Was in need of a birthday bouquet in downtown Detroit and this cute little shop popped up on Yelp. Very friendly staff and SO reasonably priced. I love that they have a large selection of pre-made bouquets for last minute shoppers like myself. Fair warning, they do charge a 4% fee if paying with credit card. The bouquet I purchased was only $40, so to me, this wasn't a problem. But if I were to place a larger order in the future, I'd definitely opt for cash. 2nd time using them and 2nd time I am left disappointed. Are the flowers beautiful? Yes. The service, however, is awful. The driver has gone to the wrong building for the second straight time, making the recipient leave desk/work and waste time trying to find him. This time, she received a text from the delivery driver to come to the 10th floor for her delivery. She works in 1 Woodward building (less than 1 mile from red rose), however the driver was at an entirely different building. She waited around the 10th floor for nothing, as he texted her again saying "sorry texted the wrong person, who is this". lol The entire element of surprise from the flowers was ruined. I even put in my memo to go in the lobby and simply call her to come down. Chose this florist based on other great reviews. I'm very disappointed. I asked the $150 arrangement placed at 9 am must be delivered before 3pm because they close. Didn't happen. Asked for a picture (they said not a problem) Didn't happen. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife's birthday. Instead they called her to say they were going to be late getting there. Who the F does that? Ruined. I called at 2:30p as I heard or seen nothing still waiting on that picture it's 5pm. I worked for a premium florist years ago.I know the business. When flowers are sent to a woman at an office building it's a conversation piece. Other women ooh and ahh and want to know where those beautiful flowers came from. Not make the recipient wait in the damn parking lot for the late delivery on their birthday and blame COVID-19 on staff issues. Bull shit. read more

I would give this company NO stars, but I do not have that option. This company has fradulent practices (read previous reviews). They received full payment for a flower arrangement and specific date with time to deliver. They never delivered the order nor answered any of their phones. They even went as far as to block one of the numbers that I repeatedly called from to inquire about my order. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this fradulent, unprofessional, ghetto so called business!!! They will ruin your surprise, event, special occasion, etc. I had to call and get a transaction statement from my bank, because this company did not provide receipt after payment. Now they're being looked into for processing a fradulent order. And yes, I am the person that contacted a lawyer and media outlets, I will pay whatever needs to paid to make sure the word gets out and this never happens to anyone else. read more

I wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. I would not use this company again. I had to call multiple times looking for the delivery and was then assured it would arrive before 3pm. It did not arrive until 4:15 when the recipient was heading home for the day. Lastly, the $90 bouquet I ordered was loaded with carnations and a few roses, one of which was already browning. I received the name of this florist from my Sister-In Law. I live our of state and prefer to work directly with a local florist vs using Flowers.com or other websites. I was VERY pleased with their prompt service and I was happy they created a beautiful arrangement that brought a wonderful smile to the recipient's face.
