One star because most of the people that work there are friendly and helpful - I don't mind the relaxed and somewhat unprofessional (okay very unprofessional) vibe. What I DO mind though, is rudeness. I'm not sure of his name, but there's a shorter guy with glasses and a ponytail that has been rude to me enough times that I'm just not going to go to this store anymore. Let's call him Rude Southwest Smokeless Guy - RSSG for short. The 3 times I've encountered him, he's expressed clear annoyance at having customers at all, and he's most definitey annoyed by my existence especially. Here's what I mean: 1. Curbside pick up during the health crisis - Me: "Thank you for being here so that I can still pick up my ejuice." RSSG: "Whatever. We shouldn't be open." 2. My boyfriend went to pick up my juice for me (already bought and paid for via phone) so that I could stay home with the kids. My BF: Hi, my girlfriend ordered some juice over the phone. I'm here to pick it up. RSSG: I have no way of verifying that. That's unacceptable. (Catty sidenote - a) how would anyone else know I'd ordered and paid for juice from that specific store 15 minutes prior and b) is there some sort of nicotine addict card that I'm not aware of and am required to present as identification?) 3. I broke the mouthpiece to my mod and pulled up outside. I don't have encyclopedic knowledge (or any really) of sizes and such. This is smoking cessation for me, not an effing hobby. RSSG was beyond annoyed that I had to meet him at the door to look at my setup and provide me with options. RSSG: (looking at my mod) I'm not touching that. Me: I didn't ask you to touch it. I'm asking you to look at it and tell me what to do to remove it. RSSG: (shows me 2 options) Me: I don't understand the difference between the two. RSSG: (Audible sigh)... You get my drift. I like most of the people, and I usually like their juice. But I won't go back there and be treated like crap on the bottom of someone's shoe. This place is absolutely the very worst business I have ever been to not to mention the lamest vape shop on the planet, and I have visited many different shops in many different cities. When you walk in you feel like your intruding, no greeting no hey be right with you just a blank stare. I've tried to give the location on pantano as well as Houghton several chances thinking maybe the employees were just having an off day, but each time was far worse than the last. They sell cheap product and charge a premium, I have literally purchased items from here made the 5 minute drive home only to find out its defective or broken driven right back and was told sorry no returns, unbelievable I bought this less than 15 minutes ago, still sorry nothing we can do, well we can sell you another one! I have given up on Southwest smokeless there is no hope for this place. Maybe they should stop opening so many new locations and actually try and bring the current ones up to par. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this crap hole with horrible employees, product, and customer service or lack thereof, any other vape shop in town will prove better. I live within walking distance to the new store off Houghton Road, but have always purchased all my products from OPV, though a much longer drive. Last Friday I decided to stop in, and give the store a chance to earn my business. I was low on juice. Inside the store were two young me assisting another customer. One was receiving payment and the other mixing the juice just purchased. As I walk through the door to the otherwise beautifully decorated store, no one greeted me. Not a "hello", no recognition what so ever. The customer already there completed his transaction and left, and the one attendant turned to, again - zero expression in his face - and asked "how can I help you"? ... being the friendly and outgoing person I am, I replied with complimenting the store. No reaction. Figuring that regardless of what I'd say, these two wouldn't understand customer service if it jumped up and slapped them, I proceeded to place my order. 1 bottle of .6% watermelon. The attendant mixed the juice, I paid, and left. Sorry - but I'll never be back. It's sad to see how a store located in an area of less business don't understand the full aspect of customer service. If you are looking for e-juice shop this is the place to go. I was going to the other one,but there not a dealer for JoyTec un-like Southwest Smokeless. Today I had to take back a tank, because it wasn't working and he was going to give more e-juice,because it leaked all of my e-juice. I didn't even ask for this and it was nice to know that there willing to keep there customers happy. The warranty's are way better,because they are a JoyTec dealer. I like the fact they make it in front of you when you put a order in. They also set all of there products so to see if there wroth selling in there shop, unlike there other shop. There e-juice is way better and burns so much better than the other shop. Oh there prices are better on the battery's and kits. I also like the fact that they don't have 1000's of different stuff, but what they do have is pretty much all Joytec, so with the warranty's you get 90 days un-like the other place. The other place is 30days. I went here because I was tried returning stuff back to Freedom Smoke, so it's nice to know there is other that are better in warranty's and customer service with better products. Tim read more

I always feel like I am walking in to someone's dorm room party that I wasn't directly invited to. Very huge selection of mods, RDAs, starter kits, and juice. The problem is that most of the prices are much higher than what you would expect for a store with so much product. Most everything you find there you can find 20-30% cheaper online and have it in a couple days via vape mail. It's not quite worth paying that much for the instant gratification that we are so used to. I still purchase my premade coils there, although those are WAY overpriced as well. Its convenient I suppose. I will end in saying that once you talk to the people in there they are kinda nice. Unless you know them really well, don't expect any level of customer service you would get at OPV or many other shops in town. They are trying, but they are also not very good at the hiring of the knowledgeable people they need to run a good shop. read more

This has to be one the worst places to get e-juice. They charge to much for non premium flavors, not only that but they don't even hide the fact that they do. This place is ran by a fleet of kids, the only person over 25 is the owner and he greets no one when he walks in, just straight to the back. Crapy service! I only go there because it's close to my work, convenient & I have a gift card. Their system is terrible. Seems like no one knows what they are doing. I sat in front of this guy for 15min & he never acknowledged or helped me. Took the girl to come from back to get any kind of service. Once I made my selection, the guy attempted to check me out, got sidetracked & helped some other guy that just walked in. All while I was just sitting there waiting on him. I went to the houghton location today and we treated very disrespectful by the manager of all people. I went in to see about a part for my tank, and he flat out told me " He don't sell parts, do repairs and that I screwed up so it's my fault." Wow is all I can say. You used to provide good customer service and your staff knew that they were doing. Now, you have grown too big too fast. Your staff is inept and has no idea what they are doing. They do not know your product or what tank goes with what battery and cannot even follow your recipes. I have numerous complaints over my past several visits. Bought the kanger protank and it barely worked with my battery. I realized it would not work well with the ego - c battery so Came in to buy a more substantial battery to work with such a huge tank asked your staff which battery should I get for this tank and the new one is just as inadequate. (why sell a tank and not a better or more appropriate battery to go with it.) Came in to buy the atomizer to go with the protank. Got home, it was the wrong one. So, I have to come back to get the correct one. Came in to buy my favorite juice and it does not even remotely resemble the juice I usually buy. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Disabled stay away from this store! I needed to park in a spot in that shopping center but the disabled spot was taken so I parked a couple spots down where a spot wasn't taken. A man came out of the Smokeless Tobacco shop waving his arms at me and yelling. I didn't understand why he was acting like a nut at me so I put my arms up and shrugged my shoulders to let him know I don't understand why he was flipping out on me. So he points to this little sign that is barely visible because it was too low for me to see. I couldn't just get out of my car easily to see it because I am in a wheelchair so I leaned out of my car as best I could to see it. It was a tiny sign that read "Smokeless Tobacco Parking Only". I backed up my car and moved to the next spot over. As I was waiting for my friend who helps me three people started walking up to his store but all three went into the store right next to his. Finally a fourth person walked up to his store put his hand on his door handle to open it up then quickly revealed he was at the wrong door and went into the next shop over! I believe in karma and human decency. So for the rant and rage the man came out of his store at me for pulling in to the spot with a little sign all so I can pull one spot over was done for nothing but to be a jerk. I have been at the vaping game since 2009 and I have seen many changes. Recently I had to retire my (ancient technology) Joyetech 510/520 vaping system and went directly to Southwest Smokeless. It was a terrific experience! The store was clean and organized. The sales help was knowledgeable and savvy and (sorry did not get his name) helped me pick out a new system (eGo-C Twist) and I am well pleased! I am a bit of a ejuice snob and I make my own, so I did not purchase any liquids but, their assortment was amazing. Maybe next time. Keep up the good work Southwest Smokeless! read more

I went in the other day due to the fact my tip was cracked on my juice tank because I dropped it. I purchased one of the most expensive tips because it was metal. When it didn't fit right the solutions they had was put string around it. At that point I should have just walked out but I figured what the heck he achieved making the tip fit "better" so I left. I then noticed it was leaking very badly if I tipped it in any way besides straight up and down. I noticed that the new tip didn't have the same rubber seal that the original one had so I went in to talk to them about a different solution. They were very short with me and told me sorry no refunds the only thing they can do is sell me a new tank. I switched to a tip I bought at freedom smoke and I will never do business with southwest smokeless again. read more

I went in today not knowing a single thing about those electronic cigarettes. The staff was very friendly. The lady who helped me was very informative. I appreciated her help a lot. When i shop, i like to get in and out as quickly as possible, and the staff here was on that same wave length. They're no bullshit kind of people. Where do i even begin with this store. You guys are by far the worst vape shop in tucson. I have been there many times hoping each time would get better but apparently they get worse. Im done doing business with you forever. Every time i buy a mod or a RDA it breaks instantly when i walk out the door. The equipment you guys buy are the cheapest pieces of junk ever but you sell it like its gold. The quipment you guys carry are junk not worth any penny. And the best thing is your employees told me right to my face that an RDA I just bought with messed up posts was the way it was supposed to be. It was that kid that looks like he's always on something. You guys dont do returns or exchanges. What is wrong with you? If i bring back a dripper within 10 mins of buying it or right after i buy it and not even use it i expect my money back. Your juices are horrible, mods horrible, RDAs and RBAs horrible, customer service HORRIBLE. I can go on and on with how bad this store is. I hope the readers of this review take my words seriously and never do business with these cheap, selfish people. Also a message to the owners. After buying a brand new VISION SPINNER 2 battery and tank from Southwest Smokeless I was really happy at first. Then, the battery breaks after only 1 month of use. I tried to go in and have it replaced but the manager at N. Oracle location was such an asshole. He made no effort to help the situation but instead was extremely rude. He said my 1 year warrany is no good if it's not a manufacturing defect. He blamed me, saying that I dropped it and there's nothing he can do. If a button sticking after only 1 month of use isn't a munufacturing defect then I don't know what is. IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE AT A ZERO I WOULD. I walked out angry with a broken battery after the manager tried to casually say he would not honor his warranty because it's somehow my fault that the button is broken from dropping it. I tried to tell him that's not at all what happened but he continued to insist the battery was broken because of me. First I have been disappointed by the quality of your juices. It seems every time I go in there is no quality control. Having bought three different bottles on three separate occasions. The same flavor is not mixed the same so the consistency is off every time. Not to mention the nic levels. I generally make my own juice but figured I would give you guys a try while waiting for more supplies. The last bottle of juice I bought was supposed to be 18nic, I tested it with my kit and it was only 10mg/ml, so I decided to test the last bottle I received which should have been 5mg, it tested at 15mg. This is dangerous.!!! Also your prices for kanthal are rediculous...1$ a foot? Your local competitors sell it for .25-.50 a foot. i also asked an employee if you had any Eco-wool, he looked at me dumbfounded and said yes, we have cotton. The haphazard way your employees make juice may keep the unaware masses happy but this is not McDonald's and giving someone the wrong nic levels can be hazardous and deadly. All in all, I will not be continuing as a customer and I will tell everyone in my vaping community about your practices which garner a boycott on your business. I have been to both the pantano and the houghton stores. Overpriced, employees are less then helpful and not knowledgable in the profession that they work in. Also the way they eyeball making juice is just plain dangerous and can guarantee differing results from each bottle. Don't bother stopping in unless you have no other choice. Btw people...fresh juice is not as good as "steeped" juice..don't let em fool you.. It can take days or weeks for good juice to get all the flavors melded.
