She also purposely made my bag saucy and condescending said "I'd be careful if I were you. These bags are very saucy" in a passive aggressive manner. Management needs to give the staff service a lesson on basic fucking respect and manners. If I was her manager, I'd fire that rude lady with 600 lbs of snarky attitude on the spot.
