Frankie is such an expert in design in general and has a really keen eye for what works and doesn't work, even helping us with ideas on landscaping, fountains and concrete color. He is super responsive and easy to get a hold of, usually answering our questions and giving feedback immediately. He is an interior design genius and it is such an asset to have him to go to when we need to bounce some ideas. Once the Holidays rolled around, we had Frankie decorate the Christmas tree for our business and the result was more beautiful than anything we could ever dream of. During the process we ordered 3 wreaths totaling ~ 300 bucks. When the team came and hung our lights they forgot to hang our wreaths! So we called them back and we were told that the team hanging lights that day forgot our wreaths. Started into some story about how the person was in AA, and cast blame on a worker, rather than settle the issue when we requested a refund of the monies. We were told they would not refund the money in 2024. We even spoke to the owner who, rather than refund the monies, cast blame on their staff. After more calls and complaints and requesting the refund of our money they promised us a credit for 3 wreaths in the 2025 season! We sent them 2 emails so far this year and never heard back. Not at all happy with the service and lack of attention provided. Would not use these folks!

Finally heard from the owner in February, she was unprofessional and rude. No accountability.
