ALERT HOUSTON !!! I hired GRADY B to cut a piece of bead board to glue behind on the wall of the…read morehalf bathroom under the stairs. Not a hard task. Well, what a disaster this person is. First, he is very old and he and his brother stink so badly it's offensive to come into someone's home with that stench. They miscalculated and cut the bead board wrong and had to go to purchase another piece. Instead of installing one full piece of board, which was the goal, they split the board down the middle. It looks like bullshite and very amateur. Grady B scratched up the side wall and knocked a little chunk out of the sheet rock. To continue to make matters worse, Grady B broke a large candle stick with his bulky ladder that was actually moved out of the way for safety. He didn't tell me he broke it, not did he confess about the scratched up wall. After 3 hours of blunderbussing around I asked him to leave. He broke my property, ruined the wall I have no touch up paint for, and installed the bead board incorrectly. I won't even mention that Grady B completely misunderstood a request to hardwire lights on the dining room wall. I dont like to be ugly, but this person is also one of those obnoxious " know-it-alls" that doesn't know squat and is not worth the risk and aggravation to have in your home to fix, repair, or install anything. Don't trust this persons skill level.
