These type of environments are upsetting, no genuine customer service. It also felt like the focus was more on getting a tip than actually providing good service or making customers feel welcomed and respected. A tip should be earned through good service, not expected regardless of how customers are treated. I normally give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the way we were treated both in person and over the phone was unacceptable.
