I was traveling from Phoenix to Bryce Canyon for a trail race when my car suddenly started throwing multiple warnings about 35 minutes outside of Page--reduced power, power brakes, possible loss of power steering, and more. With very little shoulder and spotty cell service, I drove slowly and thankfully made it safely to Page. Most auto places were closing for the day, and O'Reilly Auto Parts was one of my last options with a working scanner and still open. Theresa took the time to scan my car, explain what she could, and offer local recommendations since it was becoming clear I would need to stay overnight and figure things out in the morning. Thankfully, I was eventually able to arrange a tow through roadside assistance all the way back to Phoenix, where my car is now at the dealership being diagnosed. Thank you again, Theresa, for being so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. You were a blessing!
