It was 5:30am and Janice greeted us with such a kind welcome. She was incredibly friendly and helpful (which is hard to find in the medical field these days). The procedure went smoothly and all of the staff was really fantastic. The facility is nice as well. Spacious, clean and well kept. I would highly recommend Patients Hospital if you have the option!

They then decided to bill me the full amount (and not the allowed amount per their contract as in network providers with Blue Cross of California.) I followed up with them, got the billing done right, and sent them a payment. They advised me because I had not made a payment in 3 months they were sending me to collections, even though this was their fault of errors in insurance billing. Ergo, I set up a payment plan with them and they sent me to collections anyways a month later. I called Sierra Receivables and paid it off before it hit my credit. I had 30,000 dollars in medical bills and MD Imaging was unwilling to work with me and make monthly payments.

So please, when you read the negative comments by the gentleman by the name of Stephen, you might take all that into consideration. I'm sure even Stephen has not been perfect 100% of the time. Extremely crowded and very unorganized while being the least secure facility. No security cameras nor a security guard anybody can walk in at any time and go anywhere. Not to mention they lost my mother-in-law's wheelchair and I had to search the entire facility for it then take a wild guess at which leg rests belong to her because they had the entire chair packed full of others belongings the only saving grace of this facility is the staff is nice. There's obvious evidence they just painted over black mold I scratched some of it with my thumbnail and yeah it's black mold. Do not take your family members here
