The person who was in charge was not the manager, and still wouldn't let me purchase the part. 8:01 and they kick me out of the store. Drive 78 miles because the other store only had one set and I need around set. I am a sit duck for another day. I broke the law just to get here before closing time. 8:03 the works were out the door. They had no patience or exception for the customer. I stood there for 5 minutes so they can run until 8pm then kicked me out of there. No manager wasn't there for any customer service in this situation.

The tow truck driver said this was a family business and reasonable. It was 7:00 and I had to wait an hour before it opened. The man behind the counter was friendly. After several minutes he came back to me and said the alternator was out. The part was available and he could get the truck repaired and should be done in 3-4 hours. We had a photography tour at Canyon X. He suggested a shuttle company to take us out there and he said the truck should be repaired by the time we got back. Transmission came in Tuesday and was completely installed Wednesday before noon. Drove 10 hours to Colorado not one issue! Unbelievable! Crazy fast service from a great team.
