They said they don't have enough drivers today. They also have been switching teh ride to a different random company and then not telling anyone. So you don't know who is coming, or if anyone is coming. I would suggest you avoid this company. There is something wrong.

The service knows who I am talking about. My driver is very professional. He is considerate; he offers help when needed. He is on time. The car has no smell and he doesn't play any music, station, talk show, news, etc. Some other services have smelly cars and you have to listen to what they are listening to. My driver probably has 40 years driving experience and he is a fine driver. I can't say enough about the driver. The company and the dispatcher are easy to deal with.
