After a good 20 minutes of deliberation, I looked at taco fiesta's menu and it is the most reminiscent of a San Diego taco shop. So I said let's give 'er a whirl. Imagine my utter shock and disbelief when I bit into the Carnitas burrito... flavorful, juicy, both red and green sauces packing an absolute home run with flavor and spice both. My man got the birria quesadilla and a couple of tacos. I also got the beans from my burrito on the side just in case.... Some of these states be having some weird ass beads. But no... Absolute perfection. I will be returning to this spot over and over and over again, my only ask is to put a fish taco on the menu and look into Machaca. I ordered a torta sandwich and a taco. The tacos comes with two shells so I typically split the meat, add the onion and radish topping, and make one green sauce and one red sauce.
