I ultimately decided that this was the best fit for me! My first appointment was truly what I had been looking for all along in a doctor's office. Jay and Danielle were both so kind, compassionate, and attentive when I shared my extensive medical history and they never made me feel like a burden. we were able to discuss my health goals and order labs. They also were so kind when I openly discussed things that were harder for me to talk about with my prior providers and have helped in changing and fixing treatment plans to better fit my life and make me feel more like myself again. Another positive is whenever I'm sick I can actually see my primary care provider instead of going to urgent care. As someone with a complex history this is so wonderful, because I don't spend 30+ minutes sharing my health history, here it's already known and taken into consideration.
