I have been coming here for 4 years with pleasant experiences, but this experience was so bad it def made it my last time. Im happy to take my business elsewhere. I'm so upset I'm in the parking lot outside typing this. I have no idea why the older baldish man is so rude. My first and last experience with him. I understand there is a language barrier. What I don't understand is why he gets so irritated by anyone asking for help. I asked for help once, and he seemed annoyed as soon as I began approaching him. Why would you ever make someone feel bad for shopping? I requested a certain outfit. The one I was holding was covered in sparkles and pink but see through. I asked him if he had the exact same outfit style and color but not see through. Unfortunately he brought back a different styled plain outfit with no sparkles anymore either. The only shared feature left was that it was still pink. No problem, I politely declined, and said it's not what I wanted but it's ok, never mind. He gets absolutely irate that I wouldn't take it, and even tried to tell me this is what I asked for. I didn't, but I still said sorry, i don't want that outfit. I also don't want to go back and forth in a store. I say thank you, I'll keep looking on my own. He then very rudely tells he closes in 5 mins and to hurry up "if I'm even getting anything." That was the last straw. I had 5 outfits in my hand minimum 400$ worth of merchandise. The outfits start at 80$ but I prefer the more exotic 100$ ones with 3 pieces. I directly told him I'm leaving and not buying anything bc he said that. And that he has been rude to me my whole experience. 2 other girls were being spoken to the exact same way as me, while shopping. Overall terrible hateful negative energy. It genuinely feels like he hates dancers, or women in General. He spoke to everybody like he was absolutely disgusted with them. Im sorry if he was having a bad day. But I think he's just like that everyday honestly. It seemed very natural. By the way, our first interaction when I just started shopping he came over and snapped on me for making a mess in the aisle (it was a different girl that had just left) I wasn't even touching anything. Didn't even ask if it was me just assumed. I tried to explain that it wasn't me and he didn't listen to a word I said and continued to berate me and tell me to not touch any of the outfits anymore while I was peacefully browsing. I had my back turned to him while looking at outfits and literally jumped with how startled he made me. I was anxious the rest of the time trying to shop. It's also hard to shop not being allowed to touch anything, but I still tried to make it work. I hadn't knocked anything off the shelves in the previous 10 mins I was there. So yeah very sad I won't be back I love the outfits and get gifts for my friends here they all loved them as well. But absolutely not worth the service and treatment. I also didn't even have a purse on me, just phone and car keys and he kept looking at me and every other girl we were going to steal at any moment. I have no idea what gave that impression. Maybe bc I wasn't dressed up as i usually am? I had my glasses and joggers on with a sports bra. Nowhere to shove an outfit in. Maybe this store got robbed recently that's the only thing I can think of. Bc he was very hostile, to everyone. And unwarranted at least from the poor 3 ladies in the store with me. I found a few interesting style unfortunately they did not have them in my size. After spending quite some time I found a pair of booties in my size. But when o worn the shoes to gogo in I realize one foot was more cramped than the other and maybe it might have been my attire but when I place the shoes side by side...they were actually two different sizes. I am very disappointed because i did pay a lot for these shoes and would still love to keep them for work but they are two different sizes which is giving me huge problems. I love the selection Red Shoes has. I compete in bodybuilding and also do pole fitness. The people here have been helpful when needing to find shoes. These activities, while both need clear-ish heels, are very different and require different shoes. While at Blush, I noticed that our cocktail waitress was wearing these super hot 6-inch heels. It had black satin ribbon that tied at the ankle, and they made her legs look like they went on for miles. Yes, they were stripper shoes, and yes, I HAD to have them. They were so cute, and not trashy looking at all. I complimented her on them and asked her where she got them. She told me about Red Shoes, the Shoe Pavilion of stripper shoe stores. We made a special trip out to the store, which was located in this old strip mall filled with shops selling outfits and shoes for exotic dancers, way off the Strip. We had to ring a buzzer to be let into the store. There was also a gun store a few doors down, so something told us it wasn't in the *best* area. Sure enough, the super sexy heels were there, along with rows and rows of stripper shoes and thigh high boots. I grabbed my size and tried them on. Instantly, I felt like a sexy Amazon woman. My girlfriend and I ended up finding our Halloween costumes there as well. They happened to have been 50% off, but we knew they were marked way up. I really love my shoes!!! They helped with sizing really well and are extremely nice people. My only complaint which is why I didn't give 5 stars is that I definitely overpaid a bit for the shoe. I guess that's the price for being able to try on the shoe / taking it home right away, versus ordering online and waiting unknowingly if they will fit. Thanks to Christie O., I found a very specific type of shoe here so I wouldn't have to order them online and also have the opportunity to try them on first. I shouldn't be surprised that there's a store like this in Sin City. Let's just say the selection is eclectic and fits right in with our town. Even the sign out front says that the shoes are exotic. Hint: there's a pole next to the register, and, no, I'm not exotic or a dancer, but you don't need to be to shop here. This store is larger than I thought it would be and there are tons of shoes, sandals, and boots, some with heels higher than I've ever seen; I'm in awe of women who can wear those without breaking their necks. I had called the store earlier in the day to confirm that they indeed carried the shoe that I needed in my size and when I arrived later to try them on, the gentleman was very helpful and courteous. Red Shoes in in a somewhat seedy strip mall on Sahara that contains another store that I just love to shop at... I had browsed the store a few times but this never made a purchase, until this past weekend. I was feeling some major shoe envy, as a girlfriend had just picked up a hot new pair of Bordello heels. I decided it was time to add to my own collection and I knew I had seen a decent selection at Red Shoes in the past so I started my shopping there. As I parked I noticed a HUGE sign in the store window that said "Buy One Get One 50% Off". I love sales but at the same time I know that a lot of times stores advertise great sales that actually have a ton of lame stipulations or limitations. I was thrilled to find out that this was not the case with this sale at Red Shoes... ALL shoes were on sale including my coveted Bordellos. The employee working was very helpful, and didn't bat at eye when I asked to try on 8 different pairs of shoes. I ended up with two amazing pair of heels for a very fair price. Bought clear heels from this store.Needed them for my girlfriends wedding due to her choice of bridesmaids dress color baby blue...wore shoes for 2 hours and lining of shoes came unglued,luckyly I brought an extra outfit and shoes to change into! Took shoes back for an exchange, store clerk was an AsShole!..he told me to go get them repaired. He wouldn't exchange them or refund my money! I left shoe in there shoe box on his floor and told him to do whatever he wanted with his crappy poor quality not to mention overpriced shoes!! This is a poorly run business, I would NEVER be back! Red shoe use to be the place to bring your girl and get so sexy shoes. Those days are over. We stopped in at 12:30 on Friday. The owner ignored us the sign said open lights were on and the sign said open at 10:30. So we came back Saturday we got in this time but were treated like we were bothering the store keeper.
