Awful Plato's. Staff are always SO RUDE when you bring clothes in. They act like it's a huge inconvenience to do their job!!

I enjoy shopping there but I would not go back and sell there ever again. I brought my clothes in and was told it would be about 45 minutes since they were busy. I went grocery shopping and returned when they texted. They told me they couldn't take any of my clothes due to past the "one and a half year mark." I said thought it was odd since I had some items with the price tag still on them returned home. Upon looking in the bin I brought the clothes in I found over 2/3 of the clothes I brought in still folded how I originally had them. The 4-5 pieces they looked at were unfolded on top of the rest to make it look they like went through them. I should've taken advice from others and never brought my clothes here in the first place. read more

Bad communication, i called before going there to donate some of my clothed asked them what i need to do to donate clothes they said i bring them in no more than two bins full and i will get money for the clothes they take, i get there i asked AGAIN what i need to do t9 get my money, they had me fill out an online form and told me they will text me when i can come pick them up. Three days later i call them asking if they are done with my clothes and they said when did you drop them off i said three days ago. They said they are donated by now if you dont pick them up the same day you drop them off they get donated. WHEN WAS I EVER TOLD THIS?! Im sorry but im a 13 year old kid who is donating clothes so i can get money because i have no other way too, and your fucking scamming me?!? Definitely need to get better communication and TELL PEOPLE STUFF. read more

Was in the store today looking for jeans. While I did find what I was looking for, I was very bothered to see that there are no extra procedures going in place to keep shoppers feeling safe. There is absolutely no sanitation happening in fitting rooms or other commonly used places. All of the fitting rooms are being used and there is no fitting room open between people. Even though they recommend you to have washed your clothes before you sell them to ensure safety .Clothes that people have just tried on are being put back out to the racks for others to buy. Meaning there is no time of quarantine or sanitization of these items. Racks are still very close together making it impossible for people to practice social distancing. Which is a HUGE problem since they are not limiting the amount of people they allow to shop in store. While this virus is not going away anytime soon, I hope the owner is willing to think about the safety of shoppers over the profits of the store. In the meantime, I will not be risking my safety at stores like this. read more
