I just received a message from this business at 10am today telling me they were running 15 minutes behind schedule for my 10am appointment, immediately followed by another message saying they were 40 minutes behind schedule! Let the pictures speak for themselves. I had a $300+ level 3 detailing. While the inside was done well the exterior still had dirt all over. They missed significant amounts of mud and dirt. I honestly still need a car wash after this service. I called the business and was told the owner would reach out to me. I have two missed called but no voicemail, not text, no follow up to my email. I tried to return the calls and went straight to voicemail. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Buyer beware for pre paying for services. At this point after seeing the quality of the wash I am not sure I would even want them to come back out and compete the job. I just want my money back. How pathetic. This was a truck that I had just bought . The previous owner was a smoker and it was a work truck. I told them all I wanted was a Basic clean detail ..nothing fancy. I wasn't asking to take stains out of the seats Just clean the dirt, the cigarettes out and I wasn't expecting much. Not even expecting them to get the smell out! The pictures say it all. They also sprayed the lcd screen with oily armor all type junk that youre supposed to put spray on plastics, not on screens Co tacted them to come out, they could care less. Absolutely would recommend Clean & Neat Auto Detailing to our friends and family. They were extremely quick to respond to our request and helped us figure out what type of cleaning was best for our cleaning goal & budget. We chose interior only on both our vehicles and added pet hair removal on one due to years of dog hair buildup. Their staff arrived not long after the scheduled time but nothing crazy. They were very nice and professional. They got to work quickly and continued working literally ALL day there was so much dog hair. It was a long time but we had nowhere to be and they clearly needed it to get the results so we weren't upset. Needless to say we were absolutely blown away with how much hair they got out of of the car. It did not even look like our messy vehicle anymore. First let me say this company agreed to detail my PWC when it is an uncommon request. My review isn't on the quality of work because unfortunately they never made it to my location to complete any detailing. I scheduled this about a week out and gave the address and instructions when arriving. Yes this location is also an uncommon place to but was agreed upon. That's why you use a mobile detailer so they come to you. Unfortunately like I said the day of the appointment I called them about 12pm because I wanted them to find the spot without any issues. I told the phone operator that if you looked the address up on Apple Maps it will send you somewhere else so they should use google maps and I also asked the operator to give me the number of the technicians so I could share my location with them to avoid any problems. I did not get the technician number so I just assumed they didn't have an issue. Then I received a call from the operator saying they were onsite and that I needed to go meet them so I did but to my surprise nobody was there. I called back and asked for the number to the technician again and then he text me their number. I shared my location after telling them a specific name to put in their map and I even spelled it out for them. They said they were now 24 minutes out. I also received a call from the phone operator again requesting a link to send him. I sent him a pin drop of my exact location. 30 minutes now went by waiting and then the text came in saying they will not be completing the service because I gave them two different locations. I gave same locations just specific street or locations to find it on Apple Maps because they were using Apple phones. The point of the review is this was a cluster F*** when it did not have to be. I wish I could give a better review of they work but I cannot and for that I have to give them a bad review. If someone cannot find a location after having the location shared, then maybe having them detail anything would turn bad anyways. I commend them for agreeing to the appointment, just wish it didn't turn out the way it did. read more

My car accidentally got oversprayed. I watched a YouTube video on proper cleaning, thought I could remedy it myself. "Clay", doncha know...but at 100+ degrees I have had less interest in resolving it. F-it, I thought out loud. Gotta get help. Can't live life out of a dirty car. I Called Clean and Neat. They didn't answer and I didn't leave a message. But. They did call back. Joshua did a fine job. The callback might not be "extra effort", but it's more than others exhibited. Price was reasonable. I set it up. They arrived a bit late; it's not an exact science, I know. (But the whole dilemma could have been avoided if they quoted a RANGE of times, not specific times. They did a terrific job. Would hire them again. That speaks volumes. read more

My recommendation would be to spend a little extra and utilize a different company for your detailing services as you get what you pay for with this company. I received a level 3 detail as a Christmas gift and scheduled an appointment for 01/30/22 at their shop. Though they were running specials around that time for the holiday's which made it around $100 cheaper then what they would normally charge (almost $400). My truck was there for 3 1/2hrs and was told it was done and it was ready to pick it up. When I went there, it basically looked like an over priced standard car wash and to top it off, the person working on my truck had connected his phone via Bluetooth was blaring his music on my truck's sound system - the music could be heard out at the street! The carpet was barely vacuumed, the truck bed cover had a layer of dirt still there among so many other things they say they do in their detailing but obviously was not. Some mats were clean and others untouched. Armor All had been sprayed into the wheel wells but not wiped in. There were just giant greasy dripping splotches. I indicated that was not going to be ok and they would have to do a better job. They said they would go over it again and it would be another couple hrs. At this point it is 5pm and I was told it was ready to pick up again. They were still working on it and it was not ready. Two hours later and granted it is 7pm at this point (they started at 11am) 8 full hours later but it that was not enough time for them apparently. There was still a number of things that needed attention, for instance the tailgate jam had not even been touched and the bed of the truck was full of rocks that weren't even there before. I brought this to their attention and they got upset and completely soaked the entire back end of the truck and then refused to wipe the dripping water off the truck and go over the plastic trim they had dressed - that was now running black dressing everywhere and onto the paint. The person that had been cleaning it was giving me and my girlfriend attitude and started to refuse to clean anything else until we demanded they give us a towel so at least maybe WE could do their job and wipe up their mess they just made. The owner was called, Fernando, and I will quote him verbatim - he told me that "he knew what kinda person I was when I dropped the truck off because can read people really well" and "what did I expect my truck was a 2015". Apparently he was referring to me being a particular person and they definitely don't want you to make them do more then the bare minimum there. He continued to give me attitude over the phone - what kind of owner conducts business like this? The kind that wants to get away with doing as least as possible and that is the mentality that his employees portray as well. He also mentioned that fact that I received a deal on the detail because it was a Christmas special. There company ran the special and I just made them hold up their end of the deal. All in all I gave up that evening because it was getting dark and I couldn't really see much anymore. Ended up cleaning the windows myself the next day cause there was wax all over every window and the top of the truck cab was never even touched. Not even washed! My advice - if you purchase a detail here, given my horrible experience, that you make them hold up to their end of the deal and make them clean everything that they say they do on their website. I did try and contact the owner about the top of the cab not being cleaned by text and of course he never responded. read more

I had a frustrating experience with Clean & Neat. I booked their level 3 mobile detail (highest one they offer, $379). My appointment was at 12, I got a call saying the tech would be 30 min late, which I completely understand can happen with a later appt. Tech didn't show up till 12:50. I had the car pulled in the driveway since it comes with a hand wash of exterior. He said he would pull it into garage to detail it after exterior was done. I looked out 5 -10 min later and he had already pulled it into the garage and the driveway was dry which means he never hand washed the car. The detail is suppose to take 3 hours, after 2 hours he calls me and says it's done. It's the first detail I've ever had done and this is where I take blame. I come out and to the garage the car was shining. I tipped him (was going to tip regardless of the job but I should have looked closer before tipping). After he left my wife came out and actually looked over the car and then proceeded to show me how poor of a job he did. I have attached pictures so you can judge for yourself if it was a good job. I called the owner right away and explained what happened. I took blame for not looking closer before the tech left but I just trusted that the job was done right. I sent him pictures and he agreed it wasn't done right. He said he could send his "two best guys out" the next morning. He said they would be there at 7. The next morning 7:00 rolls around and no one is at my house, finally at 7:15 I call the owner and he says "they are 15 min away". I told him to just have them turn around because if they can't pay attention to details of being on time I don't want them detailing my car. After some discussion with the owner I felt like the only solution was a full refund. The owner did finally agree to a full refund (although he refunded all of it except for $20 for some reason). The owner may comment his side of the story, which he is more than welcome to do. Ultimately my advice is to hold the tech to high standards and don't let them leave till you have looked over everything carefully. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. They always arrive early, they're detail oriented, they finish in a timely fashion, and they're always as friendly as can be. They work so hard, even if that means doing so in 115 degree weather. You can't beat the price and the service. They found my diamond ring in their vacuum that I thought I lost forever, and instead of keeping it, they called me and then hand delivered it back to me when I got home from work. They could have easily not told me about it and I would have never known. If that doesn't make you want to do business with them, I don't know what will. I had bought an RV at little dealer and they suggested using them to get the ceramic coating put on so I did and after that they kept sending me emails with deals to get my trucks done so I bought a few of them for Christmas for family. They did my truck and my moms at the same time and they damaged the paint on my mom's, but would not own up to it. On my truck, they did a terrible job and it was still dirty inside. There were still crumbs everywhere and dust. I had cleaned o it the majority of stuff inside but I didn't clean little things so they left them and didn't move them to clean. Every other company I have used has always removed everything and put it in a bag. We called and complained so they said they were coming back to re-clean them and I did not use my truck at all before they came the second time and it still looked the same after they detailed it a second time. The pictures show the second time after cleaning. They are definitely not a detail orientated company for the business they claim to be in. My mom also spoke to the owner about the damage to her truck and they completely brushed it off. Seeing the work they do it makes me wonder if they even put the ceramic coating on my RV because they did that at the dealer and I never saw them and it definitely doesn't look like it has any protection on it. I had to ask the tech to go over my seats with stems again cause the first round looked poorly done. when all finished I had to go in myself and hit some missed spots On door trims, sides of my center console. my only issue is that if I'm paying $140 plus tip. Went for the stage two interior/exterior detail. I want to say first off, I didn't do a thorough inspection, that's on me. The job was definitely not what I expected, they said they shampooed the seats but they look exactly the same as before. I let them off the hook for what wasn't done on the exterior since I live down a dirt road and that wasn't going to last. Once I took it for a drive I noticed that the dash wasn't finished on the driver's side. For $250 I expected better. Like I said, I didn't look close enough. I recently had my 2014 Corvette detailed with Clean and Neat. They did a fantastic job on the car. My Corvette Stingray is black so I was a little worried about how it would come out since black cars are notoriously difficult to maintain. Fernando and his team assured me it would come out great and recommend that I do a ceramic coating on the car to protect the paint and reduce how often I do maintenance washes! WOW My car not only looks amazing but the ceramic coat is truly worth the money. All I have to do now is a hand wash and wipe it down with some spray wax and it looks like I have a brand new buffed out car! Amazing interior detail in my car as always! They removed super tough to remove stains and left my car looking new once again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They completely ripped me off! I had a bad smell in my SUV rear carpet (smelt like oil). I hired these losers to STEAM CLEAN the entire interior.They Charged me $150 and guaranteed they would rid my car of the mentioned odor. A guy shows up (rude and didn't speak one word of English) and he gets out a rag and a can of carpet cleaner and starts to spray and attempt to clean the interior by rubbing carpet cleaner with a rag, I stop him and ask , "Don't you have a steam cleaning machine"? he replys," No this is how we do it". Then the whole time I have to be on him because he was doing such a poor job like cleaning the mats but not cleaning the carpet underneath them. Then he proceeds to "bomb" the car and I was left with an even worse smell in my interior.I had to reclean the entire car afterwords because of the mess he made. When he finished, the smell of oil was still present. I tried to negotiate with the company on the phone, re: refund or come back and re-clean properly, but after a few calls they refused both and stopped returning my calls. I then disputed the charge to my credit card company and they conducted an investigation. This was their response to the credit Co.,"goods were as described and received in good condition". They blatantly LIED to my credit company. They claimed they used a STEAM CLEANER which they did not. I an now out $150 and still have the oil stench. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

The headliner still had spots so i know that wasn't spot cleaned either. My mats could have been cleaner but they were super dirty to begin with. The vents and knobs still had dust. I'm giving them three stars because they were on time and did the job. My suv is clean and shiny even though they weren't thorough. I expected more. Update... Called, they got back to me very quick, and the guy was honest telling me that depending on the severity of the seat stain and how long ago it was, it might not come up all the way.
