Best nail shop on the globe! Ms. Amy is amazing and she does art on your nails.. look at the mirror detail on the accent fingers. Ms. Jane did the most fabulous pedi everrr and actually every nail specialist in the salon is excellent . The name of the beautiful nail tech that restored my toenail after it was damaged by a different salon in the area escapes me at this time, but I'm grateful for what they've done for me and I highly recommend WOW NAILS if you're in the Antelope Valley. Services Nail art, Manicure, Gel manicures, Service not listed Stylist Amy for fingers. Jane did pedi but really every nail tech and their names seem to escape me but you can trust that you'll be done right by all of them.

I wanted to love my nails and give a new place a chance but I was really disappointed. I got gel x and just black gel polish and was shocked at the application. My mom and I both got our nails done and each person did it differently which was not bad persay but questioned what the process should be? As the nail tech put the nails on the gel would push into my cuticle. Then she'd wipe all the extra gel up my skin. I spent hours picking the gel off my skin after already asking her twice to remove it in the salon on a few nails. I ended up deciding they were too lumpy uneven and flooded to keep. Really disappointed considering they were 70$. I should have complained there and asked for them to be changed or fixed but it was Mother's Day, a packed salon and they seemed to be rushing as it only took 30-40 mins to do our nails. Maybe I'm picky but this is not the quality nails I'm used to.

I visited this place for the first time today and I had a pretty mixed experience. My nail tech did a good job with my set but the service itself was a bit painful. A lot of yanking and pulling my hand. The rough filing was excruciating. She would constantly tell me to relax but it was hard to when the service itself was painful! A fresh set and I already have to wear a bandaid. I do really like how my nails came out, I just recommend being gentler with your customers! :)

I've been to this place three times, and each time, the pedicure was great. However, the manicure experience has been disappointing. I used to get Gel-X at another salon, but since moving to Palmdale, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, my Gel-X experience here wasn't great, so this time I opted for a regular manicure with regular polish instead. This review is specifically about the manicurist Milan (or Milani). The photo I'm attaching is from her second attempt--I'll leave the first attempt to your imagination. To put it simply, it looked like I had asked a 10-year-old to do my nails. For the second attempt, I had to ask her to remove the polish, clip and file my nails properly, and then reapply the polish. But even then... just look at this! To top it off, within 10 minutes of getting home, the regular polish started peeling off.

Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE!!! Look at this pedicure!!!! I had him do it over and it still looks like this! For 35$! My toes look like a 5 year old did them! And let's talk about how I got a $55 fill, regular clear polish, nothing special AFTER reading their brochure that says $45. The lady literally crossed it out and wrote 50 &up in it when she was done. What a complete waste of time and money.

Came in at 6:30 I was in an hour. The attention to detail was amazing. I showed the picture of what I wanted and my nails came out even better! The place was clean and everyone was friendly!

Jane is so amazing! Seriously love her so much, she's so sweet so fun and does such an amazing job. Always able to give me what I'm asking for and if she doesn't know how to do it she asks for help and doesn't quit until she gets it right! I always appreciate how she's always willing to do something new. They got a new set up for the pedicures and it's sooo cute and gives off such a nice vibe and makes it feel so much more elevated. Everyone that works here is so kind and friendly plus they give military discount which is pretty rare for a nail salon. They have cat eye gel polish also which is super exciting because I've been dying to find a place that offers that. Go to Jane!

I had an amazing experience at WOW Nail Salon, and Amy is truly exceptional. I've been getting acrylic nails for over 40 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best sets I've ever had. I came in after having a previous set done elsewhere that was supposed to be coffin-shaped but wasn't even close. I was in a rush at the time and accepted them as they were, which I later regretted. After searching online, I found WOW Nail Salon and immediately loved the photos of Amy's work, so I booked an online appointment for an ombré fill. The online booking process was easy and seamless, and Amy was ready for me right on time. I didn't have to wait at all, which I really appreciated. Before my visit, I had tried filing my nails myself to get closer to the shape I wanted, but they were uneven and didn't match. Amy took one look and got right to work. She corrected the shape beautifully, made everything uniform, and completely transformed my nails. They look amazing. On top of her skill, Amy is the fastest nail tech I've ever had. From start to finish, my service took only 30 minutes, and the quality was flawless. She worked on my nails personally the entire time, which I truly appreciated. Amy was not only professional but genuinely kind, with pleasant conversation that made the appointment enjoyable. The salon itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great choice of music at just the right volume. The entire staff was professionally dressed and well put together, which really stood out and added to the overall polished, welcoming atmosphere of the salon. I will absolutely be returning for future fills and pedicures, and I highly recommend WOW Nail Salon and Amy. read more

Will be back again with my kid for sure! Great place for a mommy duaghter date. They arent even done and Im really happy with this place. Brought my daughter with me. We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair. read more

best experience. the women were dressed professional. place super clean. very relaxing. women were not talking back and forth to one another. they were paying attention to the patrons. made me feel special. paid a bit more but i don't mind when i get excellent service. it was worth it. can hardly wait to go back. read more

The quality of work and time frames provided. I was told the service would be 45 mins and it took my service tech meline 2 hrs for a dip set with tips. I've never had a set take that long not even for acrylic full set with designs. On top of the it all none of the shapes matched and it was lumpy on some nails. I wouldn't recommend that tech for that service. Then I was told it would be $65 by her agger she cut and shaped and she changed it to $70 after talking to one of her co workers. Def not going back. read more

I came here to get a pedicure and the pedicure itself was good but the lady doing my nails wouldn't stop asking me personal questions like how many kids I have and what I did for a living and why I didn't just go to my usual spot for the pedicure. I paid and gave a decent tip in cash and they just looked at us like it wasn't enough I will not be coming back read more

I traveled an hour to come to this nail spot based on the reviews that I read! Hands down this nail spot is the best that I have had! It was a great vibe! The techs listened to my concerns provided outstanding service and were nice to be around. They gave some good advice to get my nails strong and make them last. Tried once, probably wouldn't go back - they are hard at work trying to upsell you additional services and don't really take no for an answer when you don't want something. If you want just a basic pedicure with nothing else, this is probably not the place to go to not get pressured into extra services. The pedicure itself was great, no problems, but the hard sell ruined it for me. read more

This place is amazing. Our nail tech was Diana. I took my mom to get her nails done and she did such an amazing job. Her hands were dry and Diana did a wax massage with oil and omg my mom and I were supper happy with the results. She also had her brows done and Diana was nice and gentle with my mom which was such a nice gesture. Definitely coming back again with my mom. The place is clean and the vibe is really chill. Very relaxing ......just what we needed. 10/10 read more

Went there today the place was dirty but the people were nice. They do not offer acrylic toes fyi. The man who did my toes was ruff with my feet and he cut me multiple times. They don't offer Much and their prices do not add up with their work at all. They also need to practice cleanliness. I was told to come at 6:15 and they had me waiting even after that . I sat in the massage chair and the guy at the front desk grab my remote and told me to not put my chair back. It was rude. Then proceeded to put the chair up. the lady who did my nails was very nice but her work wasn't the best. I also felt rushed out /:. It's very pricey as well . I paid $90 for short nails that I didn't like , the French tip was messy work and some bumps on a few nails due to thick layering of nail polish. I'm new to the area and I seen it had good ratings but yeah I won't be coming here again unfortunately. I did get a pedi as well. Was ok , the guy was nice but did burn me with the hot stone and the water as well. And I did noticed he wasn't using new set of tools , the scrub looked used .. I should have said something .. again I'm so hurt I did really wanted to like this place. /: also the next day my nail polish was coming off.. never again. read more

The older man did my nails his name Ryan was awful. he was rude and he took over 2 hours and they still don't look good. Horrible JOB. They're all different sizes and lengths. the paint is already chipping. half of my nail doesn't have paint on it or doesn't have acrylic. i didn't even get to say what shape i wanted and now i'm stuck with what i have until i get to fix them. What is really causing me to leave the review is that my nails are uneven and jagged on some toes and the nail polish is all over the place. The color is not even and off the lines in multiple places. If I wanted it to look like I did it myself, I would have done it . It was a disappointing experience. read more

I highly recommend Amy for nails and Lee for pedicures. Amy is very professional and is so very talented. Any design I ask for, she can do. She does amazing freehand designs too. Lee takes great care in her pedicures! She gives great foot massages and also offers neck, back, and arm massages. She takes great care when she cuts my toenails to do preventative ingrown toenail clips. She is very attentive. I have used Vy for pedicures also and have been very satisfied. To begin with this is such a beautiful place with phenomenal customer service. I don't like going to nail salons with garbage customer service but the employees at this salon are so friendly and talkative especially the manager/ owner Justin. They are definitely about what their customers want and never have an attitude if you change your mind about something. This is my go to nail salon here in the Antelope Valley. The first time me and my husband just walked in and we both got a pedicure and I got a full set of gel X nails. They came out so good I went back for my next set. I wanted something fun and festive for Halloween. I had a picture of what I wanted and Mimi did an amazing job!
