The installer Logan was very professional and did an amazing job setting up my softener & RO system, the day of installation, we could tell the difference in our shower water and our drinking water. Jennifer is hands down the most knowledgeable water person! There is definitely a reason she is called the "Water Girl". She was super friendly and came to our house and explained in great detail the benefits of the softener and RO system. I learned so much! Fast forward to install- Eddie came out for install within a couple days of consult and got everything put in. He is excellent and thorough himself! Jennifer even made sure our RO spigot matched our kitchen sink faucet. They were so attentive and made sure everything was up and running perfectly! My gosh the difference in our water that day was amazing! The little alley softener we previously had in alley way didn't even come close to this system that was placed in our back yard! This is so good for our skin, clothing, appliances and more! Not to mention, the water is now clear of heavy metals and harsh chemicals. I cannot say enough about this company! Recently we purchased a water softener system for our house from another company. Once we received the water softener via FedEx, we didn't know whom to contact to have it installed. We contacted the company that we had purchased our water softener from, and they had given us some options on installers in our local area. We had used some of those companies in the past in which they were rather overpriced, so we decided on Redbird Water to install our water softener. We were not disappointed at all throughout our experience with them. In under 5 minutes of making a request online we had a text from Jennifer and Jonathan. Within 30 minutes we had an installation appointment set and scheduled along with a set price for the installation. The installer was at our house first thing in the morning. Other companies out there give you a 4-hour window when their installers will be there. She gave us a 2-hour window which was awesome because I could schedule that time off with my work. Eddie worked very proficiently and has great attention to detail along with great analytical problem-solving skills due to the manifold that he had to tie into. After the installer finished his install, he gave us a quick rundown of the system even though it was not the system they normally install. The install took roughly an hour and a half. After the install Jennifer keep in contact with us and was there if we had any questions or issues. Thank you, Jennifer, Jonathan and Eddie.
