I went into the store to try to exchange or get my money back and store owner was extremely rude and said she would not help me and accused me of dropping it. Horrible quality and horrible service. Tourist trap if I've ever seen one. Go to Head West downtown if you want good quality turquoise. I've had plenty of turquoise rings that haven't cracked like that.
