You can tell he has a passion for what he does and was able to judge our taste pallets for things we would like. He made the trip worth it alone. We returned the next day for food and were equally impressed. I got the Buffalo chicken dip and it blew me away. There was an insane amount of shredded chicken and the house made tortilla chips were some of the best I've had. I also had some of the boneless wings and were pretty impressed and would recommend both items. The people watching consisted of a bunch of guys playing pool and a bunch of guys staring at us- the only 2 females in the place other than the bartenders. The guys were friendly and tried to make conversation. The interior of the place was really nice, booths lined the exterior walls and the bar was, as I said, huge. I probably would not feel comfortable going back alone, as I sort of felt like a slab of meat on the butcher's block. As I went there just to have a couple drinks and talk to my friend, it served it's purpose.
