They even gave us the rest of the coolant and water they used to top off the radiator so we could make it to texas. Really great experience. I won't say good things about my insurance company, but once Mr Chris Cline made contact with me via phone, he was there within 25 minutes. On e I explained what I needed and where I wanted him to tow my pickup. He loaded up it up and strapped down quickly. About half way back while crossing mountains a severe strom stuck. I took note how well he took in the situation and continued on though with professionalism. To end, Mr Cline was curious and very friendly. He was unable to jump my battery so I needed a tow. Because I am in Mineola, I called the closest towing company, which was Wyatt's Towing Service. Steve answered the phone, took my information and, in less than 20 minutes, a truck was there. The driver was courteous and efficient. He confirmed that the car could not be jumped and needed a tow. He confirmed the location where it would go, gave me the option of paying him or paying when I met him at the dealership. My vehicle was carefully loaded onto his truck and delivered safely and promptly to the repair shop. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Given the frustration of my situation, I could not have had a better experience.
