I'm not sure how they work. Not bad mouthing them at all but I went in not once but twice in different occasions trying to make an appointment. I'm a new client and I just moved into the neighborhood so I'm searching for a good spot. Found them on IG and pics looked good and everything however if they can't get an appointment down for people, how do they get nails down? The second time I went in the person there (i believe her name is Celine) wasn't even aware of the schedule and what time I could book for. I gave them a try because the young lady on the phone was nice and apologetic..... Bad idea it was a nightmare! The file the girl used on me was not clean it looked worn and had old polish like they filed someone's glitter polish and reused it and the foam they use in between your toes looked old and used too!! So I spend 2 hours and a half in here today . Let me just say I left really upset ! It was my first time here , I went for a Pedicure and a gel manicure . I paid $65 for what I got done and let me tell you it was not worth it ! I wanted to cry of how bad of a job the lady did . I did not get her name but seems like she just moved out to Palmdale about six months ago I'm not sure if she was learning or what was going on . After taking a year off from acrylics due to Covid and moving decided to check out a place near by where I lived they scheduled me the next day after first call. When I arrived at location it was very quiet the staff was nice my nail tech was very attentive to detail and I loved how they didnt bark prices for designs I just showed her a nail look from Instagram and she went straight to work I got a full set extra length acrylic with matching gel color toes w/ design + pedi I'll post a comparison pics to what I was looking for and the final results I'm very satisfied with them will be back again in the future oh yea forgot to mention she free handed the white tips and i didn't have to pay a deposit for appointment. read more

I just moved to Palmdale not that long ago, and I couldn't find a good nail salon. I wanted to try out this place and I did a couple a times, and was always satisfied and loved my gel manicure. Today my sister decided to get acrylic French nails and the girl who did them was a joke! I didn't realize how bad they where until on our way home. I was going to go back and try and get them fixed but I decided to take her else where to get them fixed. I've seen other girls work there and they've done a pretty good job, but this girl just new she didn't know what she was doing. Specially me, I've gotten my nails done for years and never have experienced something like this before. The nails where not filed correctly, there's lumps everywhere and there soooooo uneven! If I could I would give a negative one They are so rude and unprofessional eating in the salon with their mask off giving dirty looks. If you don't like your job or the career you choose for yourself then why work it. Make people feel so uncomfortable and lower your confidence. Got my full set removed and a clear coat gel mani after. They have really great customer service. Originally my technician, Marcela, was going to remove my set with another acrylic nail, to which I had to ask to soak them instead. She complied with me and was gentle throughout the rest of the session. I also wanted a regular manicure. Marcela did it, but the colored polish ended up being really bubbly (I take it from the dryness of soaking my nails in acetone for so long) and I asked to just remove it altogether. She felt bad so she asked if she could paint it over again. I ended up settling for just a clear coat. Marcela then threw in gel and the end result came out nice and clean. It was $16 ($1 service fee for card) total which was very reasonable. The other thing to note is that they use both UV and LED lights. I'm cautious about salons using UV because it's more damaging to our skin. Unfortunately I probably won't be returning. read more

I'd like to start off by saying that the women working there made it an enjoyable experience, they were very friendly and patient. I wish I could go back there. However, I didn't like the work at all. I got a full set and pedicure. Full set cost $35 for coffin shape medium length regular polish. And they look terrible. The shapes vary and I came out looking like I needed a full and just got polish over it. The pedicure was disappointing because it looks like just polish. I didn't pay for callus remover so I wasn't expecting complete smoothness but my toes I did expect to look neat. Also toe nail polish chipped after only 3 days. read more

Came here to take my 3 year old niece to get a little pampered for her birthday and to spend auntie time (I'm from Sacramento). The ladies were super patient with her despite her moving around and ruining her nails a few times. They went out of their way to help me with her and interacted with her, even brought out a huge giraffee for her to hold. The shop is very clean, they have multiple nail colors, designs, and options and are affordable. I will definitely be going back when I am in the area and when my niece is at least 5 . I paid 35$ for something I could have gotten done better at Sunnys for $5more and walked out with gel nail polish if I would have just waited. Not happy. This will be my second time here and the first time I got a wonderful service by Veronica however this time was completely opposite. I had an appointment and came on time . Once I got there they were busy so I had to wait. Which wasn't a problem . The problem was that they were so busy that the lady who did my toes came from next door from a hair salon! She didn't even work at the nail salon and did my toes . She had no clue what she was doing . I paid for an extra callus removed and she didn't even scrub anything off which I'm paying $10 extra for. I love the service here and am glad I found this place in the AV I have tried a few places here since moving. I went in for a gel mani and only got a gel polish change because they didn't have time.. not only that but they chipped as soon as I left. Went in a different time to get a gel mani and the same thing happened!! I know enough about nails to know that when they chip it's because of the nails techs application.
