One last thing, they use Windex to clean the windows of the car. I'm not too sure if the windex is ammonia free but to those who have tinted windows, beware because ammonia will completely ruin your window tints. Would I come back? I don't think so. Good customer service, although the workmanship was subpar. I also don't think it was worth the value. I would say the car wash that I received was worth about $20 at best. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Fifteen minutes later, I brought my second car, and again paid $20.00. Unlike the last time, when my car finished in the wash, no one was willing to drive it out to where the full-service area is done. I was made to do it myself. Then the man, who was wearing Sikh garb, kept telling me to leave. I told him I paid for full-service. He did not believe me until I showed him my receipt. He then called over the other full-service worker and they did at best a minute, maybe a minute and a half, worth of full-service work. Half the windows were done only; the door jams were untouched. It was a lousy job. I went home, got some rags, and some Windex and did the work that I had already paid for. The man with the Sikh hat and his helper treated me very badly. They would not move my car. They did not want to provide the full-service I had paid for, and only after I would not leave, when told to leave 2-3 times, did they give me any full-service work. At best, an uninspired, lazy, unprofessional minute or so. I don't recommend anyone ever use this car wash service. I paid $45 dollars and was treated very badly. I am a senior on a fixed income. When I consider the blue-collar jobs, I performed for over fifty years, how hard I had to work to earn any money for my family, it really is disturbing the horrible way I was treated today. I am a first-time customer. I will never come back. I hope people read this review and go to other car washes. There is one in Burlington on Route 130, and one in Delran on Route 130, right nearby.

Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!
