The nurses were amazing and kind, the anesthesiologist was friendly and told me he'd treat me like family.

The surgeon other plastic surgeons learn from and want to model. He has been consistent over the past 15 years. He listens. He executes. From being a 25 year old who felt unheard by other surgeons (at that time/age), Dr Wolfe listened. He cared. He eased my mind within the first 5 minutes of meeting him and gave me the exact breast augmentation I was seeking. Over the years, I've had multiple surgeries with him. Each surgery and recovery were seamless--no excessive bleeding, bruising, or extreme pain. His techniques from breast augmentation/lifts to tummy tucks are not only beautiful, but comfortable. People are amazed at how thin my tummy tuck scar is and how fast I recovered. When you're a 40 year old mom, you just want that 20's body confidence back. I couldn't be more grateful to Dr Wolfe and his team to give me my "spark". Not only have I referred friends to Dr Wolfe (breast implants/lift and tummy tuck- who still call me years after to say thank you for the recommendation) but another who had surgery with Dr Vath (for a lower face lift, breast lift and implants) AND my mom to Dr Freeman for a upper bleph and brow lift. There is no way I would send the people I love the most in this world to a practice I didn't swear by. All have had amazing results and experiences. I can't leave out the team. Every single staff member at The Center for Cosmetic Surgery was kind, professional, and truly made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Special thank you to Jordan, Daria, Jen, Crystal, Heather, Stacey, Hannah, Erica, Julie- Dr Heidi Green (anesthesiologist/IV Queen) - EVERYONE! Thank you to each and every one of you for your 5 star care and contagious smiles.

This was an elective procedure and the receptionist told me legally they could not see me as a patient. I did not ask them to use my Medicare as I knew this would not be a covered procedure. I would never reccommend this facility because of this. The surgery went fine. I wasn't completely happy with the results as it looks like there is a stitch in the middle of my breasts that is to tight and a bulge/ripple on the left side. I am actually relieved they won't see me now because of legal reasons and their attorneys, it makes me feel like they have had issues and I would not go back to them or reccmmend them to anyone. I suppose they won't do a facelift for someone with Medicare too. Read reviews on this center and do your home work.

I am not taking any long-term medications, but I have PSA tests yearly. I'm a 78-year-old male. I saw a PA, Tess Henderson, who recommended the drug Prolia/Denosumab. I never saw an MD, and her recommendation did not account for my osteopenia rather than osteoporosis. The drug is not effective for osteopenia. Some of the side effects, both mild and serious, pose severe health risks. There was no discussion of the risks, especially kidney damage, and I have only one functioning kidney. Ms. Henderson was asked to determine the cost of the drug treatment (a lifetime treatment you cannot stop easily) and to let me know the patient's cost. I have yet to hear anything from Ms. Henderson regarding the co-pay. Blue Cross and Blue Shield initially denied the treatment. Without my consent or knowledge, Ms. Henderson requested a second review. Blue Cross and Blue Shield approved the drug treatment based on information resubmitted. There was no explanation for the change in the drug's approval. I I have tried to meet with the manager at Neurosurgery One. He declined my request without any explanation (no return phone call). I have also tried to obtain information from Blue Cross, but to no avail. Ms. Henderson, in my opinion, is practicing medicine without a license. I firmly believe that Neurosurgery One allows this type of practice. Under no circumstances should anyone become a patient of Neurosurgery One. It's a terrible practice, and no MD will be available when needed. Please don't go there because you may be putting your future health at risk. MDs do not supervise the NPs, allowing NPs to practice medicine without a license. MDs must be required to consult with patients and not abandon their practice of medicine by allowing Nurse Practitioners to make major medical decisions.

I had surgery here yesterday for the second time. My first surgery here in December 2017 was…read moreamazing. My nurse was AMAZING and I was lucky enough to have her both before and after my surgery and she was fantastic. Fast forward to my second surgery and this time was very different. My pre-op nurse was just okay. She had a dry personality and even got annoyed when I asked for a second pillow. She def wasn't one to calm you down or provide reassurance. I never felt important as I did at my last visit. She def treats you as number instead of a patient. Lastly, my nurse after the surgery was awful. I cant remember her name but she had really short blonde hair. She made rude comments several times. She wasn't personable or friendly. She didn't give the best instructions for after care either. And she wasn't listening to what I was telling her. The final things I will say about this place is neither time I have came out of surgery my pain was not even remotely close to being managed. After my first surgery they did a nerve block on me and it didn't work at all. It was also $1000 for nothing. This time around I spoke with the anesthesiologist prior to surgery and let him know I didn't want another nerve block but it also did not want to wake up with pain that was out of control. And sure enough he told me this time they had made something that would make me more comfortable afterwards and it didn't work at all. I woke up in tears again with pain that I couldn't bare. At first of course this awful nurse didn't believe me and took way to long to get additional meds. It wasn't until they brought my husband back they took me seriously. It is an awful feeling to wake up from surgery feeling this way. Dr. Lodha is my doctor and he is amazing and he listens. It's all about the staff here. And if I had the same nurse as I had before I would have no complaints. However, the clinical care staff I worked with needs more training on bedside manner, care and compassion. I also think the anesthesiologist needs some training as well to be able to have their pain under control. I also refused to be released until it was under control. My best advice is if you go here for care and you don't get the warm and fuzzies from your nurses, demand someone else!

Unfortunately, they couldn't tell me when my follow up appointment was scheduled. Was told that someone would call me. Surprise, surprise. No phone call. So, I called for three days in a row and couldn't get anyone to answer my calls. After waiting over an hour, I hung up and called the voicemail for the doctor. I left a message saying that I needed to schedule my follow up. Someone did call back but because of my surgery, I couldn't get to the phone fast enough. No message. Today I started calling at 7:55 and got a live person. She told me that my appointment was scheduled already. Had I not called continuously, I would not have known when it was. I would not have shown up. Pretty unhappy with the outcome.
