I called for a taxi from the exit 5 Boston Express bus terminal in Londonderry to the Manchester Airport, which was only $17. I personally would rather give my hard earned money to a local and efficient taxi company versus a fly-by-night Uber or Lyft driver. I fly in town twice a year and I will most definitely use Londonderry Taxi/ Manchester Taxi service again.

But yesterday, I tried calling for a ride. Pretty simple. Gave me the amount the ride would cost, the older man was conducting himself politely as usual over the phone, and I waited. Well, now they don't even bother to show up. Nobody came, we waited for two hours. Half-way through the wait, I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail "Please do not leave a message". I swear it's like a cycle with these drivers. Act like a dirtbag. Get fewer tips and make less money. Act like a dirtbag because of it. Company gets a bad name. Get fewer tips and make less money.
