Great selection of shoes with a variety of sizes and styles. They also have wide and extra wide shoes. There is a large clearance section as well. The selection for Women's shoes size 11 or larger is pretty puny. Parking is always plentiful in the strip mall and the service staff is very helpful. Have to give kiddos to Jennifer who helped us tremendously today. Needed a second pair of work shoes but they didn't have another one in stock in the correct size. Jennifer called another store who unfortunately did not have the size either. We wanted the second pair at the 50% off sale price - buy 1 get 2nd 50% off. Jennifer was checking options and we finally came up with ordering the second pair and having them shipped to our house. She rang up the shoes, placed the order for the second set at half off and said an email will be sent when they are shipped. Arrival to be approximately 10 days. She handled All of our inquiries with sincerity and professionalism that is rarely seen these days. So a big Thank You to Jennifer, you are a wonderful asset to that store. I went here to check out the Slip-In Skechers. I tried several different kinds and each one of them slipped OFF! I asked one of the staff if anyone else has had problems with those shoes and they said yes. Skechers, please try and make more styles of shoes that tie or develop better Slip-Ins that stay ON. Until about last year I bought my trainers/sneakers at Sketchers. They were very comfortable, but you get what you pay for. For $50-$60 I would buy one pair of shoes and usually also then get a second pair (same kind) for 50% off. I would walk out with two pairs of comfortable, basic shoes for use outside of work. I wore them every day. The problem is that the soles don't last. I walk a lot- 4-5 miles a day, with our dogs. The soles would be almost worn flat within 3-4 months. (note- this is also true for the more expensive versions of these shoes I have bought at a Skechers in $80-$90 range.)Lazy me would wear them another couple of months (with no grip on them) until throwing them away and going through the same process. Last year, instead of buying a second pair of trainers I used the 50% off promotion to buy a pair of sandals.. similar to TEVAs. They were very comfortable. I thought they were a good deal... until yesterday when the back buckle on one of my sandals came undone. What I found was that the ring through which the strap goes through to create tension had broken and that the ring was made plastic (really crappy, flimsy plastic)- incredible! Now I have to buy a metal ring to replace it. Last December I bought a pair of sneakers/ trainers at San Antonio Shoes (SAS) for about $250.. Ang guess what?- I wear them just as much as I used to wear the Sketchers shoes but the soles are very much intact, with just a moderate amount of wear and will easily last this year and probably into next year as well. You get what what you pay for. If short term costs is the priority, Sketchers is a good place to buy shoes, but if you want shoes made with quality and shoes that will last I'd suggest spending some money- get fewer shoes but shoes that are made well. read more

The manager of this store is a genuine lying piece of shit. They ripped me off $40. The nice lady that sold me the shoes said I could return them for a refund if they did not fit right. Well, they didn't, and I tried to return theme the same day. The manager refused to refund me. Avoid this overpriced sketchy shoe store. If it was worth my time, I would take this shoe store to small claims court. read more

I was skeptical to shop at this location due to the neighborhood around it.However,I felt like it was more ghetto inside the store based on how the staff treated me like I was gonna steal boxes of shoes.I shopped here with my family yesterday.I was able to buy a pair of shoes and the cashier guy was friendly,greeting everyone coming inside the store while checking me out.that was very courteous of him.After I paid, I didn't realize that my wife wasn't done yet so I waited for her ,walking around the store with my shopping bag. I WAS RUDELY APPROACHED BY THIS LADY AND TOLD ME I CAN'T HAVE A SHOPPING BAG INSIDE THE STORE!I said ok go ahead and take my bag with u.She didn't even introduce Herself as one of the associates,she just grabbed it like an arse.I was fine with their policy of such..but they have to be nice to their customers so they won't be offended. I let that go for a moment.Meanwhile...I was surprised when my wife grabbed some clearance items WITH A SIGN saying :ALL CLEARANCE ADDITIONAL 40% OFF .at the cashier,I was surprised I got charged $9.99 each item without the additional 40%off! The manager said only those that are $10 and above would get additional discount.But no items more than $10...in my opinion,this is clearly confusing for their customers..i have a photo of the sign..u be the judge if u wont get duped as well!
