    Sink drained slow

Great location right off of the highway. Front staff member Delmy was very inviting and friendly. It is a non smoking establishment. The hotel rooms are enter directly from the parking lot. Personally I prefer that kinda layout. Reservation was for a king room. I kinda was disappointed but not at all upset at the layout. I wish the room was just a tad bit larger. Microwave& small frig included in my room. Bathroom sink drained slow. Bathroom curtain was stained. However the bed was comfortable. Room was clean. I would stay at this place again

This hotel was nice and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

2 full size bed room. Comfortable and clean. Thats all i need

I stayed at this location for 3 nights and am very pleased. The loxation was right next to a shopping center with IHOP, Arbies, Panda Express, and even a Monster Mini golf among other things. It was a great help since I was with children. The front desk was very nice, quick checkin/out, the room was clean, and it was quiet and peaceful. For the reasonable room rate I purchased on line and the central location for travel between DC and Baltimore it worked out great. I recommend.

I've been to a handful of red roof inn branches and I believe this one has been the worst. I usually have a decent experience with red roof inn. This one not so much at all. First and foremost I didn't feel safe at all. In the 5 days I stayed here (I travel for work), I witnessed a man chasing his girlfriend through the parking lot and fighting her (apparently she was trying to leave in the Uber with his $400), I also witnessed another young lady in a bmw harassing her bf who was clearly trying to leave her and she was following him thru the lot with her car then proceeded to try to hit him with her car, there were small groups of men here and there hanging outside in the parking lot making it unnerving to go to to my car for a cigarette. Safety in this area gets a 0. There ARE cameras everywhere but I'm not sure that's affective at all. The light above both beds were broken and flickering so I didn't use them. Everywhere you look you'll see a 100% smoke environment sign, however they allow you to smoke anywhere except the rooms and even though their rules say no smoking on the property they have cigarette receptacles everywhere (SEE PHOTOS BELOW). I booked a room with two queen beds and the beds are decent. The room gets unusually hot when you don't run the AC (it's like 40 degrees outside). You have to pay extra to have a room with a mini fridge. There's no complimentary coffee maker in the rooms. They provided us with 1 toilet paper roll unopened and 1 tp roll opened and already on the tp holder. When I called the front desk asking who I should speak with about getting another roll of tp, should I speak to maids the heavy set Spanish man at the front desk told me the maids would be in the next day at 9am. I proceeded to ask "So I can't get tp until tomorrow?" He then says "No I can give you toilet paper but you asked about getting it from the maids" (my face ). I ended up using the napkins I had instead because this is the same guy that was rude to me when I checked in. He was dismissive anytime I tried to speak and He snatched everything from my hand through the glass panel window (that's up due to COVID19) to the point that I made the comment "your snatching" paired with a mug on my face. He said nothing didn't even acknowledge I spoke so I snatched my items back when he handed them to me and I waltzed away. As I began walking away he shouted YOUR WELCOME to which I proceeded to lay him out with a simple "FOR WHAT? YOUR RUDE ASS SNATCHING?! OH OK" then continued to walk away. The TV in the room although not that important still sucked to say the least. I had to turn it up really high and still struggled to hear it because the sound on it is muffled as if the tv is under water or a blanket. The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is because A.) it was affordable ($270 for 5 days on travelocity) and B.) It was a place to stay (the beds were ok for comfort the pillows sucked too)

Wasn't the absolute worst but could have been better. To be honest the room was clean and even observed a staff member on his hands and knees scrubbing the outside floor by the elevator. Unfortunately they can't pick and choose who stays in their hotel but there were a few seedy looking people that were there that made me a little uncomfortable. One turn off was there was no refrigerator in the room, there was a microwave on the ground floor where the ice machine was though. My biggest turn off was the 2 cars in the rear of the hotel with no tags or plates with flat tires that were stuffed to the gills with stuff. Don't think I'd stay there again, I'm going back to LaQuinta or Holiday Inn right up the block.

The beds felt like boards and the thermostat wouldn't go under 73, so it was pretty warm. The shower had a drip, but no big deal. However, the shower water was either freezing cold or boiling hot. As I'm walking to my room tonight I asked the chat in the app if I can check out half an hour late, that would be 11:30 in the morning. It was too hard a question for the app. So I walk up to the front desk even though I've checked in on the app. I asked the woman at the front desk can I check out a half an hour later. She says that would NOT be possible without talking to the housekeeping staff. FFS! I told her fine I'll check out at 11:00 and just wait downstairs. I get to my room and start unpacking. The side of the king bed closest to the bathroom has absolutely no charging capabilities. I have electronics and I also have a CPAP machine. Right now I have them charged on the other side of the bed. I'm not using my laptop nor my heating pad right now because I have run out of electrical outlets unless I want to trip in the middle of the night with a cord crossing the room. It is 2026 both sides of the bed should have charging an electrical plug-in capabilities. While it appears it's back from the road enough not to hear traffic, apparently removing mufflers is a thing in this town so I'm hearing cars, I'm hoping the muffler-less vehicles do not run all night. So no I don't recommend this particular Hampton inn. I can't see a time in the future where I will use this hotel again. This is not one star cuz at least the bed is comfortable. I'm grateful I'm only here for a single night before I go stay in Baltimore.

We arrived close to midnight, and while it's good that the property is locked for safety, we couldn't get in because only room keys worked, and we didn't have ours yet. After just a few minutes, though, we made eye contact with someone working there, who was friendly and welcoming. An intercom system could be useful here, or something of that nature? The hotel room itself was clean and well-appointed. The bed is hard, as it is at this chain, but we still slept well. What's less successful is the pillow situation. It is a room for two people, and there were three pillows. We didn't think many would be working around this time of night, so we didn't call down to bother them. But only three pillows? What's more, they were almost hilariously bad - lumpy, feeling like little more than a sack of cotton balls! Upgrade the pillows, guys!

Ms. Francois appeared to be attempting to document a complaint about her stay when hotel staff contacted the police and demanded that she leave the property or risk being arrested for trespassing. Watching a Black woman and Hilton Honors member face the threat of arrest for raising a customer-service concern was deeply disturbing. Guests should be able to submit honest feedback without being intimidated, removed, or subjected to unnecessary police involvement. Regardless of how the original disagreement began, the response appeared excessive and inconsistent with the respect, professionalism, and hospitality customers should expect from a Hilton-branded property. Because of what I witnessed, I do not feel comfortable staying at this hotel again. I stand in support of Ms. Francois and respectfully request that Hilton: 1. Conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the incident. 2. Review the actions of the employees and management involved. 3. Explain why law enforcement was contacted over a customer complaint. 4. Confirm what corrective action and staff training will be implemented. 5. Provide Ms. Francois with an appropriate response and resolution. This incident has seriously damaged my trust in the Hilton brand. I hope corporate leadership will treat this matter with the urgency and transparency it deserves rather than dismissing it as an isolated customer-service disagreement.

After a storm knocked out power in Annapolis for two days, we needed somewhere safe and cool to stay. Temperatures were high, and we had no choice but to find a hotel. What we didn't expect was to be charged $988.51 for two nights. The normal rate here is around $166-$184 a night, which means two nights should have been roughly $237-$245. Instead, we were hit with a bill that was four times the standard cost. At a time when families everywhere are struggling financially, this felt like a punch in the gut. We trusted this brand. We've stayed here multiple times. But this experience made us feel taken advantage of during a vulnerable moment. We're deeply disappointed, and unless something changes, we'll be looking at other hotels in the future.

Yes, there are a few things that could use updating, but all in all my room with king bed was quite nice. The furniture was obviously older, with a few dings here and there. But the bed, although firm, was very comfortable for me - I can't stand furniture I sink into. The pillows had cases with the word "soft" or "firm", which is nice. Everything was spotless! The bathroom was definitely updated, and was not so small I couldn't turn around. Of course, it is also ADA compliant. I really appreciated all the grab bars! I am not disabled, just old & creaky ;) The water got hot quickly and had plenty of pressure, so the tub filled fast. And unlike the last tub in a hotel, which had grab bars, this one had water controller within easy reach while sitting. Nice. The fridge was apartment-sized, with a tiny freezer shelf. The microwave was also small, but adequate. I wish hotels wouldn't use Keurig coffeemakers due to the waste, but I brought my reuseable K-cup & grounds. The machine worked fine. There was a large flat screen TV and ... thinking ... either DirecTV or Comcast, I don't recall which. It had a cable guide and was easy to navigate. Breakfast was free, of course, and had a nice variety of hot and cold foods, breadstuffs, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, etc. On Saturday I had a biscuit & half a ladle of sausage gravy, some crispy bacon, and scrambled eggs. All perfectly hot and tasty. I filled my commuter mug about halfway with some decaf, just to reheat what I made in the room. Sunday had similar offerings, although instead of scrambled eggs there were mini omelets with cheese; oh, and both days there were egg white veggie omelets. No bacon, but sausage links; there were also turkey sausage patties. I skipped the biscuit but did put a dab of sausage gravy over my links. Again, quite tasty and perfectly hot. I took a few photos of the breakfast seating because an earlier review complained that there wasn't enough. I saw two different families, one with 4 people and one with 5, sitting together. On Saturday evening, DD & DGD came to visit & swim. We had a nice time, for me because the water was actually warm enough for me to go in! I'm a big sissy about cold water ;) The jacuzzi was pleasantly hot and bubbly, too. I don't know what the room cost because it was a thank you staycation gift from DD & SIL. I can say that items in the snack bar are $$$, so better bring your chips & stuff with you! Or drive .3 mile to the Harris Teeter store that's just up the road! The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable weekend!

There were stains on the sheets- yellow/green splatters, brown spots-maybe makeup/dirt, mildew spots, something foreign-small piece toilet paper rolled up. On the mattress cover, there were more hairs. Also in the tub. Dirty shower walls, hairs in the sink, hair in the tub drain. There were stains on the furniture. I went down to the front desk and asked if i could a new set of sheets. Housekeeping was gone for the day so they put me in a different room. I checked the bedding in the new room and it looked good. The AC was very loud and it was warm in there, but it ended up working as white noise and i turned it down so it cooled down. The windows were nice and big so they let a lot of light in. There was a little window that you could open. The pool was nice. There were no signs of where it was so i had to ask someone. The pool towels were the size of hand towels though. They probably didn't want people stealing them. The room had all dove products secured to the walls-there was lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hand soap was far from the faucet which made it inconvenient. There were buttons in the room that you could press for housekeeping or to set do not disturb. Housekeeping will ring the doorbell outside of your door if you don't set your do not disturb on. Make sure the light is red on the outside of your room. Otherwise if you are still sleeping, you'll get woken up. The doorbell idea is interesting but i could see how it would be if a stranger ding dong ditched you. Many of the towels in the room had stains, and literally every towel had hairs embedded in them. You had to pull them out..they were caught in the fibers. Breakfast is $17. I personally think it's overpriced for what you get, but then again, its buffet style so you can go up for seconds. Depending on how you booked (ex: government), you might get breakfast vouchers. There is a restaurant, but its not a typical restaurant that you'd think. Its in the lobby and has a very open concept. There are concessions for purchase and a gym you can use. Room Keycards are required for the doors to the pool and gym. The pool is down the hallways by the elevator. The bulb cover in the light in the room was popped partially out. The rooms are modernized to an extent and the furniture and decor look nice. I do wish there were more than two drawers. There was a mini fridge and microwave which were handy. The ac in my room was leaking, there was a pool of water on the floor. At one point when flushing the toilet, it wouldnt flush like normal so i opened the tank, and the refill tube was disconnected from the fill valve. I went downstairs and told the front desk so they sent maintenance. The maintenance guy didnt seem to know how to fix it because he ended up overflowing the toilet and water flooded the floor. The toilet got fixed but He used two of the bath towels in my room and didn't get them replaced. Luckily there were three in the room so I had one left to use. Housekeeping comes everyday to restock. The next day i didn't get three towels. They were probably wondering where the others went. Other than that, The staff were nice. They were friendly at breakfast and asked if i wanted water. Overall, due to the cleanliness of the hotel, ironically, the thing that they advertise heavily, I would not stay here again.
