She said they needed a credit card to hold the reservation which was fine by me. When I got dropped off, I paid $256 in cash as planned and went my way. I didn't ask for a receipt, I was on a rush to catch my flight. Plus, I had used them before and thought it was an honest company. A few weeks later when I I received my credit card statement there was a charge for $256. When I called to request a refund, they told me they spoke with the driver and that he said all I gave him was $20 for a tip. He lied. I reached out several times to speak with either Jerry or Mike but they never gave me the courtesy of a phone call or answering my emails. A dishonest driver and owners that don't value customer service. Give your business to someone else.

In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. Overall very unprofessional and would not recommended this business.
