Moving from CA to AZ, driving through the desert & up and down mountains, my car was covered in dirt. Also, I didn't realize that a bottle of whiskey had spilled in my trunk and seeped into the carpeting. Red Valley was super responsive, very affordable, and very reasonable with what was asked. I advised of 1 stain & the spilled alcohol. He was very upfront when he arrived "we probably can't get the full stain out but I'll get the most out I can" and "I'll do everything to get the stain out. It should work, but in the event it doesn't, we have an aerosol solution we can schedule and do later". Well, the stain wasn't completely removed (which is fine, it's better than it was), and the smell has dissipated. It's not completely gone, but it's very faint. And the car is the cleanest it's ever been from a wash-perspective. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again! read more

Used Red Valley Detail to do an interior/exterior cleaning on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was in horrible shape, lots of dirt from off roading, scratches from monsoon storms, and some mild dog hair from my pets, so I was not expecting perfection, but I am actually pleasantly surprised at the service I received. The inside looks immaculate and everything came out better than I could have hoped for, all the dog hair is gone and it smells and looks brand new. As for the exterior, it looks amazing and I am blown away. They went above and beyond for me, it is truly amazing. The guy that came out even did some complementary buffing for me to help get those small scratches out and to my surprise, they did, so I am a very happy & satisfied customer and will use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to others! I paid for the combo interior and exterior detail which was suppose to include waxing. But all that was done was a wash and a wipe down of the interior. In the photo you can easily see the spot I waxed myself versus the job that was done. Best to have some other place do the waxing or if you can learn to do it on your own. read more

I have yet to even get a detail done, but have already had a great experience. I was back-and-forth with scheduling, as I am getting a detail for my boyfriend's birthday present. I initially was going for a gift card to make it a surprise, but ended up scheduling the detail for Wednesday and telling him it was an early present, as he was going to detail it himself in the coming week. After getting loads of my questions answered via the chat box on the Red Valley Mobile Detail website, I finally confirmed the booking. Hours later, I realized that I forgot I had jury duty Wednesday morning, so I would not be able to get his car detailed that day as we would need both of our vehicles. I shot a message to Skyler figuring it would be too late to reschedule with it being 7pm. He got right back to me even after hours, and was able to pull some strings to squeeze us in the next afternoon. I do NOT recommend this guy. He was 45mins late and had no power for his mobile cleaning equipment. He suggest we follow him to the car wash so he can clean the car. So we had to run a power cord from our apartment for him. After ONLY..literally 45mins he called to say he was done. Our vehicle was better off going to the car wash with us. We had to repeatedly point out all the dirt and areas he missed. I never have been so disappointed in a service like this. It was bad and poor work. When we point out that we are better off going to the drive through car was, he admitted that he cut corners because he got injured or something like that. Even after several attempts to get all the areas that were missed, we decided to let him go. We still paid him but I really do not recommend his service. We ended up going with another person. I wish I had taking pictures of his work...it was bad work. read more
