    There's a band here tonight.

It's nice to have a new neighborhood Cuban restaurant. It's indoor/outdoor and has drinks as well. Lee Peyton's band was here tonight which was great, and Tommy, one of the owners, came over and chatted and is really terrific.

Had passed by the shed so many times. When I read about the opening, I wanted to give it a try. The name is very fitting; it is indeed a shed. I love the very quaint, down-home setting. The decor is unique and the music of choice is country. We went at a time where it was not very busy and were seated immediately. Our server was terrific. The menu is simple. From pizza and hot dogs to Cuban sandwiches and black beans and rice. We started our meal with an order of fried sweet plantains, which were sweet, but a bit drier than I would have liked. I ordered the chicken entree, which was ok; my husband ordered the sausage pizza, which was tasty. We ordered our dessert to go. My husband had the chocolate cake, which he wasn't very fond of and I ordered flan, which was delicious. We will plan to visit again and sample other menu items.

Fantastic Cuban sandwiches and the best hand cut fries! I'll definitely be back to try the steak sandwich.

Tommy made the absolute best Cuban sandwich I've ever eaten, and the atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and easygoing.

A restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived. We went inside, but let the server know we were gonna sit outside. Several minutes passed and menus were delivered. It took several more minutes for the server to return and take our order. I have to say the food is worth the price of admission! We ordered enough options so that we could take home leftovers for the next day's lunch. We ordered the chorizo tacos, served, and softshell flour tortillas. They must've been baked slightly because they had a little bit of structure to them. There is ample chorizo in each taco. Delicious! We also ordered an arepa, empanadas, tostones, and yuca fries. Everything was delicious, plated individually, and tasted wonderful. My question the reason we don't visit this restaurant more often. We were glad to visit and we plan to return!

When we came in there was no table available. Server tried to prepare a table in room to the right. He failed to do that. Then we got seated in a middle of cafe. After 15 minutes we were asked to go sit at the booth table because they have a bigger party coming. We waited for a food for about an hour. In a mean time waitress kept coming to ask are we doing ok,.lol Our table was next to the bathroom and we heard waitress talking amongst themselves about what they found in one of the stalls. Then customers next to us were asked to stand up, as apparently their seat is a bench and staff is storing bleach bottles in those benches. So 2 older ladies had to get up so staff can retrieve bottle of bleach from under their seat. Food was nothing but mediocre and simple mocktail cost $14 at lunch time. Too bad that we had such a horrible experience. This place does look cute in a pictures.

The restaurant has a few tables and a bar. There is a cafeteria style setup with hot food. I don't know how the table service works, but to go, we just said we had a to go order. There is a choice of foods and sandwiches. There is a big board with a menu, but other patrons said to go by what is actually on the food bar. Someone there waiting on their food recommend the oxtail, cabbage, and cuban rice, so that's what I ordered. Oxtail - this is one of the best things I've ever had in my life. It was cooked perfectly (I assume, I have never had it before). Super tender and the fat just melts. It's over a bed of rice, which soaks up the juice. There is not a ton of meat, but it is 100% worth it. . Cabbage - I have had cabbage plenty of times, but this may have cumin, but not sure. It was also very good. If you like cabbage, you will probably like this. There were a lot of other foods to choose from, so lots of options if oxtail and cabbage are not for you. Unless we find something better, this is our go-to for Moultrie.
