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! On June 23rd, I had a very disappointing experience. Lien H, the front desk lady, was incredibly rude to a Spanish-speaking customer. Instead of letting her sit down and settle in, she kept pressuring her to pick a color and repeatedly told her the total. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. As for my service, I came in for a French tip pedicure and Gel X nails. From the beginning, I asked for a pink undertone. The technician doing my pedicure ignored this and gave me something completely different. When I pointed it out, instead of correcting it properly, he just added a pink gel layer on top leaving my nails looking messy and poorly done. After that, the staff became visibly annoyed and started giving me attitude. They told me the French tip on the Gel X would be $25 extra (which I was okay with), but then said they couldn't even do the pink undertone I originally asked for. On top of that, they tried to charge me an additional $10 for the French tip design--even though I didn't ask for anything complicated. At that point, I felt completely unwelcome and decided to just pay and leave. I ended up paying $148 for a service that was rushed, sloppy, and nothing like what I requested. This all happened right before my vacation, which is why I'm only writing this now. I will be attaching photos of what I asked for vs. what I received. Well, i hadn't planned on writing a review, because honestly everyone has a bad day and it sucks to work on a Sunday. But alas, here i am.... Ive been coming to this spot regularly for about a year and a half. Never really have any issues, usually have a great experience. Came in today for a pedi and a full set, french tip, acrylic on the big toes. I pay about 200 dollars every time i get a service here. Plus a 20 dollar tip to BOTH techs... Pedi was ok, not fantastic. Came time for my nails, the tech i had wasn't my usual tech, he is off on sundays and i am aware, so I had already dropped my expectations for this visit. This new tech, did not prime my nail beds, didnt ask how long i wanted my nails, and just chopped. Okay... whatever, ill rock pixie nails no biggie. Now polish, i want a not see through nude pink.. they switch me techs, and we proceed to polish. The polish is see through. Im trying to explain that the same color on my toes is not showing up the same on my hands and elaborating on how i want it to look. She tells me i shouldve gotten color acrylic if i wanted my nails to not be see through.. "your options are..." and she proceeds to tell me that i basically cant have what im asking for ...She then tells me to get up and go look on the round table...... okaaaayyyyyyyy, that was terrible but here i go.... I find a color that works, bring it back to her and she gets up to go find it... by this time im super confused? Ive never experienced this here so I decide to jump on good old Yelp! to see if maybe theres been some change in management or just maybe other people experiencing the same thing... my new tech comes back, a young girl very fluent in english, looks down at my phone, and tells me "we dont have to finish, you can just pay for your toes and leave." Words were exchanged and i told her she can complete the services i come here regularly for. "Well if your going to leave a review, you can just leave, we dont have to finish, you haven't paid for anything." I wasnt even here to leave a review, just trying to see if my favorite nail spot was just having a bad day. I didnt come here to have someone look at my PERSONAL PHONE and verbally accost me infront of a salon full of people. I wasnt rude, i too work in customer service, and advocate for people to be kind to those who provide services... i left in tears, without a french tip, HUGE divots in the acrylic on my nails. What's the point of coming out and asking what ima get if you're not ready to start . This salon feels so sad no music or tv playing and nobody greets you in a friendly way . They have extra people sitting around on their phones while they make people wait and act ask if they have better stuff to do . I waited 5 minutes and once he did not come I left , very unprofessional . This place is absolutely horrible!!! I came in for a mani and pedi and the man who did mine was horrible! The pedi was rushed and not even the package I picked. It took him all of 10 minutes to do my pedi and paint my toes.... To make things worse He was extremely rough and heavy handed. He drilled off my gel polish and burnt me several times. I asked him to be more gentle several times. My nails were all uneven in length and not even properly filed! When I asked him to fix them he argued me that they are fine from his angle. The paint job was so bad! I asked him to fix several nails that had bubbles and no color and he "couldn't see it" I had blue polish all over me by the end of the mani, he slapped some lotion on my arms and put so much cuticle oil on my hands that it was litterally dripping from my hands!! The nicest thing the man did was offer me a towel to dry my hands and arms since I went to the sink to remove all the lotion and oil off! read more

My first ever experience here was decent and she was so kind, I come back for a fill & she's rough with my hands nearly digging her nail into my hand . I heard her talking about my mention of prices to the people around her. She even grabbed the mirror from me when I was trying to look at my eyebrow wax. I asked for a cotton ball to clean my face and she got mad, then plucked my left eyebrow further making my face uneven... I am so done with the AV & Nail salons. That should be the first sign. They can change the price & that's one of the many issues I was dealing with here. Hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER return ! First off, the guy acted like I was holding him up from something. He kept getting up with his gloves on walking to the back room touching whatever and then returning back to try and remember what he was doing on my feet. I asked for my nails to be cut down, which he did but he literally did not even touch my toes with the nail file at all but pretended to file. He barely even cleaned the cuticle. I got the parrafin wax in my package.....He literally put a teaspoon of wax in each bag put it on my feet, pressed it on my heal then took it off in less than 30 seconds. The wax was still soft .... Now I have pedicures done every month but my lady was on vacation so I thought I would get it done for mother's day. Never again!!! The scrub was put on only on the middle of the front shin he rubbed it 2 times then rinsed it off. Oh yes the hot Stone massage I was supposed to get was a hot rock on the bottom of my foot for 2 seconds. This guy was in such a rush, I could not even believe it. When I walked in there was a lady there already started on her pedicure. The nail tech helping her was still working on scrubbing her feet when I left. Even worse he asked me 3 times if I want to leave a tip....umm no I will leave your tip on yelp. The best part one of the workers brought in their puppy and it pissed and shit on the pedicure chair she put it on .....ummm why? Not what I wanted to smell! This is a business ? I've been coming here for years & have usually gotten gel manicure & pedicure. Recently I decided to get acrylic nails. I was seen by Tina & She does SLOPPY work! Tina got gel nail polish all over my cuticles. When I complained she brushed it off & said "ya I'll fix it later". Anyone who has gotten their nails done knows you immediately clean up & remove any excess nail polish from the cuticle or it dries. I had to ask her several times to please remove the excess nail polish. She then used the machine to file away the nail polish and cut my cuticles. She gave me attitude and was dismissive. I complained about her before to owner for same thing. I tried to give her another chance & this time it was worst! Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, I was told it was my fault for not telling Tina right away. Bad customer service & Sloppy Sloppy work!! I will not be going back there again! I came in for a gel manicure on Wednesday and by Friday it already chipped so I remember the woman on the phone Lein telling me if my nails chip i can always come in to have it fixed as gel shouldn't chip. So i called and she told me i can come after work at 7pm or before work at 9am. I came in an hour and a half before work, as a fix on three nails shouldn't take too long. She said i can come at 9am. I arrived at 9:04 and waited over an hour. I called to see what happened and Lein now says they take no appointments to fix nails even though she gave me several set times to arrive. Makes zero sense. Was unable to have my nail fixed, wasted my whole morning and when I called to resolve the issue Lein hung up on me and declined my call after that. Terrible service. I come here at least 1-2 times a month and that will change. Horrible service. read more

They are selective with their customers. I called ahead of time and when I told them I had two girls who needed color they said they were too busy. I called back a minute after and said I needed acrylics the lady said ok come in 30 minutes! They had time for a more expensive service.
