My driver was pleasant, if not terribly talkative :) I dropped a personal item when I got out and he noticed and brought it right back to me. They do require credit card payments be given over the phone prior to pick up and there is a 10% surcharge for credit too. I'm not sure that's strictly legal, but is the reason I subtracted 1 star. They informed me they could wait to do a return trip for up to an hour without charge, but I had a longer appointment and my friend was able to pick me up. Good to know! The dispatcher was nice, an older woman by her voice. A little no-nonsense, but courteous all the same. If I needed taxi services in Nashua again, I would definitely call them first.

When I called Luna again they said there was a problem with the vehicle but it would arrive soon. Still no taxi at 11 PM and now they're not even answering the phone. The next day was Labor Day so all other taxi companies were closed. Luna literally left me out in the cold (outside temperature 45 degrees and dropping, no jacket). Finally at about 1:30 AM a Good Samaritan saw me shivering on the street and took me home. My good deed for today is to keep someone away from this company. EDIT: Rating s/b 0 stars

Odyssey transportation is my new go to source for all of my transportation needs…read more I got a last minute notification of travel and needed a ride from my home in NH to Logan. This was business related so I had a fixed price. I had an hour to arrange pick up and leave. After eight other companies were unable to help me we found odyssey. They were able to get a car to me in twenty minutes and deliver me to Logan in time for my flight and within my price range. My return flight from Logan I once again had short notice. I'm a slow learner sometimes and tried two other companies that couldn't meet my needs. As soon I called Odyssey they had me scheduled for a pick up at Logan. The cars were immaculate, clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The two drivers I had were professional and able to read my needs. All of my future work related transportation needs will be handled by Odyssey. We have a wedding to plan for with a lot of out of state guests and Odyssey transportation will be our choice for transportation.

Mr Valdez, confirmed availability for both dates but would not honor the Groupons???? (!!!!!) He claimed I couldn't use the Groupon for an airport pick up despite my purchasing exactly that. I sent him a copy of my Groupon to clear that up for him since he required an additional $139 for a 100% prepaid ride. Folks that over 100% more than my valid groupon. Misunderstanding , or, switch and bait? No response. Mr Valdez not knowing what I bought isn't the problem. Not responding, and not honoring pre-paid rides, not refunding, not scheduling, not confirming, and leaving us in the lurch is the complaint. Bad business. I've gotten no response.
