Nails are in even, left ridged, and no care was put into them.

Came to get my nails done with my wife and we were not satisfied with the service. We asked for just a basic manicure with clear nail polish. (We both work in places that don't allow colored polish.) and the service felt rushed so it ended up looking rushed. They charged us $50 for this mess by the way.

what I asked for vs what I got.. not horrible but completely wrong shade of pink, I asked for a specific color which I pointed out on the shade panel and when they put it on it was a completely different shade. I then asked for white polka dots instead of brown since the shade was different than what I wanted. Was not happy with the result so I didn't tip for the first time ever, just paid even. The man at the register proceeded to ask me "no tip???". That made me uncomfortable so I tipped $5. He then proceeded to ask "that's it??" and I was so astonished I just walked out. Will never go back. Appreciate their help and for doing my nails but horrible experience, don't recommend if you want something specific.

This business is very caring about their clients. I had my nails done previously and they were quick to resolve/fix them. Amy was very kind and the staff was welcoming. I really can tell she cares about her work, as she is very attentive and precise. I felt more relaxed knowing I was being taken care of. Thank you so much, Amy. My nails came out great.

I wanted to love my nails and give a new place a chance but I was really disappointed. I got gel x and just black gel polish and was shocked at the application. My mom and I both got our nails done and each person did it differently which was not bad persay but questioned what the process should be? As the nail tech put the nails on the gel would push into my cuticle. Then she'd wipe all the extra gel up my skin. I spent hours picking the gel off my skin after already asking her twice to remove it in the salon on a few nails. I ended up deciding they were too lumpy uneven and flooded to keep. Really disappointed considering they were 70$. I should have complained there and asked for them to be changed or fixed but it was Mother's Day, a packed salon and they seemed to be rushing as it only took 30-40 mins to do our nails. Maybe I'm picky but this is not the quality nails I'm used to.

I've been to this place three times, and each time, the pedicure was great. However, the manicure experience has been disappointing. I used to get Gel-X at another salon, but since moving to Palmdale, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, my Gel-X experience here wasn't great, so this time I opted for a regular manicure with regular polish instead. This review is specifically about the manicurist Milan (or Milani). The photo I'm attaching is from her second attempt--I'll leave the first attempt to your imagination. To put it simply, it looked like I had asked a 10-year-old to do my nails. For the second attempt, I had to ask her to remove the polish, clip and file my nails properly, and then reapply the polish. But even then... just look at this! To top it off, within 10 minutes of getting home, the regular polish started peeling off.

A lot of yanking and pulling my hand. The rough filing was excruciating. She would constantly tell me to relax but it was hard to when the service itself was painful! A fresh set and I already have to wear a bandaid. I do really like how my nails came out, I just recommend being gentler with your customers! :)

Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE!!! Look at this pedicure!!!! I had him do it over and it still looks like this! For 35$! My toes look like a 5 year old did them! And let's talk about how I got a $55 fill, regular clear polish, nothing special AFTER reading their brochure that says $45. The lady literally crossed it out and wrote 50 &up in it when she was done. What a complete waste of time and money.

All the nail techs are great & provide excellent service. My favorite is Jane.

Best nail shop on the globe! Ms. Amy is amazing and she does art on your nails.. look at the mirror detail on the accent fingers. Ms. Jane did the most fabulous pedi everrr and actually every nail specialist in the salon is excellent . The name of the beautiful nail tech that restored my toenail after it was damaged by a different salon in the area escapes me at this time, but I'm grateful for what they've done for me and I highly recommend WOW NAILS if you're in the Antelope Valley. Services Nail art, Manicure, Gel manicures, Service not listed Stylist Amy for fingers. Jane did pedi but really every nail tech and their names seem to escape me but you can trust that you'll be done right by all of them. read more

Will be back again with my kid for sure! Great place for a mommy duaghter date. They arent even done and Im really happy with this place. Brought my daughter with me. We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair. read more

Jane is so amazing! Seriously love her so much, she's so sweet so fun and does such an amazing job. Always able to give me what I'm asking for and if she doesn't know how to do it she asks for help and doesn't quit until she gets it right! I always appreciate how she's always willing to do something new. They got a new set up for the pedicures and it's sooo cute and gives off such a nice vibe and makes it feel so much more elevated. Everyone that works here is so kind and friendly plus they give military discount which is pretty rare for a nail salon. They have cat eye gel polish also which is super exciting because I've been dying to find a place that offers that. Go to Jane! read more

I would like to start out by saying that Tina did an AMAZING job on my nails, however I did find it a little unsettling that when a walk-in to get eyebrows waxed, she asked if she could take a few minutes to do them. I had my four-year-old with me who had just got her nails painted and was patiently waiting for me to finish. We all know it's hard to keep a four-year-old entertained long enough to actually get your nails done so that kind of bothered me. All in all she did an amazing job and my nails are awesome. I would definitely go back to her. read more

I had an amazing experience at WOW Nail Salon, and Amy is truly exceptional. I've been getting acrylic nails for over 40 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best sets I've ever had. I came in after having a previous set done elsewhere that was supposed to be coffin-shaped but wasn't even close. I was in a rush at the time and accepted them as they were, which I later regretted. After searching online, I found WOW Nail Salon and immediately loved the photos of Amy's work, so I booked an online appointment for an ombré fill. The online booking process was easy and seamless, and Amy was ready for me right on time. I didn't have to wait at all, which I really appreciated. Before my visit, I had tried filing my nails myself to get closer to the shape I wanted, but they were uneven and didn't match. Amy took one look and got right to work. She corrected the shape beautifully, made everything uniform, and completely transformed my nails. They look amazing. On top of her skill, Amy is the fastest nail tech I've ever had. From start to finish, my service took only 30 minutes, and the quality was flawless. She worked on my nails personally the entire time, which I truly appreciated. Amy was not only professional but genuinely kind, with pleasant conversation that made the appointment enjoyable. The salon itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great choice of music at just the right volume. The entire staff was professionally dressed and well put together, which really stood out and added to the overall polished, welcoming atmosphere of the salon. I will absolutely be returning for future fills and pedicures, and I highly recommend WOW Nail Salon and Amy. read more

This place is the BEST in the AV. However, I recently went and Jane did my gel pedi.. I will never opt to her services again. I'm fine now, but she injured my big toe on the side when cutting my cuticles off. Everyone else, hands down amazing! read more

The quality of work and time frames provided. I was told the service would be 45 mins and it took my service tech meline 2 hrs for a dip set with tips. I've never had a set take that long not even for acrylic full set with designs. On top of the it all none of the shapes matched and it was lumpy on some nails. I wouldn't recommend that tech for that service. Then I was told it would be $65 by her agger she cut and shaped and she changed it to $70 after talking to one of her co workers. Def not going back. read more

I traveled an hour to come to this nail spot based on the reviews that I read! Hands down this nail spot is the best that I have had! It was a great vibe! The techs listened to my concerns provided outstanding service and were nice to be around. They gave some good advice to get my nails strong and make them last. I came here to get a pedicure and the pedicure itself was good but the lady doing my nails wouldn't stop asking me personal questions like how many kids I have and what I did for a living and why I didn't just go to my usual spot for the pedicure. Tried once, probably wouldn't go back - they are hard at work trying to upsell you additional services and don't really take no for an answer when you don't want something. If you want just a basic pedicure with nothing else, this is probably not the place to go to not get pressured into extra services. But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

The older man did my nails his name Ryan was awful. he was rude and he took over 2 hours and they still don't look good. Horrible JOB. They're all different sizes and lengths. the paint is already chipping. half of my nail doesn't have paint on it or doesn't have acrylic. i didn't even get to say what shape i wanted and now i'm stuck with what i have until i get to fix them. What is really causing me to leave the review is that my nails are uneven and jagged on some toes and the nail polish is all over the place. The color is not even and off the lines in multiple places. If I wanted it to look like I did it myself, I would have done it . It was a disappointing experience. read more

I highly recommend Amy for nails and Lee for pedicures. Amy is very professional and is so very talented. Any design I ask for, she can do. She does amazing freehand designs too. Lee takes great care in her pedicures! She gives great foot massages and also offers neck, back, and arm massages. She takes great care when she cuts my toenails to do preventative ingrown toenail clips. She is very attentive. I have used Vy for pedicures also and have been very satisfied.
