Since posting my original three-star review on Google, the company reached out and offered me $150 in exchange for taking it down. That didn't sit well with me--it felt more like an attempt to manage optics than take real accountability. I was also offered $10 to leave a review at the end of the job, which raises questions about how authentic some of their positive reviews might be. Truth be told, had they simply extended the $150 as a good faith gesture, I more than likely would have either removed my review, or updated it positively to reflect better customer care and satisfaction. From the start, I was clear that I wanted 20% tint on the front windows to match then rear with 70% over the factory privacy glass (this was based on forum recommendations), but I was pressured to go darker. Darker turned out to be unnecessary, and after the first install, the owner (who was very kind) used a tint meter and confirmed that the front windows were darker than the rears. Despite that, I had to pay for the redo, though he did cover the removal after I pushed for it. Unfortunately, the second attempt had a noticeable craftsmanship issue--gaps between the tint and the window edge--which required a third visit to correct. I also found small scratches but they denied any responsibility, I suppose I'll never know. On top of that, I had to clean significant drips and residue off multiple areas of the vehicle after each visit. Some of those drip marks have still not come off easily and im concerned they have stained, luckily they are inconspicuous. In the end, I'm giving two stars. Sam was courteous, and the final result looks good. But the process felt sloppy, and I wish my brand new car had been cared for with more caution. read more

2023 Update: I've had at least five vehicles tinted here now with Xpel (XR+) it's a nano-ceramic window film it reduces glare and rejects 96% of Infrared (keeps the heat out). This shop is very popular on Rivian and Tesla forums. ***Colorado tinting law is 27% VLT (visible light transmission) on front window if you go lower and get into a car accident, you could be liable~not a lawyer*** They do not accept walk ins. Sometimes you have to schedule weeks in advance but they do solid work. Last time I was in, they were doing a vehicle wrap on a brand new Huracan EVO. Get rich or die trying. 2019 original review. Absolutely fantastic experience, and will definitely be back. I moved from the east coast this year, and forever, have had my extensively long list of new cars clear wrapped when new. In fact, just bought another on the east coast, and had it wrapped there before driving back to CO. After buying another new truck locally in Denver, I honestly had no idea who to call and looked up local installers on Xpel's website. Called 2-3, and Sameer was the ONLY one to answer mid week, and even had next day immediate availability--a rarity. Pricing is exactly what it should be, Sameer's location is SO easy to get to (less than 15 minutes away from downtown Denver), and after a full inspection & recommendations, I was on my way. Picked up my Wagoneer the next day, and the fit, work, and quality are 100% on point and definitely up to my stringent standards. Do not cheap out on PPF or tint--quality is KEY! I recently bought a Tesla model Y and wanted to get it tinted. Lot of google reviews and Facebook recommendations led me here. I called to see availability, they had some options for the next day but I didn't have time off until the next week. Got it scheduled over the phone. Arrived, talked about the tint, saw a cool demonstration with a heat lamp and different types of tint, and I went with the highest heat blocking tint. They were very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. I gave my keys to them and got a ride to golden to go hike and eat. They called while I was hiking so I didn't see it. When I called them an hour before close they let me know it was ready and I went right over to get it. Paid up and got my keys back. It's been a few weeks now. Noticeably cooler in my car on sunny days. Looking forward to summer to put it to the test. The tint was applied correctly and I've had no issues with appearance. Definitely go here if you want to get ripped off. I bought a brand new Dodge Charger & decided to bring it here to get 5% tint. The little teenager they have working in the front told me it was not legal so I had to pay $300 cash as it could not be in their records. I thought it was suspicious as other companies don't have an issue with it & allow you to pay with card. I still decided to get it done, because I wanted to have tint on my car instead of having it look like a fish bowl. I right away noticed it was NOT 5%. I have other cars that have 5% tint & it looks more like 35%. I decided to give it some time to probably darken up but it never did. Complete waste of money & definitely got ripped off. read more
