I am basing this review over a youtube video that the owner is clearly trying to sweep under the rug. Notice in his comments to another negative review: "Hi, you do realize the review you are writing is based on a video of our store in the background. We had nothing to do with what happened and what was said. We are the innocent victims of a whole lot of threats and vitriol. This has been very unfair to us, and we are not a fraud, nor do we have cheap merchandise. So please stop your harassment already." His 2nd sentence is a complete and total lie, as even a casual viewing of the video will reveal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lw9huFDL-6s) and his 3rd sentence doesn't pass the "smell" test, what are the odds that "..a whole lot of threats and vitrol" would come his way after his completely "innocent" behavior? He concluded with more dishonesty and a complete lack of self awareness: "So please stop your harassment already."Funny, that's the same thing that Amagansett Press (the auditor in the video) could've said. This is a great store for beautiful jewelry (although a bit overpriced). In addition to jewelry they have affordable clothing, that is adorable. I loved the tank tops so much I bought four. Red Rock Impressions is a nice tourist shop that sells many quality items. They sell clothing, gifts, jewelry and more. Many items are from local artists and they design and make items in their Arizona store. I stopped by the store to purchase a couple of western looking blankets as a gift. The blankets were stacked nicely in the front of the store. They had several colors to choose from and were nicely made. I engaged the sales staff to help me locate a specific color and was happy for the help. I found the sales staff to be very friendly and helpful. While I was here I tossed in a couple of magnets and a toy for my grandson. I definitely recommend shopping here. read more

The cool blankets is what drew me in - i purchased the s black Sedona t-shirt, live cactus magnet - and the blanket if i had more room in the suitcase.... Two women show that day - they were very peppy and helpful!! well priced and located in a very trendy / cute area of town, I shopped while on a waiting list to eat at the local grill. Tracy was the most warm & welcoming human there is. She was so kind to me as I was perusing the store. She was so funny & made me laugh! We talked about the bitchstix chapstick and I laughed about the pillows such as "We had sex here" one especially lol . The LGBTQIA+ representation was noticed and well placed! Loved the plaid button-up shirt that she got down for me that said: "A wise woman once said "'Fuck this shit'" and she lived happily ever after. No regrets!" The feminism represented was wonderful! Came In Looking for a few souvenirs for my kids before we headed home. My boy loves crazy socks and they had an awesome assortment. They also had quite a few hats on sale as well as so much more. Service was wonderful and even though they were so close to closing they still had a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome. read more

if i could give this place negative stars i would. i bought a red quater zip sedona logo hoodie from here and when i went home and washed it dyed all of my other clothes pink. your sweatshirt ruined an $80 camo hoodie, white sweatpants, white shirts and more. Maybe you should tell your customers that your clothes are so cheaply made, that they're going to ruin all of your other clothes when you wash them with no warning. My granddaughters and I return to this great shop because of the cordial staff member Joanne ---and Doodlebug. Whenever my grandchildren come to Sedona from Chandler, we have to talk to Joanne and Doodlebug! The shop is lucky to have them as we spend more money each time we visit as I am sure others do! My wife and I were excited to go here when a local said they had taffy. We had a craving and ran over. We met a very not happy person behind the counter, not sure if she is the owner? We saw the prickly pear taffy and asked do you have regular taffy too. She immediately scolded us and said you will not find taffy in Sedona!!! Ok, easy. Amazing collection and staff. After purchasing my beautiful tank top, I stopped to take family pictures and left my purchase on a concrete seating area, while we took family pictures and waited for a restaurant to oprn. My family was so excited when the restaurant finally opened , I forgot my bag. I received an email receipt and decided to shoot in the dark in hopes someone had found my bag. I replied to the email and asked if a staff member could look for it outside their store. The bag was gone as we're my hopes. Then something crazy happened . A staff member called to tell me an employee found it and brought it back to the store! Are you kidding me?? The store offered to shop it to me.
