I bought a pair of work boots for $200 bucks. They told me that I had 30 days to wear them and if I wasn't satisfied I could return them. Well I didn't even wear them for 7 hours after the Leather on the toe was damaged. The leather is incredibly soft for being a workboots. I asked for an exchange, considering I hadn't owned them for even 12 hours, and they refused to exchange them for me. $200 down the drain. The customer service is great until it isn't. I will not return to redwing for boots. I will continue buying Wolverines. read more

Stoped by March 2, 2019 at 4:45 to purchase a shoe I wanted. (They close at 5pm) But the doors were closed, a young gentleman opened the door and said "he had a lot of shoes to clean, therefore we closed early". That's a bunch of bull crap. It would have taken me 5min. There are hardly any customers and all shoes are brand new.........clean what shoes? My business and workers will go try a different store with better customer service than deal with the workers here. What a shame. read more

Horrid service. My father went to this location to get his shoes repaired that he got in May he loved that pair so much he was ready to buy another. On 9/22. He spent so much money they offered him a free item either gloves or socks. My father explained that he is diabetic and most socks don't work for him as he wears a size 13 extra wide. The sales associate assured him that these socks would be the best socks he has ever worn he guarantees it. And that everything they sell of satisfaction guaranteed. Well 3 weeks later not only are the shoes my father took in for repair still not ready but he tried to exchange the socks for the gloves and they refused. The manager with dreads came out and said that because it was a gift they cannot exchange them and that my father should have picked the gloves if he has reservations about the socks. He made sure to say this was my fathers fault more then once. Anyway, I had gone in with my father to get 2 pairs of 1907s repaired I had completed my repair purchase for $207 when the female sales associate mentioned that they would do what they could to repair the boots because they only condition them. I paid for them to be resoled and conditioned they were on the counter in front of her and she didn't mention that until she handed me my receipt. After the interaction they had with my dad I was done. I asked for a refund on the repair. I love this shoe brand but this store is horrible. They have a high employee turn over. And they clearly don't value their customers at all. Buy online or go to Valencia. This location should just close. It's bad for the brad to continue to operate this way. read more

Was here with my mom today 7/21/18 about 4ish. My mom asked a question about their shoe selection. The guy that helped my mom was very rude and unwelcoming that my mom didn't even want to continue shopping. We left. Customer service was very poor from that man. My sister even had a feeling that he was treating the male customers better than the women, and we were only in the store of about 10 minutes so that says a lot if we already felt this vibe in a short time. read more

Make sure check your boots first before paying for them time ever getting redwings and guy with dredlocks help me out specifically said no steal toe boots dint check them because I tried out the display none steal toe one at the store but I got to work I realized they gave me steal toe and of course nothing they can do because I wore them few hours smh !!!!!! I want to comment on the exceptional customer service I received at this Red Wing store. They were very helpful in trying to find a boot that fit my large feet, which included ordering me a pair in a size they don't normally stock. Unfortunately the size they ordered didnt fit me well. They happily refunded my money without charging a restocking fee. They offered to order a different boot in an attempt to help me find a boot that I would be happy with, but I declined. read more

Really impressed since day one. We bought shoes 2 months ago with great customer service. We had an issue with the shoe called spoke with Ellie came in the same day and our problem was resolved. Unfortunately, they don't have any of their Heritage boots. However, the service was tremendous and the woman working there helped size me and really explain their processes for the whole ordeal. Being a first time shopper for red wing shoes store....I say the first impressions are quite critical for me and that includes having someone very knowledgeable of their product. And this place is fortunate to have such a pleasant...helpful and most importantly knowledgeable staff named Marie. This is why my first time here was impressive and I must say made a lasting impression to me. I came here shopping for my husband on Valentine's day knowing that he will benefit from their shoes as he is in construction (and hearing from other friend's how great red wing shoes are). Marie made it feasible for me to find the perfect shoes as she thoroughly assessed my husband's needs by asking pertinent questions regarding his work and proper size and fitting. I'm glad that I bought the wing shooter as she recommended as he loved the way the shoes fit and the support it provides. Her top notch and impeccable service is what will bring me back to this store. And kudos to Red Wings for recognizing excellence by having this kind of staff! read more

So happy this store opened by us!! Yesterday (Sunday, 7/31/16) we went into the store around 2pm. The store is very clean and the displays are uncluttered. My husband browsed around and found something he wanted to try on. We were very fortunate to have Marie as our sales person. She put my husband on this machine to see where the pressure spots were on his feet and recommended some different boots. He tried on everything she suggested!! I almost fell out of my chair!! It's like that old Folgers coffee commercial - "Bill never has a second cup at home"... Marie asked him all sorts of questions so that she could ensure that he was getting the right boot. She explained the differences in the leather and the soles of the different boots. Marie was fantastic, helpful, she listened, and she did it all with a smile on her face. I think this was one of the best shoe buying experiences I've ever had and I wasn't even getting shoes!! Marie has won customers for life!! My husband left the store smiling...what the ??? read more
