I've been to this place a couple of times now, and every single time I've been treated so nicely! They're also super patient with kids, aka pre-teens lol, which I really appreciate. The inside is so pretty, spacious, clean and inviting. It honestly feels like a whole new place! My nail tech today was Jason and he did my Gel-X set, and I'm so happy with how they turned out! The gel-x manicure done by Ivy came out beautiful! She was fast and efficient. Gel pedicure also came out great! That being said... I'm disappointed at the longevity of my manicure. The same day I got the nails done, I started noticing the chrome wearing off. It has not even been a week and the nails look worn. The gold and pearl finishes are fading on every nail. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this. read more

Kaylee did my first set of nails with gel builder in January. Since then, I've been going to her every two to three weeks consistently and tipping after every service. When I last called to see Kaylee for a fill, to my surprise, Ivy told me that Kaylee said she can't do my nails because the last time it seemed like I didn't like them. I would not have kept going back to her for the last seven months if I didn't like them. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend her services seeing that she's too sensitive for a customer to express how they would like their nails to look. I didn't think that was an unreasonable ask. I guess Kaylee will be happy to know that I won't be back. In response to the owner, Kaylee did not demonstrate any patience at all to assume that I didn't like my nails without communicating with me about it. She just dropped me as a client because of her own assumptions. Kaylee not wanting to continue client relationships is perfectly fine with me because I would never want or recommend any service provider who doesn't feel comfortable communicating with a customer they've been seeing every few weeks for seven months. Why would I return to a salon where loyal customers are suddenly not welcomed anymore? I had an appointment in April and I could have just dropped Kaylee after starting my nail appointment late, causing me to be late for my next appointment. Don't worry about me finding another nail technician. All of you are pretty much the same except some have better communications skills and professionalism. read more

I went in for a pedicure and dip powder. The service quality of my pedicure and nails was fantastic. I called the day before to schedule an appointment. Upon arrival (on time), service was completed within 30 minutes. They have various options for pedicure service. The staff was nice and took their time. The ambiance was calming; it was very quiet. For the nail dip service, they had to remove my previous set, which they could have allowed to soak while doing the pedicure. I'm just saying. They filed my natural nails beautifully, and the design was nice. The total cost for the service was $140. $75 was for the nails (two fingers had a design), $15 was for removing the previous set, and $50 was for the pedicure. The cost seemed high since no manicure was done. Warning/Keep in mind: The dip/nail removal will happen at every visit. I asked if the removal charge would be dropped if I returned, and they said no, it's a service charge. I want to highlight this because some locations do not charge, or it's a significantly reduced cost. read more

This is the worst nail salon. I get my nails done regularly(NOT HERE), I get builder gel on my natural nail. The appointment started off fine while I was getting my toes done but once they started on my nails it went south. The man who did my nails had also done my moms toes and I would just like to point out how he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS before starting on me, not only was he rude but also unprofessional. He kept throwing and tossing his tools and pushing my hands and arms. He was extremely rude. His station was unkept and nasty. He proceeds to let me leave with dust and dirt on my hands and arms. Once I go pay I come to find out my process was going to cost just $92 and some JUST FOR MY NAILS. I simply got French tip. I come to ask why I'm paying that much and their response was that because more than half of my nails were showing they needed to fix them. That was their line of reasoning. I came in with three nails with no polish and one nail that was broken, I completely understand the charge for the fake nail that needed to be put on but why was I being charged for not having polish on my nails. This made ZERO sense to me so I went back in and ask why I was being charged that and they yelled at me and told me it was just how it was done. If you want to come here keep in mind their RIDICULOUS prices and dirty work space and rude costumer service. I do not recommend. read more

I walked in after 9am and told them I needed a nail repaired. They did quote $5 at first but it then changed because I had chrome and airbrushed. So it went to $10 then $15. I was just going to change the whole design but thought I'd wait the six weeks and get my money worth. I made an appointment with Jason a week prior to the day of appointment. when i arrived for my appointment on time, i mentioned i had an appointment with Jason and the lady looked very confused. I called in advance to avoid any wait time due the fact i I work a full-time job, and my schedule is carefully planned for a reason. I made an appointment in advance, expecting my time to be respected. When I arrived, I waited for a while without being acknowledged, even though Jason clearly recognized me and knew I had an appointment with him. I eventually had to get the attention of another worker just to be helped at all -- otherwise, I would have been waiting even longer. At that point, I was asked if I could wait an additional 20 minutes for Jason, despite already having waited longer than expected. Being told to wait while he was barely starting a new set on someone else was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I am very particular about who does my nails and prefer to stick with the technician I book, which is why this situation was so upsetting. There was no communication, no apology, and no accountability taken at any point. When I asked for a discount due to the amount of time wasted and how my appointment was handled, I was told no. I left feeling extremely unhappy with the overall service and lack of professionalism. After seeing how management responded to a previous negative Yelp review by defending their team rather than acknowledging the customer's experience, it's clear that accountability is not a priority here. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this salon to anyone. I'll be sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking. read more

Huge Disappointment After Months of Loyalty-Beware of Service Issues and Rude Staff I am genuinely sad to be writing this, because for the last few months, I had chosen this salon to be my new, regular go-to place. I was a loyal, repeat customer and brought my family in as well, eager to support a local business. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will never return, and they have lost me and my family as customers for life. The main issue was a complete failure in quality and accountability. On this last visit, my nail acrylic gel nail fell off completely the very next day. Furthermore, I brought my daughter in for a set of gel nails which also lifted and came off the next day. When we addressed this second failure, we were told it was her fault because "kids are rough on their hands," which is an unacceptable excuse. It was one day! When I took the time out of my busy schedule to come back in to see if they could simply fix my nail, I was met by the same technician, David. His behavior was the ultimate dealbreaker. Instead of offering a quick apology or a professional solution, he was incredibly rude and passive, treating me like a complete burden and a massive inconvenience. Worst of all, he outright blamed the nail falling off on me instead of just taking responsibility and fixing it. What happened to good customer service? This establishment showed a blatant pattern of deflecting blame for their low-quality results. Customer service should be paramount, especially when trying to rectify a quality control problem. To be treated with such disrespect after spending hundreds of dollars here over the last several months is appalling. Find a salon where your loyalty and your time are respected. read more

I've given this place multiple chances--three visits total--and each time I left unsatisfied. However, my most recent visit was the final straw. I went in on Friday, and the nail tech noticed a dark spot behind my acrylic. Instead of taking a closer look or showing concern, she brushed it off and proceeded to cover it with a full set. Fast forward to today--just three days later--and one of my nails popped off, revealing nail fungus. I've been getting my nails done regularly for 17 years and have never had an issue like this. For a nail to fall off after just three days, and for fungus to be ignored and concealed, is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. During my pedi they cracked my left toenail and part of my nail bed. They blamed me for having acrylic on the toe. Their process in removing the acrylic was to blame. Due to the wound, I decided not to get nail polish or the parafin wax yet they still charged me full price. Also, they didn't bother to apologize. I didn't argue with them about charging me full price for services I didn't get with the pedi package. I just won't be returning there. read more

When I arrived, I asked about adding a French tip, and they said it would be an additional $10. Fine, no problem--until they suddenly told me the total would be $60. I asked why it was $60 instead of $50, and the response was, "because we have to remove the gel and your natural nails are long and big." First of all, the comment about my nails being "big" felt rude and unnecessary. How am I supposed to control the size of my nails? I come here to get them cut, cleaned, and done properly, not to be criticized. The price was unreasonable for the service, and I felt like I was being upsold without clear communication. I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other salons that value their customers and provide transparent pricing. read more

I was excited to try this place, as it's down the street from my work and quite convenient. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Started with the pedicure. I selected the basic, $30 pedicure. Is supposed to come with a massage. The lady barely even did a massage long enough to put lotion on my feet. She didnt do much at all before painting my nails, including leaving some nails jagged, as they have previously broken. She painted my toes and it was incredibly uneven, and there was even nail polish on my skin. When I asked her to please file the jagged nails, I was met with her telling me my nails were short and basically telling me she didn't want to do it. She had another girl come over to do it and just stood there. Then came my manicure. I was hopeful until I saw the shape is allllll uneven. I asked for round and they're lopsided. Also, I got these done last week and they're already peeling from the bottom up because he painted my nail bed, causing the paint to lift. At check out I was charged $72. My pedicure was $30 and my nails were $40. I asked where the $2 was coming from and was told it was a credit card fee. This wasn't posted, at least not that I saw, and she just rang me up for $2 over the service costs. When I asked her about it, she also said "cash is better, you get a better deal." I know this is standard practice but to not have it posted or even say something? It felt very shady. Anyway, not worth the $72. I'll definitely be going somewhere else. read more
