Visited this location today due to having a flu for the past 2, weeks I took meds over the counter that helped with chills troat and fever yet still have a lingering smokers cough worse at night when I laydown to try and sleep I hear my lungs crackle. The entire staff was professional and kind the waiting room was packed with sick people although the current circumstances they were on it cleared the room fast and again professional and kind Catherine took my vitals explain everything verified my current meds assessment of my concerns and advised provider would see me shortly, Overall they do an excellent job. Here on 8/13/2026 where I'm removing one more star. Came here around 1:40 with 2 other patients ahead of us waiting and 2 already inside being seen. We fill out paperwork and then 3 other people walk in after us. The 2 patients who were inside leave. Then 2 of the 3 who came in after us are called in before us. We've now been here over an hour and a half. We are only here to check and see if my child has an ear infection which should take less than 10 seconds! read more

Dr. Sean Lee asked all the right questions and listened to everything I said. I recently had some strange symptoms--numb tongue, irritated upper palate, and a really upset stomach. It got bad enough that I had to take time off work and go to Reddy Urgent Care. This clinic has always treated me with respect. The staff are super friendly, the place is spotless, and the doctors consistently pinpoint what's wrong. This visit was no different. They prepared a cocktail mix for me--mind you, I had no taste at that point--but after waiting 15 minutes to see if it worked... OH MY GAWD!! I was cured! My stomach ache and nausea were gone--just like that. I was numb for a little while, but honestly, I felt so much better. I've been coming here for years and they never fail to help me. I called and asked if I could come in and get stitched up from a gash I received on my wrist at work. They told me come on in, the staff were very polite and professional. My experience when I got there and met with the doctor was good nothing to complain about, but as I was leaving I wanted to ask something so I went up to the receptionist (which was a different girl then who I spoke to when I came in) and she had an attitude from the start, and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. DO NOT GO HERE I was a new patient and my insurance brought me here. Would give no stars if possible. When I arrived, the clerk at the front desk and the nurse were very kind but the physician was terrible. She was late and when she came in she did not want to hear a word from me. I had an ear infection in my right ear a couple weeks ago and today I came in with an infection in my left ear. The physician tried to prescribe me the same ear drops I had treated the right ear with even though I told her they did not work on the left. I had tried them for three days before coming into urgent care because I can't afford to be here twice in one month! I had to force this physician to listen to me and could feel tension building between us. She did not want to help me at all and I was the first patient of the day. That says a lot! At the end of my visit, the front desk claimed to not know the last name of the physician who saw me which is a bit unsettling. All they would tell me is that her name is Christina V. I left not knowing what is wrong with my ear and with a prescription for two more eardrops they want me to try. I'm an insured paying customer and this visit was not worth the $110 "copay" at all. I am SO tired of the health "care" we have to deal with in Los Angeles! Before anyone jumps to the conclusion that I am solely relying on urgent care, please know that I had an appointment to see an ENT before this visit but due to unforseen circumstances I had to bring myself here once again. Came in with my friend so she could get treated. They took her information and said they'd call her insurance and see if they could accommodate her. We filled out her paperwork turned it in. Then waited for an HOUR. Finally we went up to ask about how much longer. Only to be told they spoke with her insurance an hour prior and said they "couldn't figure it out." and we're never going to let her know she wouldn't be seen with them. My goal was to get a cough syrup with codeine that was given to me by another NP 2 years ago. My cough went away when I took that med. Well this time I was seen by a different NP and I plead with him to please give me that also but he won't because it's narcotic and he don't want me to depend on it. I've been coughing since March which he said is a chronic cough and nothing I take helped. I got a chest x ray. The technician was very sweet and nice, xray went smoothly. Knock knock on my door while I waited in the room. Good news your lungs are clear, there is no infections, you're normal. What!? I don't like that answer lol. There is something wrong with me. I was upset to hear I'm clear. Can I have antibiotic I asked, no he's not giving because I have no bacteria in my lungs. What I have is a viral infection and there is no treatment for it but time. He prescribed me Promethiazine DM. I research about it, it's for cough and allergy. That night I took and slept very well and my cough improve. Now I'm thinking, wait all this time I have allergy to everything? Great! Now my body changes that my coughing is related to allergy. Glad it's not covid! read more

I got sent here by my work company but someone had told me this was also a very amazing client. My experience wasn't the best. I took very long in the lobby, got there at 1pm and ended up leaving the places at 5pm. I understand it a waiting game but I had to get some X-rays done, I got told they would be ready 30min-1hr. Never heard back so I called. They told me it wasn't ready so I had to call again but they had closed. The next day I rescheduled another visit and same thing happened, they told me 30min- 1hr but never called back. I ended up having to call them myself again and finally got my results. Dr green is really caring, I'll give them that. I went in asking for a covid test due to my symptoms and a strep test. I was told I wasn't getting a covid test and to just go get one at the store. I was told I'd get the results the next day. 3 days later, I had to reach out and ask for results. They were annoyed when I asked and nonchalantly told me I have Covid. I went in today for an infection. The receptionist was nice and had me fill out paper work. I was called in within a timely manner. The male nurse who assisted me in taking my vitals was very kind. The PA who saw me, Vivian Brady, absolutely amazing. She was kind, informative and very gentle with the treatment. Vivian gave me post instructions and made the treatment easy. The last nurse who saw me was rude. She gave me an intramuscular shot on the gluteal and massaged the area after. I asked her "why did you massage after an injection" and she did not give me a therapeutic answer, stating that is just how we do it. Evidence based studies show that massaging the site post injection should not be done. I did not even receive after care instructions after an injection site. She should not have been rude when a patient is asking questions, she should have given me a valid answer that would make sense. Instead she was rude and non therapeutic. read more

Historically I have received adequate customer service from Reddy urgent care in Bixby Knolls. However today I spoke to somebody at 7:25 and asked what the wait looked like, as the facility was closing at 8 PM. I was informed by employee "H" that there was only one patient who was already admitted and another was just arriving. I stated that I lived just 5 to 10 minutes away and just needed to get swabbed for strep throat since my 4-year-old son had tested positive and I also have another 18 month old I did not want to expose. I stated that I should "be able to arrive in around 10 minutes or so." She told me it was difficult to guess how long the wait would be so I should just head over. Unfortunately when I arrived at 7:37, I encountered "V" at the front desk, who informed me that although the facility closed at 8 but they took their last patient at 7:30 (lobby was empty). I then looked toward the employee that I had spoken with on the phone 10-12 minutes earlier and explained the sequence of events. "H" conceded that we had spoken less than 15 minutes ago but she thought I would have been there sooner...hmmm. After showing her my phone with the timestamp reflecting a call that started at 7:25 and last 4m4s, I asked why I was never informed that their last patient would be taken at 7:30, just 1-2 minutes after the call ended and I noted that I arrived within the 10 minute time frame I communicated. Perhaps she thought I could teleport and was not going to write this review. They told me that I could wait 10 to 15 minutes more to see what they can do. After that time was wasted they told me I could not be accommodated (no apology). Very disappointing. read more

we came in because my 2, year old grand baby Emma has something that resembles the stomach flu, lose stool vomiting painful gas. I was a little worried of how the visit would GO yet Dr Jessica gave fantastic service and had a lot attention to detail her staff was also welcoming and provided Excellent customer service, I can't stress enough how important this is in this field. I drove over because I was told they were the only urgent care that could help me because I had something in my eye. I arrived at 8:45 and I was informed by Bianca that they stop taking patience at 8:30. If this is true you should change your hours to 8:30 instead of wasting peoples time. If this is not true you should honor your hours. They were not busy and they could have helped me, they chose not too! read more

One star is too generous. This place gets ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST No compassion or concern for others. I usually don't feel the need to post negative reviews, but my experience at Reddy Urgent Care was so unpleasant that I'm making an exception. Before I start, I want to bring this up because I feel it's important to ask: Who goes to urgent care because they feel good or are at 100%?? Usually making it into urgent care is only thing on your mind. I arrived here with my 18 year old son at 8:10pm on a Wednesday evening. Immediately I was told that they see their last patient at 8:30pm. OK?! I was then asked for my drivers license & insurance card, which I provided. I explained that my son was the one that needed to been seen & not me. After SLOWLY inputting our insurance information into her computer, she asked for my sons ID, which he did not have, he was in pretty bad shape physically. I explained I was his mother, she had my drivers license & could could very easily verify that the information I had provided was correct & that my son was indeed covered. The receptionist was cold & rude - she refused to make any exceptions, so I asked to speak to someone else. Again she was rude! She would only say: I'm sorry, it's our policy. OK - I understand policy, but I am asking for an exception, my son has chronic asthma & needed to be seen. She again repeated policy and told me that there wasn't anyone that could help me, handed back my drivers license and insurance card. It was obvious that the receptionist didn't want to stay any later than necessary & wasn't going to go above or beyond. Unfortunately I did not get her name. This may sound like a petty complaint, but who works for an urgent care facility, when they themselves don't have a sense of urgency to help those in need??? I will never return & will share my short and very unpleasant experience with Yelp and anyone else that cares to read this review. TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN!! read more

I came in the morning shortly after they opened and there was about 15 minutes wait, 3 people ahead of me. I came in with injured hand. My vitals were taken by X-ray tech Christopher, then I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Christina who checked my hand and said it is not broken. I requested Xray anyway, and got it. I waited for Xray result for about one hour. Usually in other places wait time was less than that. After the results were in, NP Christina came in to confirm it was not broken, and answered all my questions in kind and patient manner. I was told that I would pay 80 USD for the visit and 75 USD for Xray of injured hand and I ended up paying just that amount. No surprises on billing side, which I appreciated. Everyone was nice and approachable. So if that is your thing - that medical staff is nice and kind to you, these people are :) I also welcomed that the COVID tests were made outside, so it seemed to me that they did not mix people waiting for COVID test and people with other issues in the waiting room. What I think could be done better is wait time, once the patient is checked in. My visit after I was checked in lasted for 2 hours. Also, more proactive communication with the patient would be welcome - especially about the whole process, wait times once checked in, diagnosis and what to do after the visit. I was told these information once I asked about them, but I prefer if I was told proactively - that I did not have to ask. One more thing - please note - their web page says that the last patient is admitted 30 mintues before closing. That is not true. I came in previous day at 6pm and was not admitted, because they had too many patients already waiting. That makes sense and is reasonable, but then the web page should say something like "last patient is admitted 30 minutes before closing or earlier if the wait time is longer than one hour". From my experience it is possible that they stop admitting patients at 5.30pm. Also please note that they have a policy of one patients at a time in the lobby area, so might need to wait outside line for registration.
