Used to be great. Now they have lost the main guy who was very helpful. Now they are a ripoff. Don't bother with them.

We had a generally good experience storing our two boats at MasterCraft Lake Powell... until, right at the start of the busy season when it's impossible to find indoor storage anywhere, we called for an unrelated reason and were told "oh, by the way, we've decided to only provide storage for wake boarding boats from now on, so we need you to move out immediately." We were pretty shocked, considering that we always paid on time and had never heard so much of a peep from them about our fishing boat and vintage wooden boat potentially being a problem. Why would they let us move in in the first place? And, why would we hear about this for the first time when WE called THEM? To make things worse, we live an 8+ hour drive away and are extremely busy, making their pressure to come remove the boats immediately extra awful. Due to the beginning of the busy season we had to call all over town to find a new space. Every boat storage facility we spoke with was shocked to hear about our experience with MasterCraft. Luckily Lake Powell Boat & RV Storage was able to help us out and they've been awesome so far! We totally get why they would want to focus on wake boarding boats since that is, of course, what MasterCraft is all about. But we still wanted to share our experience so that other potential renters know that if you don't have the right kind of boat, MasterCraft Lake Powell is more than happy to kick out renters who pay on time and are good tenants. read more

This place was awesome! I clogged up my outboard on lake Powell, thought vacation was ruined. Called James at MasterCraft and they helped us out big time. He was able to get us in same day!! The technicians blew out my outboard and didn't try to up sell us on anything. Got us in/out in 1 hour. Got us back on Lake Powell. We had a problem with our 2018 Centurion it needed a software update and fuse repair . We called on Memorial Day and were surprised anyone even answered . We were told to bring our boat in right away they would help us. Hoping arriving Ryan identified the problem and had it fixed in an hour knowing we had 18 people on a houseboat with no boat to use. Just days before leaving San Jose, CA for Lake Powell, I found out the alternator on my 2003 Maristar 230VRS was bad. I called Mastercraft Lake Powell and they were able to get me a replacement alternator from Indmar. I arrived at their location in Page AZ around 1pm and they had it installed and tested by around 3pm. Thanks to these guys my friends and I were able to enjoy our week on the lake!!! read more

I brought in two sea doo wave runners just for check out! Picked them up, went to launch. At antelope I noticed there fork lift punched a hole in the inner side couldn't see it on trailer didn't notice they broke the front cuddy Handel off. I called immediately talk to owner, he put phone down and yelled out, did any body damage a boat! Came back and said nope don't know anything. There was this punk ass bad mood asshole on fork lift who took my boats of truck. Never went after this horrible place. Just fixed it and go to H2O zone ever since. Nope no fake stuff here you had the chance to at least try to fix this, blew me off, you people SUCK read more

Priced for a one day rental on the website. Said there is no way they can do a one day rental. "We are under new management and we cannot do a one day rental". I was so excited to use the boat for a day on Powell in October. To not let someone rent for a day in the shoulder season seems like bad business. read more
